I love to go to Postal Annex in Kendall. Make sure when you have to send a package go by Postal Annex. The owners and employees are amazing. Today I went by, I needed to send a care package for my daughter. The owner was there and right away, she came out and greeted me. She packed the box for me with all the goodies I purchased for my daughter. She also put smiley faces on the box, this is going to bring a lot of joy to my daughter. She explained the different prices and which was my best choice. I was super happy. This PostalAnnex location advertises Livescan Fingerprinting but does not actually provide the service at the store. Called multiple times to make an appointment but their phone went unanswered and their voicemail is full. Went there today 11/10/2025 and the store was closed (back at 11:30). Waited around until 11:30 only to be told they don't offer the service anymore, despite their prominent window sign and website advertisement. No apologies - just "too bad". Been coming for years but recently have been having issues. They are away for lunch and it is 15 minutes past the time they should have reopened. No one answers the phone or answered the door at 2:15pm on a Friday. Every time I go there we have an issue prayer one time I got there and the gentleman was away at lunch. He Had a sign it said he'll be back in 30 minutes and 45 later I drove to another location. They also always have issues with scan labels. The won't accept them. Go figure. read more

For starters, construction in the mall made it almost impossible to get to. After finding a parking space that wouldn't kill my car next to the misparked trucks, I walked in. I had a prepaid USPS envelope and simply needed a scan to print a receipt. Apparently, walking in and expecting service was too much, forget about a receipt because they don't scan USPS products... disaster!!! Back of the store was a mess, so I really hope they are upgrading!! Won't be coming back and will say my prayers that my package is mailed out! read more

I live nearby and have used Postal Annex for pack & ship services especially at Christmas time, and to print papers necessary for work since I haven't a home printer. I can call and email what I need printed in advance and when I arrive only have to pay they have the documents ready & waiting for me. They are essential for when I need to ship something and don't have the materials necessary to pack & ship myself. This year I sent my 4 brothers gifts and watched as the gift boxes were carefully nestled into brown cardboard boxes. At the end I was informed I was only being charged for 3 of the 4 boxes. What a thoroughly thoughtful, kind gesture to thank me for my business! They also had my brothers' addresses already saved from prior years which was an immense time saver. And they show you 3 carriers' costs & delivery time frames and let you choose which best fits your needs. Also coached me to mail earlier next Xmas as carriers all increase costs at Thanksgiving. This is a small business that gives big service. Definite plus to have in the neighborhood: convenient, honest & good customer service. read more

I went into this store just to send a store return and needed to print a prepaid mailing label. I'd never been there before and when I walked in, I asked if I could use the computer a minute to print a label. They said "sure, go ahead." My regular store on Bird and 67th avenue doesn't charge for this, so I didn't hesitate to sit at the computer and proceed to print the label. When I went to retrieve and affix the label and handed the package to the clerk, he told me I owed $3.35. I asked him what for, and he informed me it was for computer use and for printing the label. I told him he should've told me BEFORE using the computer and he pointed to a sign that showed the computer use rates. I told him that when I asked if I could use the computer, he should have, out of courtesy, informed me there would be a service charge. I would have gladly waited to send the package, which already had prepaid postage. Additionally, there was also a lady there who was complaining about the poor service there. I didn't know at the time, but I would agree that she was right. I will stick to going to my regular store. read more

This place is really going down the drain. Previous management was significantly better. Came in this morning with 2 prepaid shipping labels. I bought a padded envelope that came to $2.94 with tax. I tried to pay using my debit card and was told there was a $5 minimum for cards. There is no posted sign that says as much. The lady would have rather me walk out without paying than have taken my card. Was forced to buy stamps to fulfill the $5. Take your business elsewhere. read more

This place is horrible!!!! They have one poor guy working as the owner walks around doing nothing and miss treating him, I have never seen a manager/owner speak that way to anyone, specially in the United States where there are laws which that poor kid probably isn't probably aware of. I walked in with my disabled dad who is blind & we don't mind waiting in line, he's usually put first in line to prevent injury but since I was there we did not say anything but they did not follow protocol when it comes to a disabled person going into Store (FYI they didn't know I was with him because I walked in a few seconds after with my 4 year old) so as the kid tried helping everyone at once while the rude lady did nothing but be rude to him most of the people in there were already upset due to the wait. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB maybe this will teach the owner a lesson and remind her this is the United States where laws are enforced. This place is run by crooks and an incompetent manager Francisco Duarte...absolutely avoid this business!! I paid for overnight shipping for a very expensive diamond ring, their clerk Ernesto probably a relative of the owner because he was also incompetent, rude, and confrontational when I went back the next day (thank goodness) to see my diamond ring box still sitting hidden behind other boxes at their store! This is AFTER Ernesto told me on the phone it shipped out, when I asked for proof this idiot tells me, all you need for proof is my telling you it shipped!! I went to the store and found the box myself, took pictures of everything, as obviously this store and this owner has no control over their organization with boxes everywhere, or my box was placed aside for other plans, since I took out a very large insurance on the shipment. Do yourself a favor, do not go to this place and trust them with your valuable packages, they are crooks, they have zero care for the customer, and I look forward to the day when they close their business due to their lack of education and ethical business practices. read more
