I saw a pic of Joseph G. holding wall art produced at CanvasFab. It looked great and he looked happy in the pic. Tom and I talked about using some of our pics from trips and moments in time as living room wall art. We figured it would personalize the space and remind us of fun times. CanvaFab's site has a nice gallery of work. But what really did it for me was their easy-to-use software that let me upload my pic, try different products and sizes, see my art with my options and get a price for the custom work. We picked 32" x 16" size canvas and were concerned the images might look fuzzy. But on my screen each pic looked great, so we started to put an order together. Then they emailed me a new customer code for 50% off my first order. Yeah baby! That tipped the scale and, willing to take a chance on the picture quality, kept ordering. I got emails during the process - I knew when they got the order and when they shipped the order. They managed my order without being asked - thank you CanvasFab. It's refreshing to just stay out of the way and watch you manage your business. If only more companies would do that...(maybe a handyman wouldn't have installed 2 door knobs on the same door in my house, one on top of the other. I have pics.) The pics came in a box that was well packed. I could have picked up the art in their MIami shop but I opted for delivery instead. The quality was beyond our expectations! We were going to get simple frames but in the meantime we ordered 'mirror edge' pics on canvas - they look so good we are not getting frames! We have some special times coming up and we look forward to sending our pics to CanvasFab so they can work their magic. read more

I placed an order in November (60x40 Cancas) and they sent me an email saying that I had to wait more because they couldn't get the color right. The color was supposed to be beige and it was almost pink. They tried again and sent me a picture and it still wasn't right. They asked me if I wanted a refund and I said yes. Then 2 weeks later Paypal sent me an email saying that the refund was canceled. I sent them multiple emails about that, called them and even messaged them on instagram and 0 response. I thought I would give them more time since it was December and I figured they were still on holiday. It's almost February and still no response. Thankfully Paypal is very good about these things and they opened a case against them and will give me my money back! read more

Excellent local place for professional affordable canvas wraps. Great products, great website, and great staff! I had some concerns with the size I would be able to print my photo given the quality since it was taken with my phone's camera so I called the number on the website. David answered and after voicing my concerns he asked me to email him the photo. He replied within an hour informing me of the size he recommends and even attached a screenshot of how the enlarged finished product will look. I live nearby so I picked it up in-store where I met Bryan (the company's founder) who happily gave me a tour of the facility. They had all different sizes in production from 12"x12" to large ones that appeared to be the size of a twin bed! I highly recommend CanvasFab!!! read more

BE AWARE: Canvas Fab used to operate as Canvas Lifestyles (they are operating from the same address as Canvas Lifestyles) so if you want to check them out search YELP for Canvas Lifestyles. Canvas Lifestyles suddenly and without warning shut down their operation in June of 2014 while I had an active order submitted with them. I had purchased and paid for the order already via AmazonLocal. Luckily the folks at AmazonLocal refunded my money after they were unable to reach the owners of Canvas Lifestyles (they took down their website and disconnected their phone number!). I am irritated because I spent all this time creating my photo to canvas project for Canvas Lifestyles. I submitted it to them, got an order number, a ship date, and then nothing ever arrived. What a waste of time! As I mentioned they shut down their website and phone number so I couldn't reach anyone to resolve the issue. Canvas Lifestyles/Canvas Fab never apologized or attempted to resolve the issue with me. It would have been considerate and professional for them to finish the jobs that people had submitted to them and paid for. That is why I am giving them 1 star. I can't say much about their product as I never received anything from them. read more

I had twice before ordered canvas blow-ups of my photos, and was extremely happy with the results. Unfortunately, the last order was misplaced "somewhere" at my location after it was received and reviewed. I only noticed its absence this weekend when I was ready to have the canvases framed and hung in a property we are poised to offer for sale. I immediately sent desperate voice and emails to CanvasFab along with new attachments of the photos asking for service ASAP. This afternoon, I received a gracious email saying that the order was fulfilled, and that they hoped this prompt response would alleviate my distress, which of course it has, big time! Don't waste your time with these guys. They don't know how to run a business and the money you'll save won't be worth the headache. I ordered a large 60x40 canvas. When it finally came it was the WRONG canvas. Not happy I had to slug a huge box of somebody else's order into my home. I contacted the owner immediately and to his credit did indicate he'd send my canvas right away and look into that happened. He says my package got switched with another order in NJ and offered to have the wrong package picked up. Two days later another huge box arrives at my door. I'm thinking wow that was fast. It was indeed my canvas. That same day I get an email notification from Bryan saying he's shipped my order and it would arrive in a few days--wait, what? Another shipment? Confused I emailed Bryan and he had no clue. I requested he stop that shipment (I live in a small building and a 3rd huge box was the last thing I needed). He said he would but didn't mention the pick up of the initial wrong canvas I was still waiting on. When I asked about it, he said I could dispose of it myself because he had already replaced it for the customer. So now I have to clean up this guy's mistakes? He eventually agreed to have it picked up (it was) and said he'd intercepted the third package. The only compensation he was willing to provide was a lifetime membership to his store with a 50% off discount (mind you I had ordered the canvas at 1/2 off so he wasn't giving anything up--just wanted to ensure some future business I suppose). His "final" offer consisted of increasing the discount percentage. How about making up for my current purchase instead of concerning yourself with retaining my future business? Now back to that third package which was supposedly intercepted. Wrong again, a few days later I had another 60x40 box blocking my door. I didn't even bother this time with this guy. He has a poor run business clearly and has little common sense for customer service. Quality of canvas OK but you can do better at Costco or anywhere else really and save yourself the time and effort in ordering from Canvas Fab which is likely to mess up your order. read more

The products I received were ok but I'm not at all impressed with this company. The quality control has much to be desired. One of the prints I received had a staple that was off the edge of the print and I had to pull it out with pliers. And whoever stapled the canvas to the frame went crazy with the staple gun and placed way too many staples in the frame. Before placing my order, I called during business hours and nobody answered. When I called again, I spoke to a woman who sounded like she was in a garage and she would cover the phone to relay my questions to someone else. She told me that if I wanted my prints sent to two different addresses, to just send an email indicating my request. I placed my order online and as instructed, I sent an email to them requesting that my two canvas prints be sent to two different addresses. I asked for them to confirm receipt of my email which they did not. I then spent a few days trying to reach someone using their customer service number. For two days, I kept getting a recording that the number was not accepting calls. When they finally answered the fourth time I called, I spoke to Jarred who assured me that they would send the canvas prints to two separate addresses as I had requested. I didn't have much confidence in this company, and of course, both canvas prints were delivered in one box at the same address. I had to repack one of the prints, and pay additional to send it to the other address myself. It isn't even worth the effort to call to talk to them about it - that is if they would even bother to answer the phone. They are reasonably priced if you use one of their coupon codes but I won't be ordering from Canvasfab again - they act like some fly-by-night company and their customer service is marginal to poor at best. I HIGHLY recommend CanvasFab.com. They went WAY above and beyond to have my dad's gift get there for Father's Day, and as a result, I will probably never consider another place after this experience. The package was misdelivered to my house in Texas instead of to Virginia, and when I contacted the company, another copy of the print was mailed out to my dad immediately via FedEx. When FedEx royally screwed up that second delivery, the representative was on it immediately, figuring out what happened. When my father finally got the box, it was soaking wet because FedEx placed it a half mile away-in the rain, but the canvas was beautifully packaged and there was absolutely no water damage at all. We were amazed. To top it off, Bryan from CanvasFab stayed in contact with me via email throughout Father's Day until the wayward package was found. The next day, Bryan contacted FedEx to file a complaint, and kept me updated, both via email and phone. I have never had this level of customer service before, and I am really appreciative! I actually had a pretty great experience with canvas fab. It was Art Basel last month, and I needed to get some prints done last minute. The procrastinator in me waited until three days before my own gallery to actually print some photos on canvas. Luckily I found this place and they took care of my order. Recently did business with this CanvasFab and it was great, highly recommend it! My graphic novel company needed high quality prints for our concept art to display at a showcase, though it was a bit of a short noticed they got (5) 18x24 and a 24x48 piece done within a matter of 2 days.
