My recent experience with iPrint and Design USA was more than what I would have expected from a local printing company in Miami. I'm not one to write reviews but I felt compelled to express my appreciation for the level of service I received. I was presented with many options. I didn't feel as if the staff wanted to sell me the most expensive option and I ended up getting a lot more products and services then I original planned on. I own a local restaurant and my husband is a life coach. I needed some new menus printed and when I sent them my design I received very insightful feedback. They offered to update the menu with the graphic design services and make some changes and I saw an immediate difference in orders from customers. The print quality was perfect, Much better than what I had gotten previously and I also had some window signage printed and installed as well as all new business cards for my staff. Without realizing it iprint and design helped me rebrand my resturant and have made an impact on my business. My husband had standard business cards and was running low. When they showed him some pricier options for his business cards he initially wasn't interest, he was being cheap, but the way the owner expressed his confidence in how much it would help him and how a one time investment into his brand would yield the returns he was looking for, my husband trusted and took the chance and ordered some luxury business cards from them. From the 1st person he handed his new cards to he was met with praise and was able to secure a new client that actually led to a few new clients. My husband laughs because he simply didn't realize the impact that a business card could make for him. We have printed brochures, we have printed take out menus for the restaurant and we have even printed wall decals for our kids room. The owner is from New York and that makes a huge difference! He means business. He's direct and to the point. If something doesn't make sense he will express his concerns and on the same hand if he says he can make something happen it will happen! I needed an ASAP delivery on some brochures I called him and told him all the details and not only was he able to deliver but he was able to coordinate with my staff and his team to meet me at the Airport in time before my flight and basically saved my tush... this was at 9:30 pm on a Friday! I cannot recommend this company more. I came into Miami for a job and needed some assets printed. I had spent two days prior working with two other local print shops and it was like pulling teeth. Slow responses, and when I did receive one the information was vague and left me open to receiving misprints on a tight turnaround schedule. I went back to google and found iPrint. I gave them a call and Michael guided me through their services and provided me with a time table I could work with. The turnaround was fast and the finished product was out of this world. My clients all remarked on how fantastic the images came out and were really impressed - all without prompting them, they just took note of how fantastic it was. Michael hand-delivered the final product to my hotel in the rain and was absolutely genial. I cannot recommend him and his team enough. Though there are hundreds of print shops in New York where I'm based I'm strongly considering using Michael and his team to send me prints in the future because the quality and service are unmatched. I wasn't sure if the exact terminology of some of the things I needed but he cared enough to get it. I did some really nice business cards with them as well as some custom printed labels for my small business. I can't say that I would have thought I needed an appointment but after getting to their office and seeing how they operate I fully understood why we needed to make one. From the very 1st call I was presented with some options for my companies business cards that I had never really thought about it seen before. They varied in price but never once did I feel like the owner was trying to up sell me. I did feel this way with 2 other local companies. The design process was smooth. A few emails back and forth and I was happy. And the finished product was exactly what I wanted.
