I called Pierson Media to advise of the error and I was told that it was my error not theirs and that there's nothing they could do for us. My husband goes to pick up the signs and the second sign is damaged. So he left the second sign and I disputed the charge with the credit card company since we didn't order 2. Pierson Media then argues my dispute with the credit card company and doesn't call me to offer a solution. This company does not put customers first.
