We just finished moving yesterday and we couldn't be more pleased. From the beginning contacting Pure Moving to the end, the experience was painless. I was connected to Austin ( who I think based in California). He was fast, responsive and flexible. He was able to work around our busy schedules from estimating ( which I sent a video instead of zoom bc of bad service at the old place), to booking and changing moving dates. He definitely kept us in the loop of the process Moving day: team leader texted they were on route. They came 10 mins earlier than scheduled ( which I appreciate more than being late). We did a general walk through to ensure what should go and what should stay. They started packing and it was supper quick! We had a pleasure to work with Daniel ( team leader), Dima, Vitally and Pavel. They wrapped all of our furnitures carefully and quickly. We did throw a few curveballs along the way but they made it happened with no complaints, just positive attitudes! From team leader to helpers everyone did their part. They worked together very well ! They communicated well with each other ( to make sure stuff were moved without damage) and everyone pulled their weight ( literally!). They worked from 9am-8pm, with very little breaks ( if at all ) at lunch which we were happy to provide some food. No one sat down just for a minute, they were always on their feet moving stuff. And! They cleaned up after themselves after the move. Some of the examples: they wrapped our couches in blankets and shrink wraps ( not a scratch!) , carefully wrapped and moved our upright piano, even last minute change on a glass tv console from 1st to 2nd floor with tight staircase! Nothing broke, nothing scratched This is the first moving company we worked with that gave us such a positive experience. From the initial phone call with Austin to all email correspondence, their sales team/customer service staff (mostly Austin with sprinkles of Nick) were incredibly responsive, helpful, and patient. Amazing moving service from Pure Moving! Scheduling the move was quick and easy online, and the team at Pure reached out to me right away with some follow up questions about my move. After talking to Pure Moving, I chose to hire a team of 4 movers and a truck. Pricing was very clear, with no hidden fee's or upcharges. Prior to the move, communication was great. They confirmed my move, then a couple days before my move contacted me for a final confirmation. The morning of the move, they called to let me know they were on the way, and the team arrived on time. Bagrat and his team were super professional and very efficient during the whole move. They arrived with all the equipment needed to make the move quick and painless. They treated all my belongings with care, had plenty of large wardrobe boxes both for hanging clothes and also to efficiently store and move smaller items. Every piece of furniture was wrapped in plastic or moving blankets, and the corners were taped up to prevent any damage. They very carefully wrapped up TV's to ensure no damage. They even took apart my bed and put it back together on the other side. At the end, the move took 6 hours from start to finish. The invoice was clear, and again no surprise charges for anything, just the hourly rate and truck fee that were quoted when we booked the move. Highly recommended!! read more

Although I did not end up using Pure Movers services, I had to come on here and leave a review. The only reason I did not go through with this company was simply because it was out of my budget. The quote they provided me for my long-distance move was very reasonable, as I was getting similar quotes from other moving companies as well, but I did not end up hiring movers at all since it was out of my moving budget altogether. With that being said, Alexander was incredibly kind and helpful every time I spoke with him. We all know how stressful moving can be, but the great customer service that I experienced at Pure Moving definitely helped to alleviate some of that stress. A little really does go a long way and Alexander was even kind enough to help me further by recommending another company that was possibly a better fit for my moving situation...which was surprising to me, as I know it can be a competitive market. But to me, this shows that they genuinely want to help make your moving process as easy as possible. I hired 2 movers for a studio apartment, ~100 foot walk from apartment to a dedicated reserved service elevator. 15 minute drive to new location. Unloaded into a 1st floor garage, which I helped with. Had them take apart 1 small table during the move (4 screws total). No unpacking/rebuilding of furniture. Total move took about 4 hours 1) Ease of booking: Great communication when setting up move. Lots of flexibility and did not have any issues rescheduling when my moving date changed. 2) Low sticker cost: Talked to about 5-6 different moving companies before deciding on Pure Movers who had the lowest cost per hour. They also offer a cash discount. 3) Extra bonuses: Pure Movers includes wardrobe boxes for free as long as you return them in the end. If you keep them, they charge $20 each. They will also provide free flooring protection during move if needed. As with any move, a few hiccups here and there. First, We did not properly anticipate the amount of time required to move. We hired 4 movers, thinking it would be quicker, and so glad we did. We moved from a 2100 sqft house to an 1100 sqft 3rd floor condo. Yes. we did purge tons for the downsize. The moving team, Danil, Tim, Malik, and Alim were BEYOND professional. The care that they took to disassemble, wrap, move, unwrap, and assemble our furniture was beyond expectations. They were ALL courteous and kind. Excellent all around. It always seems that hiring a moving company is a leap of faith, as there are so many mediocre (at best) or simply disreputable )at or worse) companies out there. Pure Moving is the stellar exception to that... has my highest praise, and I will happily recommend them. The crew of three: Bagrat, Alex and Ramil, arrived on time, and wasted none. Throughout the entire, long (9.5 hour) move, they remained pleasant, personable, and very focused. At no point did I feel they were stalling or wasting time. They knew well how to protect my stuff, worked most efficiently, and even after 9 hours, when several dressers were placed in the wrong rom at the destination, they moved them to the correct place with no hesitation or sour expressions. Vlad and his team were absolutely amazing! Showed up on time, delicate with our belongings and incredibly polite. They moved us from an apartment in Brickell who's management was an absolute nightmare to deal with. They were so courteous and responsive to all the frustrations the building caused. When moving to our final destination they moved everything exactly where I wanted. Admittedly I said the table was fine then decided to move it again and again, they had smiles and never made me feel like I was bothering them. They even rebuilt my bed frame without me asking so I could sleep that night. I was so impressed I bought them waters and pizza to show how appreciative I was. I would love to give them way more!! I recently used Pure Moving for my relocation, and it was one of the most stressful and tiresome experiences of my entire life. The company's unprofessionalism started before arriving at my home- they showed up over 6 hours late without prior notice or explanation. They didn't bring enough gear to pack my belongings properly, so many items were damaged in transit. I was only met with resistance and hostility when I called the company to discuss the damages and file a claim. They refused to take responsibility for their mistakes and were completely unwilling to provide any compensation for my damaged belongings. They had reasonable prices, and clear, timely, and thorough communication. The movers Ramil, Danil, and Azamat were superstars!
