I Bought a color cartridge on 08MAR11 at CW. I followed CW's instructions & ran 2 test pages, colors were very pale, but I thought it would improve with time. I have not printed anything else in color since then, until yesterday 19JUN11, I tried printing airline boarding passes and they came out in B&W only, no color. I went to the store today to tell them, and the woman there (she said she was the co owner) was extremely rude, nasty saying the cartridge was empty, and refused to give me credit. The owner came out and she kept saying to him, in Spanish, that she did not want to give me my money back, and continued insisting that I was lying, because there was no ink in the cartridge. I am 70 years old, I am retired, I rarely use my computer/printer. The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee sign on their counter is a total joke. These people need an intensive course in Customer Service, if they want to run a business in the USA. I would give them 0 Stars, if I could and I have sent my complaint to CW Corporate Office. read more

I met Enrique through a networking event and after seeing him for a little while I thought I would visit him, at least once. I can tell you that Enrique really makes an effort to provide top quality customer service, his people are very helpful. At first all I needed was ink cartridges and found his prices are much better than the leading office supply store. Forget that the ink cartridges are refills, but the truth is that they stand behind their products. So, with that in mind I bought it and the ink worked just fine...
