I recommend this site to family members, I went once to help to move a friend of mine into the unit on the 3 rd floor. I have to say this place was clean outside the loading area, also within the building. they have plenty of moving carts use. I personally rented and another storage on 84th kendall maybe 1 yr ago it was clean too, easy access and helpful staff always to help with any questions. Extra space storage will recommend to anyone. read more

I went to this UPS store located in the town and country shops and it was a great experience. I went to return an Amazon product I bought and as soon as I got there, they gave me a label right away so I can track my return. I like how organize the store was and how they took Covid precautions. I also like that it took me only five minutes to complete my return. read more

Love how close they are to home and their flexible hours. I was able to drop off a package after work with out having to wait till the next morning. It's not a very busy location but staff is always prepared to greet you with a smile and awesome customer service. I was in and out in less than five minutes! I was shocked to mail a small padded envelope 8x5 to England ups wanted $95.00. I went to post office more like $30.00 !

Location: This store is along the Town and Country mall strip, so if traffic in the mall builds up, it can be a pain to get to. It's also located in an area with a lot of store-fronts, so you may not be able to park right in front of the store; this could be a problem if you're carrying any large packages to ship. Offerings: They can ship, they have postal boxes, and they sell all of the shipping materials you might need. Service: Everyone working there is really nice and helpful, but service can be a little bit slow. If you come at a non-peak hour, there are usually 2-3 people working, so they'll see you quickly, but at peak hours there can be a bit of a wait. You can also just drop off packages here if your shipping is already paid and label affixed. This is a good option if you have something that is too large to fit inside the drop boxes located around town. However, there is NO DROPBOX outside this location, so you can only go during business hours to drop off packages even if it's pre-paid. read more

This is the worst UPS ever. The most expensive one for sure. Any UPS charges .25 cents to print a page; this location 8306 Mills dr charges $2 per page. This is ridiculous. They should lower the price as other UPS. I'm sure that the store manager is the responsible for this they should definitely do something about it. read more

My local UPS store and drop off in The Palms Town and Country mall. There is hardly no wait time in this store. I'm in and out in less than 2 minutes. They have packing supplies, boxes, and can send out your package for you when you're done. Place is clean and well kept and staff is friendly and helpful if you have any questions on how to ship and prepare your shipments. read more

Grrrrrr.....nothing makes me more angry than when I call a place to verify they can do something and then when I get there it's another story! I called specifically asking if the notary would be there because I needed to get something notarized. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone said "yes, I'm here all day" I specifically asked if he took a lunch or anything and he said no. So, when I go there today the clerk informed the the owner wasn't there yet & that he usually doesn't come in until after 1130 or so (it was 11) So I explained I just called the day before and whoever I spoke to told me they would be here. I think I may have actually talked to the clerk I was speaking with who is not a notary...but I have no clue, So, I left...pissed off that I wasted my time & drove across town to another store that did notarize my papers. read more

I come into this store only to buy shipping envelopes and packages. The guys here are nice overall but they're slackers. They always have like one person in the store... so you can imagine how annoying it is to have to wait for them to take care of a customer shipping 10 boxes when all I want is to pay the $3-$5 I spend on the small envelopes. Customer service is top. Was a recipient of a package shipped next day from this location (Miami) to CA. UPS failed to deliver the package, so four days later I drove to the shipping warehouse to get the item. Needless to say I was frustrated and extremely disappointed with UPS. I wanted a refund for the failure. Luigi, at The UPS Store in Miami, called me explained that it may be difficult to get a refund and he would be our advocate in the process. Working together he submitted the necessary materials. At first corporate denied the claim. Luigi didn't stop there, resubmitted and got our $165 back! He was patient, understanding and took time to assist me. The service was ABOVE and BEYOND. Awesome! I highly recommend the store and am confident that they will stand behind their services. read more

My feelings for UPS can go either way. In my experience, the service at this location is good. However, I have had very bad experiences with things being shipped via UPS. Make up your minds people! Either you drop it off at the risk of someone stealing the package, or you have someone sign for it. Don't do both! I hate going to pick things up at the locations. The staff in this location is helpful and understanding. I've never had a problem shipping things from this store. However, those who I am delivering things to seem to have the same problems I have. I don't know why it happens at the point of delivery. Is there miscommunication? All in all, I appreciate the services, especially the tracking system, which is always pretty accurate. read more

I love this UPS store. The knowledgeable staff gets you out of there quickly. Felt a little rushed, but who cares to linger around when you're just trying to get a package mailed. The only real downside is that this location stays open later than all the other UPS stores within ten miles of me, and that only means they close at 7:30 (weekdays). Staying open until 8 would be nicer, but I'll still take this place over the USPS any day. read more

I go to this UPS store to mail any package I have to send for work. They all remember who I am, greet me by name, and are always knowledgeable and helpful. Our printer broke one day and they printed menus for the store with 0 notice and managed to get them done before our bar opened. In the 3 years I have been going to this store not one package I've sent was lost or received in bad condition. 5 stars for customer service, knowledge, and overall experience! read more

I've come here because this is where Amazon has directed me to come for a zero cost return yet they are trying to charge me $40 for a box and for them to put it the label on it. As insurance brokers, we are constantly mailing packages through different carriers: UPS, Fedex, etc. For the majority of the time, the clerks at most of the lications in the Kendall area are very kind, helpful and most will go out of their way to provide excellent service. It's what sets them appart. Unfortunately, this particular location in the Town and Country Mall is the exception to the rule. I purchased 3 articles last Friday the 28th. that I felt would help my boy in his new Algebra and Chemistry classes. When I got home, he was thankful but he informed me that the glossary in each book contained the info that I had bought at this UPS store so he wouldn't be needing it. Both my wife and 15 yr old boy went to the store in question and presented the receipt and my credit card for a refund. She was confronted, not serviced, by the store manager and owner, a man named Ron, who proceeded to treat my wife in the most rudest, thoughtless, uncalled-for manner a businessowner could, least of all professional. He denied and declined giving her a credit, and used the uncanny excuse not to by blatantly accusing her of plagiarizing the documents without a shred of proof or idea or concern,for that matter, that he was slandering her in front of our son! It was all he could do to keep quiet and respect a man who was disrespecting his mom in front of his very own eyes! Forget the store credit. The damage done goes beyond that. It's quite apparent that this "man" belittles and speaks to women and children who are not accompanied by their husbands or significant others. Anyone can have a bad day, but as businessowners and rational human beings, we deal with the everyday struggles we face and strive to treat & make our clients feel that they are the reason for our success regardless of the stuff we're dealing with in our lives. This man has a lot to learn about manners, professionalism and plain-old courtesy and so, he has not only lost 3 personal clients but a business client that will move on and conduct all their shipping business at and with another UPS store owner who knows how to treat his or her clients in a decent, professional business-like manner. In today's rush, rush world, customer service takes a back seat. This was not the case at the UPS store where Luigi and Dempsey went above and beyond while assisting me in sending two separate chairs. It wasn't so much that they went out of their way to not only help me, but save me money in the process. It was customer service at its best. Dropped off 2 packages 3 weeks ago. One arrived, arrived one did not. Called store whoever I spoke with was very short in his responses and said to call UPS corporate because he couldn't do anything else. Called corporate and was told to go to the store to double check package wasn't there to initiate investigation. Went to store was approached by Ronny, who seemed to be manager or owner. Horrible customer service, rude and told me to deal with corporate UPS. One of the employees suggested tracking the package but Ronny said no that I had to deal with corporate. That if the package was in transit he couldn't do anything else. He didn't bother to check anything, ask any questions about the package. Save yourself issues go to another location read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star. They have no idea what they are doing or how to send packages and he said they aren't even associated with UPS (very deceiving since it's called the UPS store) Trust me and go to another UPS store. My husband when to return a package that had a prepaid label. He did not know how to locate the label and went to the store for help. The person who helped him (which now I know is the owner of the place Luigi) said there was no label. My husband called the company and they again told him that there was one. The email clearly says there is a label, but because the owner couldn't access it, my husband had to pay $300 for shipping. When the package got to the location, the company again assured us that the package was supposed to be paid for. We called UPS and they confirmed that it was clearly there and that the guy should have been able to locate it. We called the store and he claimed that he needed to " see this label" because he would be "interested" to see it. We drove over there for him to tell us that it was not his responsibility to help us with getting a label and that we had to do that ourselves. He also didn't want to take a loss and give us our money back even though now he knew how to access it.... how convenient (why didn't he know how to do it back the other day) Moral of the story: use fedex. read more

The UPS store at Mills Drive is my favorite store. The employees are all courteous and attentive. They always greet you upon arrival and are very knowledgable about their products and services. I have had programs printed there and it was done to perfection. I highly recommend this store for its personalized service and professional but friendly atmosphere. read more

They loose your packages and take no accountability in spite of the fact that there is proof that the package was received and signed for by one of their employees.
