Susan from New Era Travel was incredible. I don't usually give such good reviews but she worked tirelessly to come up with the perfect Family Reunion Option for multiple generations. She then worked with the hotel, myself and my family to set up all the logistics for the reunion. Unfortunately COVID caused us to postpone the reunion. Susan again worked hard to help cancel the plans, even though it lost her a bunch of money. She never made me feel bad. Elena was our agent and she was amazing! But I do have to add the entire staff was always ready to help and assist as well. My husband and I went to New Era for help with booking our honeymoon. We had so much going on with the preparation of the wedding, we didn't want to have to worry about booking and setting up our own honeymoon. It was our first time going to a travel agency but we were so happy with everything! We now will always go to New Era for our vacations. We met with Elena and she was so sweet and helpful.
