I walked in this morning to send a package and was greeted first and foremost by wonderful smell…read morecoming from the store. I asked the two beautiful young ladies what was that smell was it a shampoo what were they wearing what did they burn. The graciously gave me a card that had the only information and they sprayed the card so if I would remember the sent. That was just one little detail along with their smiling faces, sunny disposition, willingness to help effectively and professionally, and the fact that they taped the box no charge were all just my reasons for calling this place my UPS store. It's the only courier shop that has a 4 star rating while take a look at the grumbling reviews on any platform they don't exceed 2 star. It's clean, well stocked, neat, offers a host for great services including notarizing, shredding, printing etc and the staff is stellar and always helpful. They are all UPS stores but franchises so you are dealing with small shop owners. Even if I have a closer UPS I make it here hands down. I support great local businesses.

Store #1741 This is my 3rd time in the past 2 months using…read morethis location to handle my packing and shipping needs. This last time Kristell assisted me. Prior to shipping, I visited the shop to get an estimate of the cost. Kristell was thereby herself and there were about 3 customers. She made contact with all of us and made sure we were all greeted. She was very patient, pleasant and knowledgeable with all guests. My shipping was a bit complicated but with her guidance, it went very smooth. When I brought the product on Sunday to ship, Kristell was there again, by herself. I was expecting it to take a long time but she made it very easy and it took about 10 minutes. I would drive out of my way to go to this small shop because of the great staff. In addition, I priced the same shipment and UPS and it was triple the cost. I read some of the other reviews and I am pretty critical when it comes to customer service. I do not know if the negative remarks were made for another location by mistake or people just like to complain, but this shop is very neat and efficient. I will continue to​ recommend them to anyone needing their services.

They never opened up so I eventually left empty handed & no way of making contact with the business owners. Their Customer Service # goes straight to voicemail & not directly to the store or person. They do great printing but their service is a little uneasy, sadly.

I sent a package and cost me well over $150.00 and was promised 3-5 days delivery it's been weeks…read moreand it never got there. They don't answer their phone when you call either. So there is no way to claim. On top of it they were rude and unhelpful when I had to seek shelter inside their store when one of their Amazon and USPS delivery people gaslighted me yelling at me when I asked the USPS driver to please move her (illegally parked) white unmarked vehicle from behind my parked car so I could get out. Suddenly The Amazon worker rushed out of her truck and over to me. I had gotten out to ask the USPS driver after three times to please move and then I decided to get the ID of the vehicle as that was my only recourse. The Amazon worker rushed at me saying I was harassing the USPS driver. I moved quickly into my car for safety but she followed me and she banged on my glass screaming at me "what is wrong with you white people" They Karenized me gaslighting the situation when they were being aggressive. When I ducked into their store to ask them to please get their delivery people off of me they told me I had to leave that it was "too loud" instead one of them went outside to chat with the Amazon worker and smiled as he left the store to talk to her I felt threatened so instead I called 911 as the Amazon worker was outside the shop not letting me leave. I will never set foot in this place again. They work with bullies and thugs. Meanwhile I was late to work and the cops did nothing either. Never set foot in this bizarre palace again - and I escalated the situation to Amazon, because this shop did nothing to palliate that the drivers that work with them bully their customers and they don't care that they block traffic for their purposes
