On my most recent move, I had a couple of issues come up afterward, but their team followed up, apologized, and made sure I was taken care of. That honestly matters a lot to me. Things can happen with any company, but how they handle problems afterward says a lot. In my experience, Piece of Cake made the effort to resolve everything and make things right. Their movers have consistently been professional, efficient, and good at what they do, and based on how their team handled everything, I'm comfortable giving them 5 stars. My parents had not moved in many years, and I wanted to make sure everything was handled with care. The movers arrived right on time and demonstrated professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Marlon, the lead mover, who was absolutely exceptional! He coordinated his team efficiently, kept everything organized, and made sure the move went smoothly from start to finish. What impressed me most was his attentiveness toward my father. He genuinely listened to his needs, accommodated his requests, and treated him with patience and respect. Those little things make such a difference! The entire crew worked diligently, handled our belongings with care, and paid close attention to detail. Their teamwork, positive attitudes, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. From the reasonable pricing to the quality of service and professionalism, Fuentes Moving delivered on every level. It is refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Thank you to Marlon and the entire team for making this such a positive experience for our family. I will gladly recommend Fuentes Moving over and over again!

Do not hire this moving company. They damaged my furniture, and when I contacted the owner, he had…read morethe audacity to blame me for not supervising his employees--despite the fact that I was busy running other necessary errands during the move. He then claimed the damage could not have been caused by tape because they "don't use tape," which is completely untrue. The evidence is obvious: they did use tape, and when it was removed, it peeled the paint off my furniture and left sticky residue all over the metal parts of my bed and my modern furniture. I hired this company based on their positive reviews, but it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I've ever made. Poor handling of furniture and even worse customer service.

And while it took them longer than estimated, they were very efficient. The quote Tad, in the office, gave me was on point though the actual amount due wound up being greater because it took about an hour longer to complete the job (the size and complexity of disassembling and then reassembling my king-sized sleigh bed frame was the culprit). Overall, I was VERY pleased with their responsiveness, quickness and the friendliness of the movers (Roman and his partner) assigned to my job. I'd use them again for sure!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED…read more When I found my new home in W Palm Beach, I knew I needed to find an AFFORDABLE AND RELIABLE moving company. I first inquired with a few movers to make sure I could compare pricing and services available. I was also rushing my move into a three week timeline; so when I first received my quote from Pure Moving, I instantly knew this was my first choice. When I spoke with them on the phone, they set me up with a video call to get an exact price for the move. I booked an appointment immediately on the first call, I was so confident they would give an affordable rate with impeccable service. I WAS CORRECT, PURE MOVING DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! Since I was moving from Miami to WPB, it was important for me to have enough movers to get it all done at one time. Five packers and three unloaders were assigned to help with the move. i was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by their thorough job at packing my ALL WHITE furniture. They took their time, while I went ahead to wait at my new home for another service appointment that day. They made sure everything was EXTRA NEAT AND TIDY when they left the old house. I gave them the key, and they locked up behind them, making my move even easier than expected. Once, the unloaders arrived they took there time to set everything up in the new home. They were careful that everything was done before calling it a day. Danill and his team REALLY EXCEEDED ANY AND ALL EXPECTATIONS!! I will absolutely keep them in mind in the future when I need to move again, or if a friend is looking move as well.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING THIS COMPANY…read more I genuinely wish I had read the reviews more carefully before trusting this company with my move. What happened to me felt like a complete bait-and-switch. I was quoted an attractive rate of $169 and was told I was receiving a "special price." At NO point during the booking process was I clearly informed that my final bill could suddenly become $700+ because of additional charges. Had those costs been properly disclosed upfront, I would have NEVER booked this company. And this was not some huge, complicated move. I was moving out of a small efficiency, only 15 minutes away, with approximately **6 boxes, 3 bins of clothes, a bed frame and mattress, and a dresser. That was essentially it. The part that bothered me most was WHEN the real price was presented to me. It wasn't clearly explained before the move, when I still had the opportunity to make an informed decision and hire someone else. It was during the move, when I was handed an iPad and suddenly looking at a bill of over $700. Think about how awful of a position that puts a customer in. Your move is already underway, your belongings are involved, and now you're being told you have to pay hundreds of dollars more than you were prepared for in order to continue. What happens to someone who only has the amount they reasonably expected to pay in their account? I understand that moving companies can have additional fees. That is NOT my complaint. My complaint is the lack of transparency BEFORE booking. If there are transportation fees, labor minimums, materials, travel time, service charges, or anything else that can turn a $169 advertised/special rate into a $700+ bill, tell the customer clearly before they agree to the move. I budgeted for this move based on what was communicated to me. I should not have had to discover the true cost when I was already in the middle of moving. Please do not let an attractive hourly rate or "special price" be the only thing you rely on when booking this company. Get the FULL estimated total IN WRITING, ask for every possible additional charge, and do not allow the move to begin until you understand exactly what you may be responsible for paying. My experience left me feeling completely misled, blindsided, and taken advantage of. I would never knowingly agree to pay $700+ to move the small amount of belongings I had just 15 minutes away. If that had been communicated honestly from the beginning, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Transparency should happen before a customer's belongings are on the truck. not after they're already committed to the move.

A number of days prior to our move we were contacted to go over final details, pricing for materials if needed, damage coverage, and more. We were told we are the first move of the day and that the movers will be there between 8:30-9 am and we will get a call 15-30 mins before they arrive. Throughout the whole entire process, we have had multiple numbers text us telling us that "we qualify for free packing assistance at no charge" (which is a complete lie because they charge hourly so it would probably take them an hour or two to pack everything up and then they would charge you) or trying to have us upgrade our coverage, etc. all of this is annoying but not a big deal. Moving day comes. We're waiting for their call. Nothing. We finally start texting the numbers we have from all their random messages (Morgan and other names) and no response. Finally my husband calls a number and we get connected. It's now 9:30 ish (and hour late pretty much) and we are told that the workers are still getting the truck ready and they're 12 miles away. How is it that no one contacted us to let us know? The workers finally get there at 10:15. One worker is doing his job, the other is MIA somewhere in the truck. We did not have a lot to move (less than 30 items majority being smaller) and we did not need boxes or our things packed up for us. Somehow they stretch out the move and finally (2+ hours later) and it's time to move to the second location (a storage unit). It's a 16 miles difference and a 25 minute car ride. The workers go MIA for 45 minutes! They are still charging! When they get to the unit, FINALLY, we get charger $1100.... Why? Because they charged us $300 worth of materials. 6 quantities of tape, which makes no sense because they didn't pack anything up for us and $200 worth (50 sheets to be exact) of paper pads????? Where are the materials!? Because I didn't see them. We magically got refunded $81 dollars because they finished quicker than estimated, I guess they realized they couldn't fully drag out the time like they tried. I've used other companies in different states with triple the amount of things to move and it's never been this unprofessional or expensive for unaccounted materials. A complete scam. Look at Reddit and a quick google search on their main complaints and everything we experienced has been reported before. All they do is reply to bad reviews and say sorry and thank them for the feedback. It's not enough. I was overcharged for materials I didn't see and you can't even argue about the price because they don't unload your items until you pay. AVOID THEM.
