However, during busy seasons such as the holidays, package returns and mailings take precedence over blueprints, so having a backup printing service is a must. I came by the UPS Store because I needed to ship some items home. I was on vacation and had bought a bunch of souvenirs that I did not want to stuff into my bags on the way back home to Ohio. Moreover, I still had almost two weeks left. I needed to send these home! It was a lot of souvenirs and there was no way I had the bag space. So i asked my next door neighbor to watch for a package to come and take care of it as the package would arrive well before I got home from vacation. I walked into the UPS store. Only one other person was being helped, and one of the employees took care of me. He boxed up my items and wrapped them in bubble wrap for a nominal fee. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes, even with all the stuff I had bought. When I got home, my next door neighbor gave me the package. Used to be Good -- Now they have the Worst Customer Service--Avoid This Location at All Costs I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the UPS Store on 10 Canal St. after a failed delivery attempt on February 1, 2025. The delivery driver didn't ring the bell or knock, just left a notice with no tracking number and a barcode that didn't even work. When I went to pick up my package nearly 24 hours later, the employee--who was in the middle of arguing with a coworker--rudely dismissed me, claiming I needed a tracking number. When I explained that the notice didn't have one, he told me to come back because deliveries take 24 hours to arrive at the store. I returned on Monday, only to witness another employee aggressively messing with a shoebox package to prove it wasn't sturdy enough--completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Once again, my package couldn't be found in their system. Another employee, instead of helping, insisted I needed a tracking number they never provided. A supposed manager interrupted, blamed me for the missing number, and offered no real solution. Then, a second "manager" escalated things even further, getting in my face, rolling her eyes, and rudely telling me they wouldn't discuss it anymore. It honestly felt like she was trying to provoke a situation. This store has become a nightmare. Every time I visit, someone is complaining about the terrible customer service, and now I understand why. I'll be driving to another location from now on to avoid the hostility and incompetence. I love the location of this UPS store. I drop off packages and Amazon returns every so often here. Today I went in to take my twin girls' first passport picture. I made the appointments online. Charlie took the pictures. He was so patient and kind. It was challenging to get the girls to look straight ahead or cooperate but he was calm and took his time. The parking isn't the best because unfortunately they're dealing with an insufficient number of public parking for all the commercial property in the area but best bet is to park along the canal. read more

I rarely give bad ratings to busines such as this. But today I had an experience that warranted this review. Admittedly, this whole pandemic, and with it the continuing stress going out into the world and conducting regular business is problematic enough. I came to this location because a convenient distance from my home. I recently received a pair of shoes from Nike which were not the right size (but that's another story in itself). In an effort to solve the problem Nike told me just drop off the box at any UPS store for free and we will handle a situation. That's soon simple enough, unfortunately not when you bring your box to this UPS store. I brought an email on my iPhone from Nike with the code number of the UPS return label. When I showed it to the girl at the counter she told you have to bring me the label, Or you can email it to me so I can print it but that will cost you $2.49. It is amazing to me that a UPS store with so many computer innovations cannot simply take the return label code and print up a label right in their store? Other than that I also wonder when the price of paper went up to $2.49 a sheet. They must be paying $1245.00 per ream ? I can understand $.50 maybe. Besides the fact, the information from Nike states that I should just drop off the box at any UPS store free of charge. NOT here , I'm sorry to say that I have used this UPS store for many returns Amazon returns and I've never had this problem before. Whatever happened to save the trees?
