It reminded me why I don't like VaCuba or most of these Cuban travel agencies. They're so expensive, and most things that they offer you can do yourself nowadays online. If you're an American or even a Cuban reading this - you don't need a Cuban Visa from here, you can buy it at the airport. You don't need to pay them a fee to book a flight, you can do it yourself on the airline website. And you definitely don't need to pay huge fees to send money to people in Cuba through them, there are ways to do it for virtually free. What bothered me about this location specifically was how they treated people, especially older people. They were very condescending. Lack of professionalism was also evident all throughout my time here, at least by half the staff.

Please, please, please, don't book anything with this company. Check out the BBB and you will see…read morethat it has an "F" rating. Numerous complaints about people who have paid for vacations that can't get refunds, can't make reservations or anything else. If you call the number provided, it goes to voicemail. You never will get a human voice on the other end. If you are lucky to get an email response there is no follow-through. I personally booked a trip with this company and when I finally got an email response after months of trying to communicate, I was told there is an expiration fee that must be paid. Well, I guess I should have charge the company some type of fee since I was paying for the trip during COVID and couldn't go anywhere for over a year. If your employer is using this company, you better alert Human Resources because this is a scam. I suggest you read the complaints on the Better Business Bureau site. I don't want anyone to experience the headaches I have. I am hoping a lawsuit is coming soon.
