Worst customer service ever! I've been here twice, attempting to ship simple items with QR codes and they always deny service, even though I know they can take it. It's the same lady too! Before I even said what I needed, she already started telling me no. Lol. I don't understand a small business that doesn't care about having business. I will NEVER come back here again! They don't have the means to do QR codes but are always more than willing to help with printing a label for you. They are old school, yes but I've never felt less than welcome in their store. Always extremely nice and always quick and easy. As an Etsy and Depop seller I'm in here once or twice a week and I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

They are very old school with the way they do things. For example, printing. At most places you can either email the file/document or bring it on hard drive. If you want to print something here, they charge you a $3 fee to get on a computer and access the file. Then they charge you for the printing and time you used the computer. You end up paying 5x the price you pay even at a FedEx for a single black and white page. read more

Convenient? YES Cost effective? No Customer service? Leaves much to be desired. Although the gentleman (who seems to be the owner) is nice enough, the other people in the shop are not as helpful. One time I needed to ship some paperback books and decided to get an estimate. Not only was the price almost TWICE as much as USPS but the person at the counter appeared to be bothered that they had to stop whatever it was they were doing and tend to my request. I'm forced to walk in here on a regular basis to drop of paperwork for someone who rents a box. One time I forgot to bring an envelope and the gentleman was nice enough to provide one to me but on another occasion when I asked for an envelope, the lady at the counter tried to charge me 0.25 for one envelope! The same ones that are sold three doors down at the dollar store in a box of 100 for $1. I mentioned this along with the fact that I was given an envelope before but she didn't budge. I refused to pay on principle alone so I walked over to the Dollar Tree, bought my box of envelopes and came back to drop off my documents. In all fairness, it is true that they offer other services other than just shipping and mailboxes but if they are going to nickel and dime people for the small things, it makes me wary of using any of their services. There are just too many of these little pack 'n ship places to go somewhere that I don't feel valued as a customer. read more

Used this shipping company several times as they are close to one of my jobs. The owner / employees are not in any hurry to help you even though you are the only customer in the store. They seem annoyed that you are bothering them. They use an antiquated computer checkout / invoicing system and the cashier uses one finger to peck at the keyboard. They always have problems ringing you up for a single sale. If you wanna have your anxiety and patience tested and your day ruined, go to this store. read more

I have been to this PAKmail to send a computer to be fixed to HP. The customer service is decent. They have been in business for a long time. My item got to HP as expected, and when I was there my box was not taped well, and the lady working there taped it for me without telling me to go to buy some somewhere else like in POSTNET. So I definitely would go again if needed a service. read more

The main female employee behind the counter who is on the older side and of dark complexion has zero customer service skills. As soon as you walk into the store, she makes you feel like you're bothering her or intruding on her when you go to drop off a package. She is rude and I have never seen her smile. I keep giving her and the store chances but it's always the same thing. I am recommending to all my friends and family in the area that they use another store. read more

Dealing with numerous logistics companies in the past, Pakmail was truly the worst experience. They took on a commercial job that they could not handle and broke the promises originally made. They do not follow instructions, do not properly respond to information requests and simply complete the job in a manner convenient to them not to a client. They even ended up shipping the goods intended for a completely different state without consulting the client, just because "they had to package that batch of goods first and they were running out of place", even though they received clear instructions on how to handle the shipment. They will promise you they will keep the goods at no charge in a remote location and then, will threaten you with storage charge. Moreover, their prices are terrible compared to the industry standards, especially for freight (provided a quote 3! times higher). My recommendation is to stay away. read more
