While they may…read morenot carry too much stuff for the indie film-maker they do have a huge amount of high end gear for rent, great prices, and most importantly the best customer service you won't get from the other local video rental spots (I wont mention names, but if your from Miami, you know who I'm talking about.) Another good thing to note is that also, unlike others, they take extremely good care of they're gear. You will never receive damaged gear, uncharged batteries, or incomplete kits. It has been some time since our wedding and I think back to that time where we were planning and meeting with different groups, honestly we didn't know what to do. In meeting with Patrick and Jesse they were able to guide us and make suggestions that would help us in our decision. When we first looked around and met with different videographers we can tell why people may have been unhappy with them, but when we met with Patrick and Jesse it was the opposite. We had set expectations with them both and they insured us that we would not be disappointed. I am not an easy person to deal with and the responsiveness and professionalism they had given us was exceptional. Since our wedding I have recommended them for every type of project to friends and family and even people I may have just met and I do this because I have the upmost confidence that they would approach it with the same great attitude they do all their other projects. For my wedding video itself what can I say other than it is amazing! The final product given to us was perfectly edited, captured moments that my wife and I even though we were there and involved with the party, did not notice and appreciate whole heartily. When we watch our video it looks like we are watching a movie and I get emotional seeing my beautiful wife, my precious daughter and my friends and family enjoying themselves. It captures perfectly everything my wife and I went through to get to that moment, the hard work that was put in from our friends and family to make it all happen. Something that I will cherish forever. Patrick and Jesse, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the time and effort you put into our video and the great experience you provided for us. I urgently needed retail marketing flyers created in Adobe Illustrator, digitally printed professionally. I ordered a set to be printed on foam board and another set for acrylic marketing holders. The other printing company I had first sent my print job to (won't mention the company name out of respect, but they are located in Downtown Coral Gables), was unresponsive, dragging their feet and customer service severely lacking. After numerous follow-up attempts and still getting nowhere, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Best decision and so glad I did! I selected Photo Offset Printing because they had the best Google customer review rating, and I needed top quality professional printing with great customer service. This company far exceeded my expectations! My rush order was turned around within 24 hours. The great customer service provided by Peggy and Anibal was fantastic (thank you both)! They kept in close contact with me and well informed of the status of my order. And the outcome of my print jobs was absolutely STUNNING!!! Superior quality printing and assembly. My print jobs were neatly shrink wrapped and ready for pick up at the agreed upon time. I was pleasantly greeted when I walked into the office and treated so kindly.
