I paid $168.51 to ship overnight for Saturday delivery but package didn't arrive until Monday! Every time I contact the store, they tell me to contact UPS, and UPS tells me to contact the store. I feel frustrated no one is accountable for this delivery. I'll never use a third-party shipper again but go straight to the source. There's a reason UPS and FedEx said they couldn't ship that on a Saturday--they know what they're doing. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. I've been to this postal office 2x. The first time the senior citizen with the blonde hair was rude, but I decided to shake this one off as maybe she was having a rough day. The second time I came to them was to ship Christmas cards and one box. First of all they do not properly greet customers when you walk through the door. I waited in line not sure who I was suppose to speak to as there are several people working in this store. She yelled at me to come to her desk which I did. Before even saying Hello or a How are you she looked at my cards in my hand and told me that Im going to need a lot of stamps to send this. Mind you these are TINY christmas cards. One stamp is perfectly fine- CLEARLY she was trying to rip me off. I let that slide for a moment as she did some research on her computer or whatever she was doing- she did not communicate much on that aspect with me. Then she handed me back all my cards and kept one. She proceeded to tell me " Someone needs to move there box from my scale" I said sure no problem ( theres no room in this tiny post office to put down and shipments) and I told her, that someone is me- I'm right here. (trying to lighten up her attitude problem with me a bit) Then she yells at me because i proceeded to pick up one of my christmas cards, she yells " THATS WHY I PUT IT THERE" at that moment i politely grabbed my belongings and said okay I'm going to leave now. She yells at me " OKAY GREAT" Im not sure what your name is but as someone who has worked in customer service myself for many years I highly recommend you treat your customers better. Im assuming you are the business owner (by your age) and Im stunned that you feel you have the right to treat people with such bitterness and insensitivity. I did nothing to you, but treat you as my elder with respect and grace. You have no idea what some people are struggling with and maybe you should learn a lesson, KINDNESS GOES A LONG WAY. I would have been a loyal customer to you and quite frankly this is your business and I'm assuming you need to make money. It saddens me how someone can be so rude and i don't know how you live treating people the way you do. read more

These people are great. I've gone there several times and they've been helpful and not expensive.....example.....UPS Store at 128th and Biscayne wanted $138 to send a letter overnight where-as PPS gave me a couple quotes all for $40 and less. It's run like a mom & pop operation which promotes a comfortable experience. read more

Do NOT go here! I went to get only a simple overnight envelope and it was harder than buying a car. I only wanted to purchase the envelope and was not shipping through them which seemed to anger them. The 2 senior citizen women working there acted like I bothered them just by walking through the door. I have honestly never experienced such a rude couple of women like I did when I walked through the door to this facility. They are extremely nasty. I answered the phone and told my MOTHER I would call her right back, one of the ladies said "yeah you do that." That's when I put the envelope down, told them I was done because they were nasty, and walked out. They will NEVER get my business! read more

As soon as you walk in the smell of cigarettes nearly knocks you over. The place is old looking and basic but the woman there was friendly. However it costs about 2x as much as what you would pay at the post office so I just went up the street about 10 blocks to the post office instead. I suggest some heavy duty cleaning and air freshener! read more
