Worst customer service I've experienced. The employee was rude, nasty, and clearly unhappy to help customers. If you dislike your job this much, maybe it's time to find another one. read more

Absolute worst! Amazon order that FedEx said tried 3 times to deliver saying I was not home (I was home. Liars). Left no 'Attempted Delivery' notices. FedEx returned items. Amazon Customer Service cheerfully re-ordered my items for me. Copy/paste FedEx's 3 more delivery attempts. "No one home" (Liars. I was home) and no 'Attempted Delivery" notices. Telephoned to locate package so I could drive over and retrieve them. Again FedEx returned my items to Amazon. 6(Six) DELIVERY ATTEMPTS. Nada. As a child age 8 through 13, I delivered newspapers for 5 years in the rain and snow and heat of summer because IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE! ... PICK UP BOX, PUT IN TRUCK, DRIVE 0.9 MILES TO HOUSE, PUT BOX BY FRONT DOOR, DRIVE AWAY... YOU'RE AN ADULT DOING A CHILD'S JOB AND YOU ARE SCREWING IT UP!! p.s. - UPS has no problem delivering here. read more

I took a day off work to receive the package and even left a note on the door to let the Fedex driver know that I am inside and yet the tracking shows that they allegedly attempted to deliver today. Now they can tell me where the package is for pick up: the website says it is available for pick up from the time the alleged delivery attempt was made. Since it can't be delivered and available for pick up at a facility at the same time, I don't know if I can pick up. Poor communication, zero service, and the package is still unavailable. I have had so many problems with Fedex over the years that it is the last carrier I would use. read more

THE DRIVERS! They can't read and are lazy. I've been waiting on my package to be delivered from this place and they always say they can find the address! HOW?! Amazon, usps, ups hell even Uber eats don't have no issue. read more

I'd give fedex a 0 star if it would let me. I have been waiting WEEKS for a package that the driver keeps saying can't be deliver because "customer not available or business closed" even though I have been sitting in my office every time they "attempt to deliver"! When I call the customer service line, all I get it lies and textbook responses and none of them actually care or help! They refuse to tell me how I can get my package and don't even take the time to try and work through solutions with me, just pass it off to another employee and they make me tell them the whole story from the beginning. All in all it is safe to say that fedex is AWFUL!!! read more

I was in the store to print drawings for the City of North Miami Beach. My GC made a few mistakes on the drawing. The manager of the centre by the name Stacey was such a lifesaver, she helped me with the resizing of the drawing, corrected the mistakes and was very informative, supportive and professional. Great service. read more

Driver claimed he tried to deliver my package. I've been home all day, no door tag, no one has come to do the door, the FedEx truck wasn't even here. read more

Sometimes giving it 100% at work just isn't enough and you have to push the bar that little bit higher and do little things above and beyond your bosses expectations. Such as knowing where the late drop off locations are for Fedex and being prepared to make a last minute run there on your way home. This location is open until 7:30 p.m., has both counter service and a drop box outside. The only issue I have is that its tiny and if there are more than 4 people waiting on line then its crowded and only one person is ever working the counter. read more

Damn FedEx is useless. This is like third time I've had issues getting a delivery from them. I am so annoyed at waiting the whole day only to get a delivery exception. I gave my phone number for the driver to call incase he couldn't find the apartment (no call), I gave instructions on how to find the apartment (obviously the driver can't read or just didn't get the message). Geez what more should I do... Seriously FedEx is such a headache! Turns out I will have to go collect my package after all so basically it's been a waste of time dealing them, as usual. read more

Worst customer service - front desk ever! Older guy from NY or Jersey with and attitude - The guy tries to start an argument after you question him where your lost package is. Apparently conflicting information from what they say on the door tag and what they do is the norm. What a DBAG! Report him to corporate as I did. The guy started yelling at me because they lost my package! He should be FIRED! read more

They never come to your house to make the delivery or put a note They just don't care at all read more

The drivers that deliver in my area of Bay Harbor Islands are the worst. I thought that I would give them a pass the first time and even the second time , but this is an ongoing problem. They are terribly unprofessional. This incident really got my goat. The package was put in the path of the elevator., and there is actually a place where they could have actually put it. I knew that it was the driver. He didn't even have the courtesy to let me know that he wasn't coming to my door. I thought this was a part of your service. Oftentimes, they don't even deliver the package to your door. Nowadays, you are just one day from being out of business or laid off. Do better! You forget who the customer ! read more

This is the WORST FedEx office I have ever encountered. Every time I have came here I have had horrible customer service. The staff is unfriendly and obviously doesn't care about customers packages. Currently waiting inside the building along with 7 other people with no staff members to be found. Stay away if at all possible. read more

I have very mixed feelings about this FedEx after a couple trips here. The location is convenient to get to for me and has ample parking for the size of the shipping center. If you come during lunch or earlier afternoon, the place can be packed though. One thing I found that helps the process is fill out forms ahead of time and have a FedEx account connected to a credit card for faster processing. Some of the employees are helpful, while others leave a lot to be desired! Sometimes they let you use the hand truck to bring in packages. but one time I was told no customers can't use it. My biggest issue is inconsistent service, for example employees accurately measuring boxes. I've been shipping the same size box multiple times lately, but each time the individual who is helping me will measure the box (even when I've told him or her the size) and then proceed to get a totally different measurement (even though the size I've given them is correct). This is an annoyance because some employees will measure the box smaller or larger than the actual size, which requires me either correcting them or contacting FedEx regarding refunds. I've found it is best to send the boxes to a FedEx Office Center where the recipient can pickup the box, which brings down shipping costs and they will hold packages for up to 6-days (Note: This is not a FedEx Office Center, it is instead a FedEx Ship Center; so you can't ship packages to this location to be picked up by a recipient). read more

I will cancel the Fedex account and will never use you because of this stupid location. The worst.!!!!!!!!!!!!

Attendant was super helpful! Very virtuous, kind, and got my package to me within minutes and back out the door. Perfect service! Thank you again FedEx! read more

LAZY FedEx - They will not come into your apartment building or condo to deliver your package. Basically, they find it easier to leave a note for you to come and pick up the package at their location. If you do not pick up then they send it back to the original point it was sent from and they collect the money. read more

I wish I could avoid FedEx at all costs which I do but unfortunately you can't avoid them when other companies uses them to ship . Always terrible m, always some kind of issues guaranteed!! Was told I can pick up my package after 3pm, office closes at 7:30. I was there at 7pm, was told package not there it's with a driver. Once I started complaining, my package magically appeared. Just a bunch of incompetent workers! read more

This is not the first time that I have issues with FedEx. I have been waiting for this pkg all day; we even left a note on the door kindly asking the driver to please wait a minute if we don't answer right away. At 7.30 PM I am checking the tracking number at shows "delivery exception"...I mean really?!?!??! How the hell on earth UPS and USPS can get the job done and FedEx consistently fails??? Being on the phone with their costumer service is like talking Chinese with somebody. Extremely, Extremely, Extremely disappointed! read more

FedEx is incompetent and unable to deliver within the stated delivery times. They should learn some efficiency from UPS, whom I have never had a problem with. I was guaranteed two-day delivery of an item that was intended as a gift and should have arrived with plenty of time. Leave it to FEDEX to hang me with no birthday gift and here I am 3 days after the guaranteed delivery date, with no status update and no new delivery date, it just states 'pending delivery'. According to the tracking system, the package arrived in the facility on the 10th (already one whole day late) and has been sitting there ever since. Today is the 13th and the issue is being "reviewed". The item is a rowing machine, so it should not be very difficult to locate! It seems that FedEx has managed to lose a 70lb item in its facility ?!?! There is no way of calling this facility for more detail, only the general 1-800 number. Thank you FedEx for ruining the birthday present. read more
