They want to know how many room, ect right from jump so when you add a few totes they will double your charge. We had maybe half of a big penske box truck. Charged us 8000.00 dollars. We didn't have 8000.00 worth of stuff in the truck. When they picked up was suppose to get a call 30 mins to an hour before arriving NOPE that didn't happen. They just showed up banging on the door. They lost the power cord to my recliner is been about 3 weeks we been here went a full week without our stuff. The broker ( safe ship) charged us 1100.00 for expedite meaning not agreeing week. That's s whole new complaint g for that company. I have gone thru the totes and 3 boxes and realized I'm missing a whole totes. Which has some pictures, my moen shower head that cost 120.00 dollars., some pop figures that cost me a lot collectibles one. This company is incompetent you will be up charged, added bullshit fees, and expect to wait for someone to answer your call and will repeat over and over i understand no the fuck you don't, use your company to move. I would not recommend this company to anyone not even my worst enemy they will fuck you over and over. Lack of customer service... This is a fair eating they will not give back anything they will blow you off time and time again. A VERY ANGER CUSTOMER.BE AWARE

TLDR: definitely recommend this small and responsive company!…read more We needed help moving our items from our Uhaul Pod to our apartment. I was having a slight headache from Uhaul but Move Kingz fixed that! I worked with EJ over the phone to coordinate everything. He was extremely responsive. I reached him with ever phone call and is receptive to text. He even called when something went wrong from the Uhaul side (that we weren't informed of yet). Jean (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was such a wonderful person to work with and was the one helping us the actual day. He went above and beyond our initial request. He was very knowledgeable about moving even though he has only been with the company for 6 months. Jean handled all our items and boxes with care. He was also very pleasant company and had a positive attitude (making our move so much better). The pod was delivered 30 minutes late from our asking time, but we knew something like that would happen so we had already planned accordingly.

At the beginning the owner was…read moreprofessional I told him from A to Z what I needed done he told me yes that's fine and gave me an invoice. I had a UBox at uhaul so all I needed was to be unloaded and some things to be picked up from an apartment that was two blocks away. They came in this broken down pick up truck, used my Ubox to get my things from my old apartment. Obviously my couches a queen bed and dresser are not going to fit but the kids told me that the owner too the truck. We get to my building and these kids can't even park the truck!!! They had to ask the maintenance guy to do it for them!! Not just once but 4X. I paid for two trips not several so that was on the owners fault. Second he sends these jail birds to come move my things. I gave them a chance because times are hard and everyone needs a job at the moment. They ruined my dresser, ripped my couches, I live in a BRAND NEW building all the other residents had no problems moving in. these low cost movers put a hole in the wall and door. The owner had the NERVE to say this is common on every move. Wrong if you're a professional this definitely doesn't happen. When I got my furniture from the room place yes it comes in a box but they take off the box before coming up the stairs or elevator. That's how you know the owner is unprofessional doesn't know what he's doing he hires these poor kids just so he doesn't have to pay them as much as he would to someone that knows what they're doing. I was better off getting some guys from Home Depot and renting my own uhaul truck. Then the owner decided to call me trash to the personal in my building, everyone laughed at him. For even thinking it was ok to leave his shitty business cards, which btw went right in the trash like the trash you really are because your whole business is TRASH , YOURE NOT REAL MOVERS STICK TO MOVING PEOPLE THAT DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR THINGS NOR LIVE IN BRAND NEW BUILDINGS! Pictures don't lie of what kind of job you really do. Keep telling friends and family to post good reviews lol smart people would read this review, and know you're trash. This is actually my fault for not reading and doing my own research. People pay a little more to get your things done professionally, this is the first and last time it happens to me.

The next day I got a long text with all their prices and information. I called them and got all the information I needed. A couple weeks later I called and sent a text to reserve my date. I sent another text to please let me know what he needed from me and asked if everything was ok as it would be a MAJOR inconvenience to have it fall though last minute. Still nothing. About 2 weeks out from move date, I called from my work phone, he picked up right away because he didn't know it was me and told me my date was perfect and that everything was ok. He said he would call me that evening with payment info. Never got a call back. I sent a text letting him know I already got everything taken care of at my condo office and again to PLEASE let me know SOMETHING. He knows I'm pregnant and told him I had to be out by the 31st it's hard to hire movers end of month on such short notice. Everyone is moving out end of month and this is south Florida. Moving date has come and gone and still have not heard back from him. What kind of business owner does that? A fake one? Don't be a coward. Just tell me you rather take the larger moves and don't have time for my 1 bedroom apartment. The company I went with looked them up for me on the BBB and said they have a D rating and she went on the DOT website and said they are not doing thing they should be. In the end, I'm glad they ditched me and gave me to opportunity to go with a legit company.
