After using this company when we moved to SoFL less than a year ago I knew who to call for our unit transfer. We had such a positive experience last time that I did not want to use any other company so I only called them. Danny was my contact and he was very professional and easy to work with. (I'm pretty sure he moved us last time.) This time I only spoke to Danny on the phone and through email. My move date was delayed and he was very flexible with me when I had to cancel 30 mins before my move and reschedule. I rescheduled with him for 2 days later and I knew my move was going to going to be a breeze. MOVING DAY- Danny contacts me to make sure we are still a-go. He tells me the crew will be here around 1. I hadn't heard anything so I called to confirm. He notifies me that they will be over soon as they are finishing with an earlier move. No problem- I was busy moving everything little. 2PM comes and goes and finally at 2:50 the 3 guys show up. I was told 4 guys would come but it wasn't a big deal as we didn't have a lot to move. PAYMENT- The "main" guy out of the 3 asked up front how I would be paying and that he preferred cash. Check? No Card? Yes Oh and tip is "PREFERRED!" After figuring out that I will pay with card and tip with check since I had no cash, they began. While the guys begun I was also continuing to move little stuff and organizing that the 2 hours flew by and they were finished. Towards the end I noticed a scratch on my coffee table and confronted the "main" guy about it. Our furniture is new and we are extra careful with it so when a new scratch, blemish, or dust particle touches it I see it immediately. He said there was NO way that they could of done it. We went back and forth about it- he wasn't backing down so I figured I would let my husband resolve the issue if need be. Later that night while organizing and cleaning all the furniture they moved because their finger prints were on EVERYTHING! I noticed dings and scratches on 4 pieces of my furniture. Nothing a wood pen can't fix but that isn't the problem. I shouldn't have to fix dent, scratches, or dings from a moving company. These guys are suppost to be professionals and take care of other peoples furniture. Nothing was wrapped or placed on blankets. I was only moving one building over and was all inside but protecting my furniture should be key. One of them also transferred my storage unit to a new closer one and I advised him to put it organized like it was in the old one. After discovering the disaster that everything was just thrown in there and stacked on top of fragile things~ that was the icing on the cake. I will never use this company again or recommend them. We hired them because a friend suggested. Big mistake! 3 mans instead of 4, and they destroyed everything, one dresser the tile with them because after the moving became just garbage. They broke a brand new sofa recliner and all, but all, wood furniture were ruined. I called Danny, he said that he will send someone to fix the furniture but after I complained about the sofa, I didn't hear anymore from him. I called and texted many times, no answer. Beware of working with this company. I had more damaged goods in a short cross town move than I've gotten in three cross country moves. The first thing I noticed was a box of broken glasses which included heirlooms from my Grandmother. Also disappointing was what I found later - that one of my pieces of furniture, a antique buffet, was damaged not on one, but on two sides. And, like the gift that keeps on giving, it took a month, but I found even more damage to my furniture caused by reckless and amateur handling. Also during the move my pieces were turned upside down, leaving me with a total mess of papers inside. No wonder they were so much cheaper than everybody else. Scam artist 100% all the way. They quoted us a 12 hour move and when everything was done it ended up being 28 hours but charge just for 29. They didn't bring enough wardrobe boxes as promised and laid all are hanging clothes down which were wrinkled. They told us there would be five people (which should have been 7-8 and by the second day of the move, which shouldn't have been necessary had they prepared properly, there were three people. We reached out to try to discuss the move with them after as we felt taken advantage of. Phone calls, emails as well as text messages were not returned. If you are looking for a professional move for your belongings and want things done the right way, this is not the group that I would use. read more

A Class Movers lived up to their name! They were friendly, accommodating, punctual, efficient, and all for a great price. A Class Movers made the process much less painful than I anticipated. I called and got a quote from Danny over the phone in about 10 minutes. (I called around to compare and was quote on average $300 less by A Class Movers than its competitors in the area.) Danny and his team showed up on time, worked quickly and carefully, and completed my move with smiles on their faces. I had a huge flat screen TV, a large glass table and a large mirror which were no problem at all. A Class Movers really made my move from Miami to Boca simple and stress free. I have only two minor complaints regarding A Class Movers' work. First, I have a white leather couch which was filthy with sweaty, dirty hand marks after the move. I would have appreciated the use of plastic wrap or a quick wipe down. Second, they didn't put the drawers on my bed together properly. I have one of those beds with six drawers built into the base for extra storage. I saw the guys were having difficulty getting two of the drawers back in upon reassembly, but I didn't think to check their work before they left. Sure enough, two of the drawers they just jammed in and wouldn't open and close properly after they left. I had to take the mattress off and fix the sloppy installation of the drawers. If it wasn't for these two hiccups, A Class Movers would have received 5 stars from me. I would still recommend Danny and his team to anyone making a move. I would just caution to check their assembly work before they leave. But all in all, grade A work from A Class Movers. read more

Do not get this moving company. When they came to pick it my furniture they increase the prices. They didn't pickup on the schedule day, they damaged all of my furniture. When they delivered my furniture my recliner HEADBOARD was missing, broke expensive dishes, one chair broken, broken bed frames, and all the movers are rude and don't know how to move furniture. THEY HAD TWO MOVERS INSTEAD OF THREE TO MOVE MY HEAVY FURNITURE. They picked up my furniture on August 3, 2022 and I didn't get it until August 13. They left trash outside my door and I called the manager and he sent them back. The manager Steve was very nice and is working to get my head board. They need to train the mover better. The MAIN issues that I have is the coordinator Jennifer she quoted prices to to get my business and after I signed to contract I couldn't get in touch with her. She lied about EVERYTHING FROM THE PRICES TO DELIVERY TIME. JENNIFER QUOTE ME A PRICE FOR 10 BOXES, QUEEN BEDROOM, TWO CHAIRS,EXERCISE BIKE,TWO TELEVISIONS. SHE SAID THAT I HAD MORE ROOM TO ADD SO I ADDED 10 MORE BOXES, BUT WHEN THE MOVERS CAME THE PRICE INCREASED. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THIS COMPANY ONE STAR IS BECAUSE OF THE MANAGER STEVE. I used A-Class movers on the recommendation of a friend who had a positive experience. She referred them to another friend of mine who also had a great experience so I was confident they would take care of me. I've moved a lot... almost every year... and I've had some good and some bad moving companies. These guys however are spectacular. Getting a quote was effortless, the price was competitive and I received a response to my questions typically within 24 hours. The movers were scheduled to arrive at 9:30 and they called me at 9:00 to let me know they'd be a little early. They arrived promptly at 9:15, were polite, easy to work with and we even laughed a bunch throughout the day. They were fast, safe, helpful and everything arrived in one piece. No issues at all. The move was a breeze and I would use them again without question. I am a fan of paying for convenience, these guys will make your day better, trust me. Writing this review because my attempts to get Danny Core and A Class Movers to own up to their responsibility of repairing the damage to my furniture during a recent move. Not really sure why Danny is not returning my calls regarding this issue, especially since I purchased the mover damage insurance coverage for just this kind of thing. Buyer Beware ! If you purchase an insurance policy against damage, be sure to get a copy of the paper work to make sure you actually have coverage. I am suspecting that they took the premium money and did not bind coverage with anyone and now are ignoring my calls. I have also asked them questions regarding why the cost of the move and the insurance changed from the time of the initial quote and the day of the move. They still can not answer that questions either. Not a professional way to run a business. Based on this experience, I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I cannot say enough good things about A Class Movers! They are simply the best. I have now moved 5 times in Miami and nothing compares to the service and professionalism I received from A Class Movers! Before I was scared of moving when I had several pieces of furniture broken by companies such as Discount Miami Movers and Brickell Movers but A Class Movers installed all our furniture in an even more solid and sturdy manner than they originally appeared. In addition, A Class Movers were timely, professional and happy to rearrange all my furniture and boxes once moved into my home. Best movers in south Florida! I spoke with Danny who was friendly, courteous, and efficient. I needed a storage unit unloaded on short notice for a move across the state. Luis, Chad, and Tarvis did an amazing job! They were so fast and efficient! These guys even worked in the rain. They are a great team and my family cannot say enough good things about them. I am so happy with my choice to use A Class Movers to move me from my 2 bedroom apartment in Brickell to a 3 bedroom home. A Class Movers provided exactly what they claimed they would - - A Class Service. A Class Movers showed up to my apartment 30 minutes before our scheduled start time to ensure that we would have a fast and smooth move. In addition, A Class Movers provided us with 5 movers! All of these men were so kind and helpful and really worked together as a team to make sure everything was properly packaged, protected, disassembled and re-assembled. While my wife and I had well over 30 boxes, two complete bedroom sets, a living room set, kitchen and office furniture, we will fully moved into our new home in ONE hour. Literally, it took these A Class Movers one hour to install everything and place everything in the right position in my new home. My daughter hired A Class movers to move her. They were lazy and tried to move a desk made up of the desk and the hutch without removing the hutch. They not only damaged the door by trying to move the entire desk at one time the Hutch fell off and was damaged very badly. We used A Class movers aka My guys moving and storage previously known as two guys and a truck....STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! They came out and were very nice when they provided the quote, pricing was good and I read the reviews online and at the BBB. I think they must write their own reviews. We used them. They showed up to the house two hours late. They had to rent a truck along with their own truck which were def. not big enough...I knew it was going to be bad right there, but we were stuck as we were closing and had to be out that day. They started wrapping the first maybe two items to protect them with saran wrap and used NOTHING ELSE, no padding, no bubble wrap and from then on, they did not wrap anything. They could not fit everything into the two trucks they brought so they had to drive over and back again to get the rest of the stuff, which because of this and being late was after we sold the house, we had stuff still in a house we did not own. They scratched and damaged our coffee table, armoire, they broke our entertainment system..ripped the table top right off of the stand, broke our brand new pull out sofa bed....I have black handprints ALL OVER the freshly painted walls along will scrapes and dings EVERYWHERE...they got dirty black handprints on the walls and on my new light blue chair which will now have to be professionally cleaned....we told them they could put boxes in the garage, not furniture, that was supposed to be back in the room it came from...that was not done, now we have to move it, they made a row of boxes stacked neatly in the garage and then behind that row had thrown the boxes in...not even stacked. I have not opened the boxes yet, but am sure there is damage there as well. I would suggest paying more and asking how they protect your things before you move. Paying a little more now can save you ALOT in cleaning and replacing later. read more
