This team is very easy to communicate with. From the very beginning we FaceTimed so they knew exactly what was needed to be moved. The quote included a very transparent list of cost. And if you need to remove anything, they will provide an updated quote before your move with updated costs. The 3 gentlemen that came were very friendly and efficient. took care of everything prior to wrapping it and was very care of the walls. I would use them again if we were to move in the future. read more

I'm extremely happy with my move! From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Denis and Dema were phenomenal: hardworking, organized, and professional. Moving is hard. Moving is not pleasant. Thankfully we turned to Dixie Movers LLC and they were fantastic from the first phone call through the last item placed with care in our new apartment home. Denis of Dixie Movers did a painless FaceTime call with us to provide a quote. We also had a spread sheet with our items being moved that was used to provide an accurate & fair quote. When we had questions leading up to moving day, their administrator Brana was quick and kind with her responses. On the day of moving us out Denis stayed in touch about their arrival time. Thankfully traffic helped us out (although I know it must have been difficult for Denis and his colleague Marat). We thought we were so ready to move and found out the morning of that I had missed several kitchen drawers and cabinets during a recent illness. Denis was so kind and patient, providing us with extra boxes and wrapping paper to keep our valuables safe during transit. He and Marat took such great care of every piece of furniture, every moving box and bag, and when he adjusted the invoice with all of our last minute add-ons he was very fair. The move in to our new apartment home was just as seamless and filled with patience, kindness, and very hard work by Marat. We are forever grateful for this Dixie Movers LLC family. Dixie Movers are the best - the last honest movers! They moved me yesterday for $1700, and my movers 3 months earlier charged me $11k to move the same stuff! Dixie was fast, very responsive, courteous, and friendly. They disassembled and reassembled everything! They are super!!! read more

Their quote was way better than their competition. Their service was exemplary. The men who actually worked through the move were phenomenal!! All of the things that I was worried about through both the transaction and actual moving experience were needless of me. Please, if you are considering a mover, add DIXIE MOVERS to your list of considerations!!!!!! read more

Dixie made my move an absolute pleasure. The men wrapped and moved everything very quickly. They disassembled as needed. Once at my new place, they situated the furniture where I wanted and assembled everything as it should be. Not a dent or dink on anything. Everything reached my new home in perfect condition. Mind you the pick up point was in a 3rd floor walk up. I moved into my fiancés house and I wanted to transfer my mattress for his. The guys even swapped them out for me. That was above and beyond service! All done in 4 hours. They moved my 1bedroom apartment contents quickly yet carefully, all for under $1,000. My fiancé and I plan to purchase a second home a little farther North of Palm Beach county. When we're ready, we know who to call for exceptional quality, and reasonable service. I feel very disheartened because I have to leave this review as I have had such great experiences before. I currently did a cross state move and Dixie Movers has been such a disappointment. They arrived the day after they were scheduled to arrive (which I paid extra for). After already being late, they then arrived an hour after the new scheduled time. They damaged many of my items including soaking my bed frame in rain water so that it no longer closes flush and ripping apart my artwork. I specifically asked them to pack sensitive items like my record player and telescope assuming they would do a better job than me at protecting them but they just threw them in a box with no padding. The worst offense, however, was that they LOST about HALF of my items. Not only did they not arrive and they do not know where they are but NO ONE has checked to find the items or given me an update on how this will be resolved. When I have called the front office they only tell me that they can't give me timelines or solutions because that is up to management and apparently management is currently off site. There is no direct line to management or a way to contact them. There is not an ounce of urgency on their part to resolve this issue. Absolutely awful experience. I am on stand by and I have no way to know if I need to replace the items or if they'll be found. Over thousands of dollars of items missing, priceless items that are not even sold anymore and are irreplaceable. For double the price of large scale movers, this is 100% not worth it. read more

I hired Dixie movers to move my three bedroom apartment into a 2 story home. We had three stops before we got to the final destination as I had stuff at a friend's house and in a storage facility - so this was a big move! We have moved many times over the years, locally and long distance, West Coast and East Coast, probably seven to eight moves in total, and without any exaggeration, this was the single best moving experience we have ever had in our lives. Dixie Movers is in a completely different league. From the very first phone call with Ana, everything was handled with absolute professionalism, clarity, honesty, and precision. Every promise that was made was kept exactly as stated. No surprises, no excuses, no last minute changes, just integrity and organization from start to finish. On moving day, Lenar and Stanley, along with three other incredible team members, delivered a level of service that I honestly did not think still existed in this industry. We had extremely heavy furniture, delicate items, and a very full move. They worked with unbelievable strength, speed, coordination, and care. Every single piece was wrapped, protected, and handled as if it were priceless. Not one scratch, not one dent, not one damaged item. No corner cutting. No shortcuts. Everything done perfectly. What truly separates Dixie Movers from every other company we have ever used is their efficiency and attitude. They did not waste a single minute. The teamwork was flawless. The communication was clear. The execution was smooth, calm, and completely professional from beginning to end. Watching them work was actually impressive. It felt like a highly trained unit that has mastered their craft and takes real pride in what they do. I can say this with complete confidence and from the bottom of my heart. In all our years of moving and all the companies we have dealt with, I have never seen a team operate at this level. If there were a gold standard in the moving industry, a role model that every other company should study and aspire to become, Dixie Movers would be it. This is not just a good moving company. This is excellence. This is how a business should be run. If you are looking for a stress free move, total peace of mind, and a team that treats your belongings better than their own, do not even consider anyone else. Ana, Lenar, Stanley, and the entire Dixie Movers crew are simply the best of the best. read more

I can't recommend Dixie Movers highly enough! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with all of our belongings. The team arrived on time, worked quickly without cutting corners, and treated everything -- from furniture to fragile items -- with great care. What really stood out was their attitude. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and clearly experienced. They made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and easy. Communication was also excellent throughout the process. I appreciated the clear estimate, prompt replies to my questions, and updates along the way. If you're looking for a reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy moving company, this is the one. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family. They also honored a First Responder discount. Thank you, for making my move so seamless! read more

When I called not only did they have it but they redelivered it to me. I am telling anyone who needs moving you can see these 5 star reviews are all accurate and all true. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! I highly recommend Dixie Movers! In the last 15 years I've done 2 big cross country moves and 2 local moves with a large family household. Every prior instance I've had major issues, mostly related to slow work or inexperience... This is the first time I will say I had a GOOD moving experience! I will also note that I got 3 quotes for this move - one by the hour (I'm telling you don't do it!) and another nearly $1,000 more expensive. In my opinion, the pricing was fair and the work was excellent!! From the start with Dixie Movers the process was easy - I was able to schedule a FaceTime review of my household belongings and received a binding quote for the move (no surprises in price!). I needed to reschedule my move day - it was no problem. On the day of the move Denis and his team arrived promptly at 8am and immediately got to work. Everyone on the team was professional and efficient. We did a full pack and move service to a local location. When we got to the new home again everyone moved things quickly and at my direction. They were done and cleaned up by 6pm (vs our last local move, when we had less belongings ended at 2am - this was a move paid by the hour). There were and I've been unpacking this week - nothing has been broken or damaged, everything packed well. Working with Dixie Movers was everything a move experience should be from beginning to end! read more

Dixie Movers - Earthly belongings - Movers Near Me - North Miami Beach, Florida

I recently used Dixie movers for a local move from Coral Gables to Pinecrest. Their team was friendly and highly responsive to put together a quote. The crew of four gents arrived promptly at 8 o'clock as expected with a well-maintained 40 foot truck. They worked quickly, almost always with a smile, despite the hard work in the heat, and worked for 13 hours straight with barely a break. I am now moved into my new home and have yet to find any surprises with broken items or things that we're not cared for as I would've hoped or expected. Their team also did not impose any additional charges or fees on me at the end of the move which was nice. This was not important to me but the crew did not speak good English or Spanish -- wasn't an issue and the crew lead was able to communicate the essentials but I want to note here for those who might think it's important. I highly recommend the service. Moving is never easy or fun but these guys took a lot of stress off the whole process. Kiril was the lead mover but unfortunately I forget the names of the other three. Thanks Dixie Movers! read more

Dixie Movers had stellar reviews and still exceeded my expectations. Stanley and Ivan were the movers and did an amazing job. I'll tell you more about them in a moment. First, the communication with the office and Brana. She sent a clear email outlining what the charges would be. It was fair and transparent and I agreed. The day of the move Stanley and Ivan arrived and they were pleasant, fast, strong, effective, kind, patient, responsive, friendly, respectful, and thorough. They were careful with my belongings, didn't dally at all, didn't try to upsell me, had the wardrobe boxes I asked for and just honestly did the job extremely well and efficiently. They just worked fast and well. They got to the destination promptly and I can't even begin to tell you how well they did with unloading and doing a highly specialized unpack/storage request. Just good, nice, hard-working guys. When it came time for payment, I did my math based on Brana's quote and when they gave the bill, our numbers matched. That's never happened before with other movers. Others movers are always playing games. Moving is stressful and Dixie took the stress out of the actual move. I can't thank them all enough. What a wonderful operation you have over there. Ethical, fair, and idk what else. I was kinda blown away. Thank you. read more

Excellent. Responsive. Careful. I had to move contents of my mother and stepfather's apartment in Lauderhill after my mother passed. On extremely short notice, emailed Dixie and Anna responded very quickly. After sending some photos of what needed to be moved they gave a me a quote and accommodated the tight schedule. All along the way any questions I had were responded to very quickly and delivery to Westchester was seamless. Movers were friendly and careful. Best moving company I have ever had occasion to use. read more

Like many people, I started my search for movers based primarily on their reviews, how many, how recent, how good, etc. I found Dixie Movers on Yelp and Google based on their endless excellent reviews. For me, when I see that many reviews with long comments giving praise, it gets my attention. My move was from Downtown Miami to Tampa and I was honestly dreading the experience. Let me start with the main man Nick, who is "the man behind the curtain." Nick takes care of everything from your initial estimate, answering your questions, to coordinating the move. Nick is an absolute pleasure to work with in every way. He responds to all your questions quickly and with accuracy 7 days a week. Nick even allows you to drive him crazy with endless questions. I've done multiple moves in my life, but I've never felt as confident and at ease with the person running the show. Nick gave me a quote based on 30 boxes along with furniture and belongings. He told me not to worry if I went a bit over in boxes, which I was very skeptical about. I had a past experience where the movers came to my home, saw what I had and gave me a price. Then, on the day of the move the price went up by 30% because there was more than expected. Nick gave me the quote over the phone and email. I ended up with about 10 boxes over the signed 30 box contract number. Neither Nick nor The Dixie Movers crew ever said a word, let alone raise the price on me. These guys are true to their word! The moving crew was headed by Rohit and his 2 man crew of Kirill and Alex. Rohit is one of the nicest, most easy going people you could ever meet. He's intelligent, efficient and very patient. These guys packed up the truck with lightning speed and without a single complaint or incident. They went out of their way to keep my belongings safe and make sure I was happy. The next day it was a two man crew this time of Rohit and Alex. They left Miami at 6:00AM and headed straight to Tampa. The other moving companies wanted to charge me an "overnight storage fee" for delivering the next day, Dixie movers didn't even mention it. They unloaded the truck with the same care and attention to detail, and we're even faster. They even helped get my rug under the couches and anything else I asked them for. There was no damage to anything, not even a scratch. Dixie Movers are the best moving company I have ever used. Although I don't plan on moving again anytime soon, it is good to know that they are there. STOP searching for movers ... these guys are the best in terms of value and service without question! FYI, I do not work for the company, this is a real review. read more

Dixie Moving did a great job. Elfan & Alex were awesome! Efficient and careful! Will definitely use again.

I used Dixie Movers last weekend to move the contents of our 1-bedroom apartment locally. I was very impressed. I went down 15-minutes early to make sure the freight elevator was reserved and ready for them and they were already there loading up the elevator with packing materials. That is a rarity these days. They were extremely careful and thorough packing all our furniture as well as our OLED TV, which is very delicate. Nothing was damaged and they were extremely fast. The entire move only took them a few hours. I can't recommend Kirill, Nick and Sabur enough. Well worth the money! read more

Awesome movers! We have moved way too many times over the last decade, and this is the only time I can say this. Have never had movers before who were so careful and thoughtful about every single little thing. Inga, Denis, Rohit, and Prashanth were all super kind, and asked and followed our asks on every detail of our move. They worked extremely hard every single minute, and left us moved and organized. They even rearranged the garage to be tidy on the way out. My wife and I call this our once in a lifetime move, we will likely never get movers this good again. read more

I've hired Dixie Movers three times, and have always been extremely satisfied with the service provided. The first two were local moves within South Florida. This most recent one was a long distance move from Miami to Dallas. Elfan and Dennis loaded everything up on a Tuesday morning and drove directly to Dallas, so by Thursday morning my long distance move was complete for the same cost as the typical long distance movers that take much longer to complete the move. Whether it's a local move in South Florida or a long distance move, I highly recommend Dixie Movers for their fast, efficient and professional service. read more

This moving company went really above our expectations to make our move hassle free and smooth. They even repaired our mirror that had a missing piece prior to the move. I used Dixie Movers to move from Miami to Lancaster, PA for our 3 bedroom 2 bath house. I got several quotes including large companies like Allied and North American that seem to just hire their local networked movers in the area. I picked Dixie Movers because they are not sub-contracting out any of the work and therefore have much more control over this long distance move. They picked up and delivered on time as promised, there were no hidden fees or additional costs, and were so professional. All of our furniture, cabinets, TV's and tables were wrapped and delivered without any issues or damages. We even moved a large, heavy, massage chair which required removal of our front door to get it inside. The movers were always kind, careful, and respectful of our house and personal items. Dixie Movers really took a lot of stress out of the moving experience. Thank you so much! read more

Super impressed with the work that Rohit, Kirill, and Prashanth of Dixie Movers did moving our things from our 1 bedroom fourth-floor condo to a second floor two bedroom apartment. I had a lot of variables going into my move, and initial contact with Dixie was excellent. Very responsive, very willing to answer all of my questions promptly and politely, which is more uncommon than I wish it were. Due to a number of factors I couldn't control I was unable to confirm with Dixie until about four days before I needed them, but they were able to fit me into the schedule for an 8 AM move on a Saturday morning. My moving crew showed up promptly following excellent communication, and consisted of Rohit, Alex, and Kirill. And these guys were great. They clearly cared about all of my possessions being carefully and fastidiously protected and moved, and did not slow down once in the process. They had whatever I needed to move things I hadn't quite finished prepping, like two televisions that I thought I would have to move on my own based on things another mover had said to me. I actually had another mover tell me to "pack light" if you can believe it! Not Dixie, though, they were ready for whatever I had, and did a fantastic job across the board. There were also no additional fees for all the plastic wrap and tape they used to wrap my things (and they used plenty), no blanket fees, nothing unexpected at all. Price was exactly as agreed-upon before they came and absolutely fair. I would not hesitate to recommend Dixie for anyone looking for a local move, and I will probably use them when I move out of state in a few years. An excellent experience all the way around during a stressful time. read more

This is my second time using Dixie Movers. From the beginning of getting quoted and working with Brana, she was very clear with pricing and timing of the move. She was also very accommodating with my multiple requests. Come move day, I was greeted by two of the most patient and hard working individuals I've ever met -- Rohit and Prashanth. They were able to move all of my stuff despite one working service elevator in the building, other ongoing moves, all without complaining and a smile on their face. On a side note, they were very kind to my cats despite them being a little frazzled by strangers and the move. These guys are absolutely great and got me into my new place in no time!
