With many locations across Miami, VaCuba is known as one of the main travel agencies for everything…read morerelated to Cuba -- passports, flights, visas, etc. I remember going to one of their locations years ago and I wasn't a fan of their service, but decided to give them another try as I needed some stuff done. It reminded me why I don't like VaCuba or most of these Cuban travel agencies. They're so expensive, and most things that they offer you can do yourself nowadays online. If you're an American or even a Cuban reading this - you don't need a Cuban Visa from here, you can buy it at the airport. You don't need to pay them a fee to book a flight, you can do it yourself on the airline website. And you definitely don't need to pay huge fees to send money to people in Cuba through them, there are ways to do it for virtually free. What bothered me about this location specifically was how they treated people, especially older people. They were very condescending. Lack of professionalism was also evident all throughout my time here, at least by half the staff.
