After 3 weeks of them attempting to create the design that I asked for, it was apparent that they did not have the skill set or ability to do the job. So I asked them to refund me the amount of my deposit. I was told that they have a refund policy and that their policy is that they do not give refunds. They forced me to take them to court which I did and the judge has ordered them to pay me. However, I still have not seen my money. If this is how they conduct business, then I'm not interested.
