This place deserves zero stars. Worst customer service ever. Staff is slow and do not care. Nobody tries to help or give customer service. 1st time I came to print pictures and they did not have the material needed. They seemed not to care much of trying to solve the issue either. I left to finish the job at FedEx where they were super fast and excellent customer service. 2nd time - I'm currently in a long line have been waiting 10+ minutes and only 1 cashier. Trying to return/drop off an Amazon return. Every staff member is walking around like nothing is happening with this line almost out the door. There is no management supervising things or making the lines more efficient etc. Never coming back to a Staples store...no thank you. read more

I asked the lady in the printing g section if she could cut a cardboard paper with the industrial cutter. I said I have to pay for the pack of card board posters just needed two cut down and would pay for the service. She said no. I payed for cardboards and cut them myself with a little cutting board. Not perfect. I was annoyed. I was about to leave and a customer comes in with poster board printed pictures from Walgreens. Asked lady to cut them for her and she did....and charged her. She didn't even print the pictures there. I made a comment to the young man who charged me and he apologized. Unbelievable and too tired to argue with a supervisor about cutting a paper. An employee would not allow me to stand in line as a "walk in" for TSA clear process, he was not empathetic or helpful and the line was moving along. He just wanted to make up his own rules like "she can only have the computer on until 5pm" or "no walk-ins allowed past 4:15pm". The line was moving quickly and it was 4:30 all appointments are for 30 minute intervals anyways and it was a total waste of my time, the drive and honestly just because he did not want to assist me. read more

Do not leave packages that go to UPS. Such disappointment in the service by Staples. I dropped off a couple of packages that were supposed to be going to UPS as this is a UPS drop-off location. A week passed by and packages were not tracking or showing I dropped off. I went there to have someone look for it there as it was showing a package was there since there was no movement out of the location. The first employee in the morning shift was not very helpful, a little bit of attitude. Left without answers, except to wait for it to track. I went there again 4 days later and I got 1 manager and another employee who were super helpful during the morning shift, not the same girl as the first, but not many answers since the packages were no longer there. Come to find out, the employee who received the package put it in the wrong box and now I am out of both packages and the money for my sales. No signs of them except that they went to a diff facility. When I called the 1800 number, I was given the woman who said to call UPS and file a claim. How can I file a claim if they never got the package because a Staples employee lost it!!! Staples should be responsible for claims on lost packages that they themselves lost not the shipping carrier. They basically washed their hands. If they are in the business of being a drop-off location for UPS packages, then they should be responsible for packages as well. read more

Very dishonest store. Ran a promotion on doordash but unwilling to fulfill. Manager stopped three of my dasher to check out then eventually marked a notebook as sold out because they don't want to honor a promotional price. I was able to check out with the promotional price on DoorDash. Their website clearly has more than the quantity that I ordered. Definitely do not recommend such dishonest store to anyone. Have come in a couple of times before school started and they day was just the same .. quick stop for some needed items. It is very hot outside. You expect it to be cooler when you get inside but it wasn't. I don't know if management realizes it is hot inside the building or not but but the time I got to the isle I was going to I though I was going to faint. I had to leave the store and have my daughter pay. Poor girl came out sweating. Thank God she found the items quickly. Hope they fix the thermostat! read more

Staples is a great place to find all office stuff and make Copies. I came here to make a large photo copy of some plans. I was greeted quickly by the copy specialist. She helped me out as soon as I mentioned floor plans. She suggested a large copy which was accurate since they need to see details for these sorts of plans. She told me off the bat how much it was going to be for one black and white copy ($3.50). She explained easily how to send her the copy and I did it fast and it was done in less than 5 minutes. While charging me she asked me if I was a staples reward member which I am. Great place to make copies and buy my favorite miscellaneous things for the office. read more

This store has a nice location in a mall. The store is super huge, although every time I go there seems nobody buying stuff!@#?? I guess they have their business elsewhere! The store is neatly arranged with lots of lighting. You can think of anything office wise to get here! prices are ok, sometimes a bit expensive but it is what it is. Copy & Print department: I want to high five and hug every staff member that works in Copy & Print. Right after that, I want to have a serious talk with management. They have ONE person dealing with online orders, phone calls, walk-ins, and the printing and cutting! I work with individuals with special needs so I'm made of patience but all the other walk ins I've ever encountered either complain and give attitude 100% of the time or throw the employee a pity party while waiting. Either way, everyone leaves asking themselves why they have ONE person doing all of this! Customer service really takes a toll, even if they're the sweetest girls. At least have two on Saturday! Unto product and quality - I'm always satisfied. As a freelance graphic designer besides being a full time art teacher, I don't always have time to send things to print. I don't know what I would do without Staples same day printing! It's a life saver! I've walked in with a full USB - needing invites, menus, posters, things mounted, etc. and that same day (sometimes within a half hour) I have everything! I went so that they could make a spiral binder out of a 30 page assignment. They closed at 9pm and I arrived right after 8. The big guy with the glasses told me they don't take any orders after 8. I told him that I'm not ordering a banner or anything like that. I just needed him to bind these papers. It takes less than 5 min. He refused so I went across the street to OFFICE DEPOT. They also close at 9 but they were helping everyone who needed printing needs and related services. I walked out the store at 9:01 and they were still helping people. The managers seemed to be very condescending but they are a very young staff so I can kind of see how the maturity level is low. They dont eye contact with you. Every time I come to make an order all of the interaction seems very dismissive. It's sad that it's today's custumer service. Best customer service I have ever encountered. I've been meaning to write this review for a couple months now, but hadn't gotten the chance. Now, I feel terrible because I don't have the manager's (who went above and beyond to help me) name, however, simply because of my experience with him, I will forever be a customer of Staples. Went on Black Friday 2010 to purchase a camera that came with a free photo printer. When I went in, the camera I wanted was not available at this location, but the printer was. I had been speaking with the guy at the customer service desk, who was checking on line to see if the camera was available at another location. The manager happened to walk by and immediately got on the phone and contacted the manager at another store in Homestead. Within minutes, he told me they had the camera I wanted in Homestead and they were going to hold it for me until I went to pick it up. He told me to pay for the camera then to ensure that I got a printer...I hesitated a bit, only because my friend and I had a full day of shopping planned and trekking over to Homestead was a bit out of the way. However, I was willing to do it. I guess the manager saw my hesitation and asked me if I could come back to the Kendall location 2 hours later to pick up the camera. Somehow, someway, that camera made it's way from Homestead to Kendall in less than 2 hours; and exactly 2 hours later, the manager called me to tell me that the camera was waiting for me at the customer service desk in Kendall. We come to Staples often because they carry school products that are different and trendier than Target or Walmart. We had an incident and the Mansgrr (Jose C, Kendall) was prompt and efficient handling it. We are very glad to have service like that in our neighborhood. I know exactly why Staples is closing so many stores. They have the worst customer service ever. I lost a receipt and tried to return something, twice! They tell me they don't have any in the store, only online. So they can't give me store credit. What store doesn't let you return to their actual store? Then I tried to return cardstock, they told me they had to give me the lowest sale price, which I agreed to. She tells me the lowest sale price was 0.00, ZERO? Really you give stuff away for free?? The staff are super nice--they actually walk you to where you need to go when looking for something--not a lot of stores would do that for you! It would only be right to update this review as things have DRASTICALLY changed at this store. I could honestly say that I would not be able to run my business without anyone at the Copy and Print center (as most of my business has to do with printing). I get things printed 2-3 times per week and Leslie, Rachel, Daniel, and Tara are always more than willing to help me (even when I'm in a rush). If something looks off, they will call or email me before printing it. If I get there and they're busy, Marcos or another employee working at the time will usually help. Everyone is very friendly and customer service has most definitely improved. If you have any question regarding printing (or anything else within the store at that), they'll find you an answer. At this point in time, I don't know what I would do without them! read more

I came here to have one of my books cut and spiraled. Overall it was an OK experience when I got here no one was really paying attention to me the reason why I came was because I had called and no one picked up the phone. So what ended up happening was coming and actually talking to someone. Ones I did get service the girl was very polite and very efficient unfortunately she failed to mention that the spiral machine was not working. It was actually OK because I didn't need the spiral book until four days later but if you needed something right away I wish they would've told you that. The girl did get my number and she told me that she will call me the minute itwas ready. And I did I came I picked it up and it was beautifully made the girl did a fantastic job and that's why I gave them four stars but the service was very inconsistent they have one amazing worker and the other ones are OK. read more

I went to staples to have several pictures printed for her. I spoke with the lady at the counter she acknowledged my order and asked me to return later to pic them up. I returned later that day picked up my order and headed home. My showed me the pictures we had ordered. They were horrible. On almost every picture there was printed all the heads were cut off. We know it is not the picture as the original all shows the heads and some background above them. So my wife went back later ask them to print her pictures. The whole picture no cropping of the heads. And make them a 5×7 easy order. I paid for our order and picked it up. All the images were not cropped which was great. But no picture out of all 12 was a 5×7 every picture was blown up to be bigger. When we returned the next day to complain about the picture sizes. The lady simple told us she couldn't do it. In short I paid over $30.00 in total for 2 sets of prints that are worthless. I went CVS got my pictures printed and it was even cheaper!!! I'll never use staples again! read more
