It was not submitted for the delivery building, despite the fact that we reminded you about it twice before the move. When we arrived, management confirmed they had never received it. We even tried to negotiate with management to see whether they would allow the move without the COI, but they understandably refused. Second, your movers arrived approximately 40 minutes late, not 15 minutes late. Their arrival time is documented by photographs as well as timestamped messages sent at the time. There was also no construction-related delay as described in your response. The primary issue at the delivery building was that the required COI had not been submitted, which prevented us from bringing our belongings into the building. Your description of what happened afterward is also inaccurate. No crew returned the next day. You told us that you had no movers available next day. The following days were the weekend. Your crew was then supposed to return on Monday but no one showed up. We were communicating directly with your movers, who told us they could not come because they did not have a truck. No crew came to the storage facility and no one was waiting there for an access code as you now claim. In fact, after all of this happened, you stopped responding to our messages entirely. What is most disappointing is not only the way this move was handled, but that instead of acknowledging what went wrong, your response attempts to shift responsibility to the customer and presents a version of events that directly contradicts the documented communications. I have records of the COI issue, the movers' actual arrival time, our repeated messages to your company, and the conversations with your crew regarding the lack of a truck. I am comfortable providing that documentation if necessary.
