I can't believe it has taken me this long to discover this gem! First off, I have been a seller on Ebay/Amazon for about 4 years. How many times have I waited in a line at the mail? How many times have I dealt with the rude USPS customer service? For the SAME prices you can visit Mail mart. This place has USPS, UPS and FEDEX all in one. You can compare the prices of all three to see what best fits your needs. The MAJOR draw of this place is that there is never more than two customers at a time which means no wait... even on weekends. They are open on some holidays which USPS is not such as Columbus Day. Larry is the sweetest guy. He is so helpful and he will go through all the options so you get what you need for the lowest price. This store sells cute knick knacks such as cards, stationary, pet tags, etc. I think the location is incredibly convenient because my bank and grocery store of choice are both in the same shopping center. I was very courteously attended to by a lady, for notarizing a document. All went well (though they were a bit disorganized, and the wait was unnecessary), but, just as I was leaving, the owner/manager/whatever he is began chewing out his employees very rudely. I was shocked. It was the type of behavior one might expect from one who was accustomed, in his homeland, to great wealth, power, and impunity - though even those, generally, don't treat their servants so poorly. He finished, as I stared in disbelief, only to look at me and ask "do you need something?". I replied no, but was that necessary? He came back to me with an explanation of why he'd yelled at them in Spanish. I replied that I could full well understand the Spanish, what I could NOT understand is how rudely he speaks to his staff. I asked him if he'd never learned courtesy. With a cynical smile, he waved to me, and said "Bye bye". I replied with a clear "F*** you, you arrogant pri*k". ANYONE who treats others so poorly gets NO respect. read more

This place is exceptional. They do all sorts of mail, USPS FedEx and UPS as well as DHL. They offer mailboxes. They offer computers if you need one for a few hours or minutes Internet access and they also do live scan fingerprinting here for various providers. Gabriel helped me out. He was exceptionally helpful and friendly would definitely come back if I needed to do this again. Lots of parking easily located. read more

Mail Mart USA - Notaries Near Me - Miami, Florida

I've been going to the mailmart for years and went last week for delivery of various packages including USPS, FedEx and UPS. My understanding is that they get paid for each package you drop off. All I needed was a little tape to secure to the label to the packages. I brought my own labels and packages. The person behind the counter told me that I had to pay $1 per package. I find this absurd. Not only am I bringing the packages to you but you can't spare a few pieces of scotch tape? I took all of my packages and left and will not be returning. This used to be my go to for all of my packages. Maybe if the person would've said this is the policy but I'll do it this time but next time you have to pay, I would've appreciated that more than just the stone look on his face asking for money and telling me I'm complaining to the wrong person. You're making money off all packages and the least you can do is spare some tape. Give me a break! Never again! read more

I have been a customer at Mail Mart for 3 years now and have found nothing but one great experience after another as a mailbox owner here. First and foremost is the staff. The people working here have been here for quite a long time. They know you by name and greet you as you come in the door. As I travel often, I needed a place to trust with not only my mail delivery, but also for packages. They haven't failed me yet, and even have a system in place that emails and/or texts you when you have a package to pick up. This way, you don't have to go out of your way to check daily for packages that you might be expecting. Kudos to everyone at Mail Mart! read more
