EDIT: USE A DIFFERENT MOVER I contracted these guys to move a few tables and couches. They did not place any sort of blankets to protect any of my items upon moving them. During the move I noticed the main couch was torn on the bottom. It was not like this upon pickup. Fine things happen. Shortly afterwards I notice that the hardwood dining room table has a bunch of holes punched into the side. They clearly banged it against something multiple times. I sent the owner pictures and expressed my disappointment. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The mover then sent me a voice message making every other excuse on the planet to try and not take blame for the damage he caused to my table.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The final straw was when I started cleaning the smaller couch. I noticed it was completely scuffed on the corners and torn near the leg. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is unacceptable. I do not even get an apology or contact from the owner. Just spam calls from the mover who damaged the items and won't take responsibility[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I'd say spend the extra dollar and get a different mover. EDIT: I cannot reply to the owner, but I have pictures of the couches as well. They have a few cat scratches and the CUSHIONS are worn. I have a full set of upholstery for all the cushions to have made the couch look close to new again. I have even uploaded a picture of the love couch that was torn up, which was taken before the movers touched it. The damage occurred at the drop off location, since the movers decided to place everything onto metal dollies without blankets. That has nothing to do with how they were picked up. I literally saw the couches myself a few days ago. This damage was fresh and done TODAY while the furniture was being moved. ALL the damage done to the couch is on the exteriors and base. I would not use this company again for the following reasons: -Constant talking during the move, sometimes loudly in my apartment and in the hallways in very quiet buildings. The constant talking began about a half hour or so into the move and continued throughout. It made me question if they'd move quicker without the talking. -Being told that the movers don't speak a lot of English, accepting that- then hearing one of the movers say the word pudita which sounded familiar, so I looked it up to find the vulgar meaning. I also saw how a building worker abruptly turned around when the word was said like huh...After telling one of the movers I heard one of them say the word and asking what it meant-he ultimately said he didn't know. -Movers exhibiting frustration with me due to the language barrier when it came time to pay. They had to call another person to give me the total for the move which was fairly quick so I'm unsure why the frustration was shown so visibly. -Both movers sat on my furniture without even asking if it was okay. It was not okay. -Scratches on items - Movers left trash in a box I had my water in...I didnt see it until cleaning after they left. There was literally a trash bin where the moving truck was parked so this was just blatant disrespect at this point. -Asked about two small items that I'm not seeing once I went through all my things and was asked "was you there", so customer service lacking clearly. While the movers showed up on time, I did not find them to be particularly organized. However this, nor the language barrier were of significance to me. It was all the things I listed above.
