I live around this neighborhood and this is my favorite place to go for my returns and shipping. The staff is fast, friendly and corteus everytime I visit this location. I live a few miles away from this location, but when it comes down to getting documents notarized, I drive all the way here, passing many places that offer notary services. The notary here (whose name escapes me) is super nice and professional. I am in and out in a few short minutes. Trust me, I have tried other locations and the service is not the same and they charge more than twice as much. read more

When employees refuse to wear a mask saying he "chooses not to because he has asthma" it's time to head to a different location. This guy came out from behind the counter, when I told him I would file a complaint with corporate, came towards me in a threatening manner. I walk with a cane and held it up so he accused me of wanting to hit him with it. He's a big guy and when it comes to his customers safety and customer service he prefers to flex his muscles over brains. There were some choice words exchanged, I'm embarrassed to say I did not help in de-escalating the situation and it got ugly very fast. It's ignorant and arrogant people like him that are causing the COVID deaths in this country, including people dear to me and that made me very angry and upset. It's all a game to them until some close to them dies. read more

What can I tell you? I use the Chocolate Army to get my packages from Amazon and the like, once it goes to the United States Postal Service (I use that term lightly), it's usually list or sent to the wrong address. These guys are simply the best on the planet earth! They always do a great job packing stuff and boxing it up for you, reasonable and cheerful. Don't even waste your time going to another store. This is my first time to this location as I just moved into the neighborhood and I must say the experience was wonderful. I entered the store to return a lot of Comcast equipment that I had as I dread going to the Comcast location. The whole process was very simple. You can tell the store is family owned and run and by all means the customer service is exceptional. I use this place for a reason! Great staff and awesome owner. Personal service always given. They take their time and make sure you get everything you wanted to get done. I even have my mailbox here. Sometimes they can get busy but when you have an awesome staff and a lot of people want to use your place it happens. But it's usually not jammed packed with people. If and when they have a line they resolve it rather quickly. When they take their time with customers to completely assist them with their needs that's a good thing. This place has really great customer service. I have sent letters, packages and bought items and this store doesn't disappoint. The store is clean, with an area to buy shipping supplies. As well as a desk and computer to use internet for a fee. There's also PO boxes available. read more
