AWESOME moving company!!! I needed to move a couch from my home to my mom's home. I contacted OPD and they immediately returned my text message and gave me an estimate after I texted photos to them. Their price was very reasonable and competitive. The entire process was quick and hassle-free. Their movers were on-time and VERY professional and knowledgeable regarding their furniture moving trade. They were extremely efficient and fast! They handle my furniture with absolute care. They delivered the couch to my mom's and set it up for her as well. My mom was VERY pleased as well and she now wants to hire them! My hubby and I were truly impressed with this company, and we VERY HIGHLY recommend One Piece Delivery for your furniture moving needs. You won't be disappointed! read more

I had to move a queen bed and a big tv that I didn't trust my family to help me move. I shot them a text for a quote and got back to me in a few hours. It was a great price, so I was a bit skeptical but set up an appointment anyway for the next day in the morning. They gave me a 2-hour window of arrival from 10 am to noon. Around 9:40 am I got a text that they were on the way and the number and name of the supervisor of the move. They arrived at 9:55 am and by 10:10 am it was packed, covered, loaded and ready to good. Super smooth. They had the delivery address so he said that we can just meet there. I was a bit worried when I arrived before they did but they arrived a few minutes after me. By 10:45 the items were placed where I told them to. It was great not having to worry about renting a truck, begging friends to help, and carry the stuff with my bad back. Great service and value for the price. I would use again and would recommend for a small move. read more

Just had the best experience. First, I reached out to them through text.. and they got back to me right away. I truly have to say this is by far the best moving service. The own is so responsive to you text. His crew is fast, reliable and efficient. Not to mention very good looking . Nothing wrong with eye candy. Most movers Dillydally to milk for more money. Not these guys. I had 3 different stops from Boynton, delray to Fort Lauderdale and all done within 2 hours. The best service I've ever received from a mover. I will without question use them again. Thank you so very much for a perfect move. If you need a mover definitely use them. read more

Serge made the pickup work even though I know it was not ideal for them. The pickup location was In Stuart which was an hour and a half away from the delivery. Vlad and Eugene brought over an entire kitchen appliance set from a 2nd floor condo. They took care and got everything over to my house exactly when they promised in perfect condition. They arrived in a professionally wrapped van. I will use this company whenever I need to move anything! Highly recommended! read more

Absolutely amazing service - quick response, most reasonable rates found (and I really looked around!). Courteous, great movers, everything went off without a hitch and was delivered perfectly! Every other mover wanted DOUBLE the price of what One Piece Delivery charged for the sectional and two swivel chairs shown here. Would highly recommend One Piece Delivery and Sergey the owner who was very professional and quick responding - you will not regret using them! read more

Update: still have not received refund that owner promised he would issue despite several reminder requests on my part. Customer service / satisfaction is clearly not a value with this company. 3/2/2019. Just read ONE PIECE DELIVERY response to my previous update . Now they are going for LIABLE- as they are insinuating I had some previous relationship with the moving company that did what they WOULDN'T do (just moved to Miami so not sure how that's possible) although they did suggest for more money they "might" be able to move the couch. Amazing that a "reputable" business would stoop to this level and put in writing a statement that could be considered LIBELOUS. I have text messages to back up every claim I've made. read more

One Piece Delivery - here's a picture of themiamimovers.com getting the couch on the elevator that one piece movers said wouldn't fit & then asked for more $$ - Movers Near Me - Miami, Florida

This place is really unprofessional. When I told them what I needed to move, I stated that I wanted to use a parking garage to move my things as long as their truck could fit in the garage which determining by the pics looks to be 7.2 feet and the garage clearance is 8 feet so it didn't seem unreasonable and that I didn't prefer but I could reserve a loading dock on the other side. Plus I chose them because it's a small move and they emphasized that small moves were a speciality. They gave me a time frame that they would be there and a simple "ok" to let me know my request was accepted. When they came, they told me they were not going to go in the garage to help me move and that I wouldn't find ANYBODY to help me move. They should have told me earlier that they wouldn't have gone in the garage and I could have made other arrangements. Now it's my moving day and I'm left without other movers because they decided to cancel. I just wish they told me before. And I think it's unprofessional to talk to someone that way read more

This moving service is amazing. The driver confirmed the arrival time an hour before, then again while in transit and then again when they arrived. Two very professional men showed up in a brand new truck on time and delivered with utmost caution. They were very careful and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. These guys are great, I will recommend them to all my friends! read more

I've used Serge and his crew twice since my move down to Delray Beach and he does a fantastic job. He's careful with everything and put together a queen size bed and two piece desk in minutes. He's also respectful given the virus situation and always has a mask on. read more

Delivere -- and done! For hundreds less! I highly recommend the guys at One Piece Delivery -- which solved an impossible problem. Beloved aunt moved from Boca Raton and offered a (massive, delicate, heavy) electric organ to delighted musician daughter. Problem? Daughter in college in Texas. Organ too heavy to even shift, much less move -- and a truck was needed to transport it to the daughter's bedroom in Deerfield Beach. Estimates from three, small-to-national movers -- up to $300. Charge from "One Piece" -- $120. They arrived on time; wrapped and removed the organ from Boca; transported it unscathed to Deerfield Beach; carried it to the bedroom without damaging the walls; rebuilt the bedroom to accommodate the new arrival -- and left both jobs immaculately clean. Thank you Vlad! [https://www.onepiecedelivery.com/]. read more

This business was recommended to us by the employees of Restoration Hardware in Miami. We've now used them twice to deliver and move some extremely heavy pieces of furniture up the steep stairs in our condo. The first piece was a concrete-top table from RH and the second trip included a steel trunk chest, also from RH, which weighs at least 500 pounds (it's a beast). Both teams of movers did an awesome job, and their prices absolutely cannot be beat. Highly recommended! read more

Solid guys. Showed up on time, moved a tough piece of furniture down stairs. Didn't mess anything up. Definitely would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

I reside in Cutler Bay and have used One Piece Delivery a couple times now and they are always very timely - professional and very good at communicating. As they work quickly - I call with ASAP needs - they make every accommodation to meet urgent needs. It's understandable they have booked business so the exact time will flex and may change slightly but they have always met my needs within 24 hours of request for service. I really appreciate they arrived this recent time with mask and practiced distancing. I highly recommend this service - they respond ASAP actually show up and provide quality service. read more

They might be okay for delivering a piece of furniture or something but don't ever use these guys for moving. They were suppsed to help me on August 21st, 2019. They were supposed to arrive at 830AM but they texted me and told me that they wouldn't arrive until 945. Once they finally did arrive they moved at a snail's pace. They moved so slow that about half an hour in my father in law and I started pitching in and moving most of the stuff ourselves. They also took frequent smoke breaks and were texting and on the phone multiple times. I wish I could give them less than one star. One of the worst moving experiences I've ever had. When I called to complain management didn't care. read more

Vlad and his partner were *awesome* for my small move. They kept me updated on their arrival time, were super professional, fast and courteous. I was a little wary after reading some of the reviews on here but I was sooo happy with them. They also charged ONE THIRD of what I was quoted by several other companies. Love these guys and would definitely recommend them to friends and world use them again in the future. Moving sucks in general but these folks made it as easy as possible. Two thumbs way up read more

Very happy with this company service! Christmas eve I contacted One Piece Delivery to see about picking up a sofa I just bought at Salvation Army in Margate. Within minutes I got the response they could do it on Monday, 3 days later after a major holiday no less! They texted me the details, called me monday morning they could get sofa between 11 and 12. I met them there, they were on time, efficient; they brought in and positioned sofa where i wanted. Paid them cash as I was able to get their special price they advertised. Just waiting for email/ text receipt now to wrap it up. This is the 2nd time I have used this company and I highly recommend them. Definitely keeping their number handy! read more

Used this company today to move boxes from my home to storage. They showed up and went right to work and did a fantastic job. Nothing broken, good large new truck and excellent moving staff...l am definitely using them again! read more

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I hired this company to move a couch after I found them online. They arrived 10 minutes before the 2 hour window that they claim on their RECEIPT and had and attitude stating that I (the customer) was late and that they had to charge me an extra 25 dollars. When they started moving the couch they required MY help, what is the point of PAYING for a moving company if they ask you to do the work for them(??????). They didn't even WRAP MY COUCH. For that I would have moved it on my own. After they struggled for minutes trying get the couch to my apartment THEY REMOVED MY DOOR AND DIDNT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY PUT IT BACK ON, they SCRATCHED MY ENTIRE FRONT DOOR FRAME, AND WALLS. And after the couch was finally placed in my apartment I come to see that it was scratched (!!!). When they finished placing my couch they did not know how to properly instal my door back and I had to get in the middle of it and HELP THEM. On top of all of this the movers had an extremely nasty attitude the entire time which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. There website is complete false advertising. I will never hire this company again and I do not recommend their services to ANYONE. DO NOT CONTRACT THIS COMPANY. read more

I recently needed to have furniture picked up from a store in Boca and delivered to Boynton Beach area on short notice. I randomly found One Piece Delivery on Craigslist and decided to give them a try. The experience was smooth and easy from start to finish. They answered the phone when I called to inquire, agreed to the terms I needed, kept in touch throughout the process and most importantly they were professional, reasonably priced, reliable, on time, and carefully handled the furniture. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their service based on my positive experience. read more

Extremely professional. Very knowledgeable in handing of a 500 lb piano. Knew how to properly wrap and handle a piano. Moved safely without a scratch. As a plus, they wore masks, were very polite, and very fast service. Strongly recommend. read more

VERY bad service! They scratched my whole sofa and my door. They have FALSE advertisement on their website saying that they wrap all of the furniture. That is a lie! Contacting One Piece delivery was a breeze. They picked up the phone every time i called and I was given updates via text fluently. They were flexible and they were fast. We hired them to load our moving truck and were on a tight schedule because the place we were moving to was about 4 hours away. The movers were over an hour late with no apology. They moved extremely slow even though everything was boxed and ready. We purchased moving blankets to wrap furniture and they for whatever reason chose not to wrap some fragile items. We called to express our concerns after the move and there was no care or concern. This company is very unprofessional and does not care about giving good customer service. These guys are amazing! They helped me exchange a large tub to and from Home Depot. When we got there, the people at Home Depot took FOREVER to bring the tub. Did Serge try to nickle-dime me for more money? Absolutely not. $59 each way - his word is his bond. These guys are going to get sick of me: I am moving ina for weeks and I will be calling them non-stop. And their communication is good as well. These guys are the best and I can speak to to it because I have hired a lot of this these type of service . So happy I found him. read more

I've used them before in the past without an issue but today I was not pleased. Firstly, the movers were late so I waited over an hour at the storage facility. Also the rate for what I was charged did not seem to make sense to me. It appears I took the more expensive approach to having my items delivered. I've used them three other times apparently. Has I known, I would have had my items delivered directly from Miami to a storage facility of my choice in Fort Lauderdale instead of their storage facility. I asked the drivers about the rate and one man's reply was that he doesn't make up the prices. Start up businesses are all the same. Start off great and as soon as they expand, customer satisfaction goes down . I had planned to use them as a packing service for my return to Toronto but because of this last incident I won't bother. Not happy. read more

When we lost mom last week, and living 1300 miles away was one of the hardest things since we couldn't see her due to COVID. We had no choice but to donate almost all her furniture except one piece. Her uplift electric recliner needed to be moved to where she would want it to go, her dear friend in another assisted living facility. I didn't know where to go until I saw the add for this WONDERFUL company that assured me they would take good care Moms chair that she sat in every day. Their price was amazingly reasonable and they came the very next day, carefully took this big bulky chair down the elevator and delivered and set it up at her friends apartment. What a relief to know that mom would be so happy to know someone she loved was enjoying this almost new chair as she did. Sergio took a huge burden off my shoulders and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend this caring, kind and professional company to everyone! read more
