Here's my little love letter to the UPS store on Ponce. You are fabulous! Gone are the days where I order things online and neglect to return them in time to avoid going to the post office / ups / etc. This UPS store makes returning things a breeze. They're super friendly, it's rarely ever full and I'm always in and out in under 10 minutes. It's centrally located on Ponce, but far enough from the Mile that you can easily find metered parking when you go. For packing, shipping and returning this is most definitely my go-to spot. WORST EXPERIENCE I would never step foot in this store again. My husband was dropping off very expensive merchandise. There was a long line, and one of the employees mentioned that anyone with a prepaid label could leave their package on the table. My husband did as instructed. A couple of weeks later, we found out that the label was never scanned, and the package, worth almost $600, magically disappeared. When we called UPS at this location, we were told that without an actual receipt from the store, they couldn't help us!!!! My husband and I went to the store and called the police. My husband knew the time when he left the package, but the store claimed they couldn't find it on camera. Weeks later, I called the UPS store again, and one of the employees told me that they did see my husband leaving the package. He even described the type of package and recommended driving to the UPS warehouse to check the lost package department. So like multiple calls to the store and personal visit is not enough ??? Now we have to go to the warehouse??? Really ? What kind of customer service is it ? Finally I reported them to the BBB, they lied in their response, claiming my husband left the package himself (he was instructed to leave it) and that they couldn't find him on camera--another lie. Everything about this experience was wrong: zero customer service, zero responsibility. If you leave a package at this store without scanning it, be prepared for it to disappear, with no one held accountable. read more

i thought id come on here to write a review about an amazing employee and outstanding service I received today and immediately noticed that his customer service is acknowledge by a lot of people. I went to a UPS store by my house and there was NO parking. I called to ask for assistance because I utilize a wheelchair for mobility and didn't want to have to cross Biscayne blvd alone. I parked next to the store and waited for someone to answer. Shortly after, I was rejected help and told to go somewhere else. I put UPS on my waze and took a chance at this location. Unfortunately, parking isn't the best here either so I called to ask if I could be assisted and without hesitation Jason was outside in the back waiting for me to turn around to meet him. He grabbed my boxes and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me with my other packages and shipping labels. His customer service was superior on all levels. I will 100% be back!! read more

I have frequented this UPS Store for a couple of years and always have solid experiences. It's near downtown Coral Gables but far enough up Ponce de Leon Blvd to make parking easier to come by via metered street parking. They're always quick to send packages, receive Amazon shipments, and help with anything else you may need, including notary services (they can serve as witnesses, if necessary). The store itself is small but it's never too full and people are in and out quickly. With COVID, there is a limit to the number of people inside, masks are required, and they also have markings on the floor for spacing out the line. read more

I was waiting for my new card to come in the mail and it got delivered here instead since I wasn't home to sign for it. Luckily, I live close and came quickly to grab my package. The line wasn't long as at all. I was in and out in no time. I scored a parking spot right in the corner and hopped out in the rain. I had been daunting my trip here the two nights prior because I thought I would get stuck in some unbearably long line but my visit was quick. Also, it's a convenient stop. if you have to drop off a package after work hours, UPS ships to places other carriers don't which is reliable and good to have nearby. It's right in the center of the Gables making it accessible for those who work/live in the area. I do wish they had assigned parking but snagging a spot isn't terrible as long as you have a good eye. read more

I recently switched to a different Internet Service Provider, and the company I'd been with until recently instructed me to take the modem I'd been using to any UPS Store, and the employees there would give me a receipt saying it'd been turned over to them and the UPS employees would box it up and return it to the internet vendor for free. This UPS store isn't open on Sundays and is only open until 7 through the week so the hours definitely aren't as good as the FedEx/Kinko locations that are open 24/7. I arrived here, was waited on right away, the guy took my internet modem out of the box, verified I'd brought along all accessories for it, scanned the bar code on the modem, printed a receipt for me and I was good to go within 5 minutes of first walking into this place. He did caution that they couldn't re-print a receipt showing that I'd dropped off my modem to them, so he strongly suggested I keep the one he gave me. Aside from the usual drop off and ship services, this UPS Store sells boxes, packing and shipping supplies, greeting cards and other related items. They also have a computer here for people to use who may not have access to one otherwise. I'm assuming it allows one to surf the internet, but it seems the main purpose was to allow people to print color or black and white copies of documents and files. read more

This location is in the heart of coral gables, has great staff and there's never a line! The fact the store usually has at least 2 employees is the best because theres never a bottle neck and it makes running errands quick& hassle free. Hassle free amazon return drop off location. Of course, do keep in mind parking can be a challenge in the Gables, but that's normal.. read more

Everytime I use this location for my shipping needs, I swear I always walk out the door saying I love this UPS store!!! Each and every employee goes above and beyond. Even when it's my responsibility to pack my own packages, they always want to help! I walked in today to ship a office chair but i couldn't pull apart the leg from the base and it wouldn't fit in the box I had so I was ready to buy a brand new bigger box to fit it all in. The staff member took the base to the back and managed to pull it apart and saved the expense of a new box! They deserve 6 stars read more

When there is only one person working here this place is S-L-O-W. VERY SLOW. like a glacier on prozac. This is the second time I came in to pick up two packages and Juan Gomez was working alone. It takes forever. Both times I was the next person in line and it was over an 20 min. Wait. Line went from 1 to 8 in these 20 minutes. I actually felt sorry for those I left behind. Agent couldn't figure out the Amazon app worked so ever had to wait. And if course there were two returns that had to be done one by one. ADVICE: if there is only one person working and already one person in store. STAY AWAY!!!!! read more

Customer service in this location is horrible. The minute I said that I needed fingerprints done for my new job, the guy behind the counter rolled his eyes. I immediately asked him if there was a problem and he said no. That was only the beginning. Ricardo, I think his name was, got annoyed with anything I asked, getting pissed that I was interrupting him..."I was going to get to that if you would just let me finish," he said, followed by a second eye roll. In other words, lack of customer service. A good employee who knows how to deal with customers would just smile and politely answer the question, and any annoyance you might feel privately about the person shouldn't be evident in your facial expressions or your tone. Besides that, the service from other people varies. Some are good and the great thing about this UPS is that it has everything...notaries, fingerprinting, etc, which makes it really hard to find another one that has all those services. read more
