He then had a tantrum and ripped out one of the pages and proceeded to want to CHARGE US for the reprint.... Keep in mind this was a $200 book and he still wanted an extra $50 to reprint it. When he had ripped out the page he also messed up our cover, and when he went to try and scrape it off and wasn't able to, he told us to leave and threatened to call the police. I never leave reviews but this experience was too horrible to not warn others. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Even the way he spoke to us was the most condescending and unprofessional way i've ever been spoken to in my life. We were nothing but respectful, calm and polite, but David was basically throwing the equivalent of an adult tantrum ESPECIALLY when he ripped out the page in front of us. Extremely unprofessional behavior and inappropriate- aside from the fact that the book came out wrong. DO NOT PRINT HERE.

I hadn't brought their mute buttons with me, sadly, and they seemed surprised that a toddler was getting impatient while they repeatedly ignored us. When I asked the two men if they could check again if the print had completed, they blew me off while casting some more surly glances at the kids who had the nerve to exist. It would be 1 star if this review was for you two pouters. But it's for Jennifer, who was off the clock, and came over and offered to assist us anyway. She had us out of there in 30 seconds and didn't even mention that her shift was over, though I knew it was because I had heard her saying goodbye to her coworkers some time before. Leadership, warmth, and professionalism earns this employee the full constellation!

I urgently needed retail marketing flyers created in Adobe Illustrator, digitally printed professionally. I ordered a set to be printed on foam board and another set for acrylic marketing holders. The other printing company I had first sent my print job to (won't mention the company name out of respect, but they are located in Downtown Coral Gables), was unresponsive, dragging their feet and customer service severely lacking. After numerous follow-up attempts and still getting nowhere, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Best decision and so glad I did! I selected Photo Offset Printing because they had the best Google customer review rating, and I needed top quality professional printing with great customer service. This company far exceeded my expectations! My rush order was turned around within 24 hours. The great customer service provided by Peggy and Anibal was fantastic (thank you both)! They kept in close contact with me and well informed of the status of my order. And the outcome of my print jobs was absolutely STUNNING!!! Superior quality printing and assembly. My print jobs were neatly shrink wrapped and ready for pick up at the agreed upon time. I was pleasantly greeted when I walked into the office and treated so kindly. Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a wealth of industry experience. And their professional recommendations were all spot on. An added bonus was the available customer parking and convenient location in a professional commerce area. For new customers, look no further this is the right choice! And if you're debating whether to switch printing companies like I was, you'll be glad you moved your business to Photo Offset Printing. I was blown away by my amazing customer experience. I regularly use UPS for my shipping needs, and I have never had such a terrible experience before…read more My mother mailed me birthday gifts and paid extra for 3-day delivery. She may have made a mistake when entering the address, but I would expect a UPS employee to review the shipping information and notice obvious errors before processing a package. Instead, the employee entered a street number as the city name, and both the city and ZIP code were incorrect. When I called to address the issue, the employee had a defensive and dismissive attitude. Rather than showing any concern or attempting to help resolve the situation, she repeatedly responded that the information was what the customer had provided. While customers can make mistakes, I would expect a UPS employee to recognize that a street number is not a city name and make an effort to verify questionable information. What made the experience even worse was that she simply passed the phone back to my mother without showing any accountability, offering an apology, or demonstrating any concern about the situation. These were my birthday gifts, and my mother paid extra for 3-day delivery. The lack of attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service was extremely disappointing. I am sharing my experience so others can be aware of what happened. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend shipping anything from this UPS location. Customers deserve better service, especially when they are paying extra for shipping.
