Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. David did…read morenot communicate with us how our book would be printed- and the pages ended up being in the wrong order. He then had a tantrum and ripped out one of the pages and proceeded to want to CHARGE US for the reprint.... Keep in mind this was a $200 book and he still wanted an extra $50 to reprint it. When he had ripped out the page he also messed up our cover, and when he went to try and scrape it off and wasn't able to, he told us to leave and threatened to call the police. I never leave reviews but this experience was too horrible to not warn others. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Even the way he spoke to us was the most condescending and unprofessional way i've ever been spoken to in my life. We were nothing but respectful, calm and polite, but David was basically throwing the equivalent of an adult tantrum ESPECIALLY when he ripped out the page in front of us. Extremely unprofessional behavior and inappropriate- aside from the fact that the book came out wrong. DO NOT PRINT HERE.

They turned out better than expected! Now everyone could read the print and see the beautiful pictures. Thank you so much David! You have all my printing needs from now on.

Bear with me while I talk about all the pawsible things to do here. ;)…read more Grizzly had a pop up event they ran in conjunction with Banh-i-fied (a future viet food truck/restaurant that's picking up). They passed out free shirts, which they collaborated with Baghead on. (Hope I got that name right lol.) The shirts were awesome! Also picked up another shirt for the husband. :) Anyway, Grizzly Print Parlour is a silk screening company. They have their own designs for clothing that they'll do AND they also take custom designs. Minimum orders start at 12 shirts and can range (depending on # of design placements, array of colors, type of shirt or clothing piece, etc.) anywhere from $6-$10 per shirt. Not a bad deal in my opinion! They also have dope art hanging on the walls etc that are up for purchase as well! The guys working there were also great; answered all our questions and were super warm while they silk screened the shirts they were giving out to us. Loved the design of the free shirt as well as the one we picked up. Would definitely come back once Fitish foodies has a design in mind haha.

I urgently needed retail marketing flyers created in Adobe Illustrator, digitally printed professionally. I ordered a set to be printed on foam board and another set for acrylic marketing holders. The other printing company I had first sent my print job to (won't mention the company name out of respect, but they are located in Downtown Coral Gables), was unresponsive, dragging their feet and customer service severely lacking. After numerous follow-up attempts and still getting nowhere, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Best decision and so glad I did! I selected Photo Offset Printing because they had the best Google customer review rating, and I needed top quality professional printing with great customer service. This company far exceeded my expectations! My rush order was turned around within 24 hours. The great customer service provided by Peggy and Anibal was fantastic (thank you both)! They kept in close contact with me and well informed of the status of my order. And the outcome of my print jobs was absolutely STUNNING!!! Superior quality printing and assembly. My print jobs were neatly shrink wrapped and ready for pick up at the agreed upon time. I was pleasantly greeted when I walked into the office and treated so kindly. Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a wealth of industry experience. And their professional recommendations were all spot on. An added bonus was the available customer parking and convenient location in a professional commerce area. For new customers, look no further this is the right choice! And if you're debating whether to switch printing companies like I was, you'll be glad you moved your business to Photo Offset Printing. I was blown away by my amazing customer experience. Highly recommend!!!
