He literally told me there was no point in making appointments because if there was a wait, I would need to wait regardless, and I shouldn't even choose that I need a witness because if he didn't have enough employees to witness it or they were busy, then I would just have been out of luck! Are you kidding me? This guy was certifiably angry and hateful for no reason!! All I did was walk up to the counter with my son... I don't know if he has a problem with women or people who don't look like him or is just unhappy and miserable in general, but whatever it is, I will never step foot in that store again... There used to be a really nice guy that worked there for many many years, but I didn't see him today which doesn't surprise me because if I had to work with a tyrant like Frank, I'd rather not work... Stay away from this guy; definitely don't need this kind of attitude in an already charged world.

Let me start by saying I have a mailbox here. Have packages arriving weekly that i have to pick up…read moreright away or they start charging me per inch (i already pay a mailbox fee), yes you read that right INCH. Every other mailbox i have or have had gives a 30 day grace period. Additionally, they have a GIANT banner stating "We'll match any competitors price guaranteed". So I asked about purchasing a box, they said it was $5 (excessive) and I showed a competitors price which was half of theirs and they said oh no we're not going to match that our quality is better. So I said ok what makes it better? She said it's double walled, so I showed her the description of the competitor and sure enough it was the same exact box. She then said ok well we're not going to match that. Search TM Packaging (or any other packaging company) if you're in Miami if you want better prices. This store has a 100%+ markup on competitors. Ridiculous. I will be removing my mailbox after the end of the month.

Email States- bring a valid picture ID and tracking number. So I did as told, gave the tracking and my Florida ID to an Employe by the name of Elizabeth. She came back and told me the address on my ID did not match the address of where the package was going to, so she CAN NOT RELEASE Y PACKAGE as per COMPANY POLICY. She commit release the package. As if I can't buy anything online and ship to an address other than mine. Name and picture matched my identification card. I didn't see what was the big deal. So she went on to tell show me chart or something they keep behind the register. As I was trying to read the information on the chart she placed in front of me, she quickly snatched out of my hand. Yes I was highly offended. I was very courteously attended to by a lady, for notarizing a document. All went well (though they…read morewere a bit disorganized, and the wait was unnecessary), but, just as I was leaving, the owner/manager/whatever he is began chewing out his employees very rudely. I was shocked. It was the type of behavior one might expect from one who was accustomed, in his homeland, to great wealth, power, and impunity - though even those, generally, don't treat their servants so poorly. He finished, as I stared in disbelief, only to look at me and ask "do you need something?". I replied no, but was that necessary? He came back to me with an explanation of why he'd yelled at them in Spanish. I replied that I could full well understand the Spanish, what I could NOT understand is how rudely he speaks to his staff. I asked him if he'd never learned courtesy.
