PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING THIS COMPANY. I genuinely wish I had read the reviews more carefully before trusting this company with my move. What happened to me felt like a complete bait-and-switch. I was quoted an attractive rate of $169 and was told I was receiving a "special price." At NO point during the booking process was I clearly informed that my final bill could suddenly become $700+ because of additional charges. Had those costs been properly disclosed upfront, I would have NEVER booked this company. And this was not some huge, complicated move. I was moving out of a small efficiency, only 15 minutes away, with approximately **6 boxes, 3 bins of clothes, a bed frame and mattress, and a dresser. That was essentially it. The part that bothered me most was WHEN the real price was presented to me. It wasn't clearly explained before the move, when I still had the opportunity to make an informed decision and hire someone else. It was during the move, when I was handed an iPad and suddenly looking at a bill of over $700. Think about how awful of a position that puts a customer in. Your move is already underway, your belongings are involved, and now you're being told you have to pay hundreds of dollars more than you were prepared for in order to continue. What happens to someone who only has the amount they reasonably expected to pay in their account? I understand that moving companies can have additional fees. That is NOT my complaint. My complaint is the lack of transparency BEFORE booking. If there are transportation fees, labor minimums, materials, travel time, service charges, or anything else that can turn a $169 advertised/special rate into a $700+ bill, tell the customer clearly before they agree to the move. I budgeted for this move based on what was communicated to me. I should not have had to discover the true cost when I was already in the middle of moving. Please do not let an attractive hourly rate or "special price" be the only thing you rely on when booking this company. Get the FULL estimated total IN WRITING, ask for every possible additional charge, and do not allow the move to begin until you understand exactly what you may be responsible for paying. My experience left me feeling completely misled, blindsided, and taken advantage of. I would never knowingly agree to pay $700+ to move the small amount of belongings I had just 15 minutes away. If that had been communicated honestly from the beginning, I would have taken my business elsewhere. A scam. Do not use this company. Severely disappointed and really thinking about moving this up the chain of command. A number of days prior to our move we were contacted to go over final details, pricing for materials if needed, damage coverage, and more. We were told we are the first move of the day and that the movers will be there between 8:30-9 am and we will get a call 15-30 mins before they arrive. Throughout the whole entire process, we have had multiple numbers text us telling us that "we qualify for free packing assistance at no charge" (which is a complete lie because they charge hourly so it would probably take them an hour or two to pack everything up and then they would charge you) or trying to have us upgrade our coverage, etc. all of this is annoying but not a big deal. Moving day comes. We're waiting for their call. Nothing. We finally start texting the numbers we have from all their random messages (Morgan and other names) and no response. Finally my husband calls a number and we get connected. It's now 9:30 ish (and hour late pretty much) and we are told that the workers are still getting the truck ready and they're 12 miles away. How is it that no one contacted us to let us know? The workers finally get there at 10:15. One worker is doing his job, the other is MIA somewhere in the truck. We did not have a lot to move (less than 30 items majority being smaller) and we did not need boxes or our things packed up for us. Somehow they stretch out the move and finally (2+ hours later) and it's time to move to the second location (a storage unit). It's a 16 miles difference and a 25 minute car ride. The workers go MIA for 45 minutes! They are still charging! When they get to the unit, FINALLY, we get charger $1100.... Why? Because they charged us $300 worth of materials. 6 quantities of tape, which makes no sense because they didn't pack anything up for us and $200 worth (50 sheets to be exact) of paper pads????? Where are the materials!? Because I didn't see them. We magically got refunded $81 dollars because they finished quicker than estimated, I guess they realized they couldn't fully drag out the time like they tried. I've used other companies in different states with triple the amount of things to move and it's never been this unprofessional or expensive for unaccounted materials. A complete scam. Look at Reddit and a quick google search on their main complaints and everything we experienced has been reported before. All they do is reply to bad reviews and say sorry and thank them for the feedback. It's not enough. We had an incredible experience with All My Sons, and I can't recommend them enough! If you're lucky enough to get Juan (driver), Joel, and Joe, you are in the best hands. We moved from a two-story townhome with an extremely narrow staircase, and most of our heaviest furniture was upstairs. I honestly don't know how they did it, but they handled every single piece with incredible skill, teamwork, and efficiency. They worked so well together, never complained, and somehow managed to get our entire move completed in about six hours. It honestly felt like a miracle and speaks volumes about how experienced and hardworking they are. What could have been one of the most stressful days became an enjoyable one because of their positive attitudes. They were professional, respectful, friendly, and genuinely fun to be around. They made us feel at ease from the moment they arrived. They also treated every single item as if it were their own. Everything was carefully wrapped, protected, and moved with so much care and attention. Not a single shortcut was taken. This team truly exceeded every expectation we had. If you're moving, I highly recommend All My Sons, and if you have the opportunity to request Juan, Joel, and Joe, absolutely do it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Scammers! This was by far the worst and most disturbing moving experience I have ever had. I have moved many times throughout Europe and the United States and am very familiar with hourly moving services. What happened with All My Sons did not feel like simple incompetence--it left me feeling that I was being systematically overcharged and pressured for additional money throughout the entire move. I was quoted $171/hour for two movers for a one-bedroom apartment after providing both addresses in advance. The movers arrived at 10 AM, yet nearly an hour passed before they reached my apartment because they had not properly coordinated my building's construction and access requirements. The hourly clock was running while they waited. One of the two movers also arrived with an injured hand. I was then told the move would take much longer and encouraged to add a third mover for another $40/hour. I made it clear that I should not be paying for delays caused by a lack of preparation on their part. I received no response to my complaint. I was also charged approximately $260 for four mirror boxes and tape, and a lamp was broken without anyone even telling me. A one-bedroom apartment took until approximately 4:30 PM just to load. When we arrived at my new building, I was told it was supposedly "too late" to unload and that they might have to keep my furniture overnight and return the following day. I immediately went to building management myself. They approved the unloading without an issue. Had I simply accepted what I was being told, I fear I would have faced yet another charge. Then came the most alarming part: I was told I had to pay before they would unload and release my belongings. They presented me with an electronic invoice of approximately $2,300. The numbers did not add up. I manually calculated the hourly rate and additional charges and repeatedly requested a clear, accurate, itemized bill. Instead, I received changing totals and was told there were "technical difficulties" with their system--all while more time was passing. At that point, I felt trapped. My belongings were on their truck, I was being asked to pay an amount that I could not reconcile with the charges presented to me, and they would not unload until payment was made. After repeatedly escalating the situation, the owner finally called me and agreed to $1,920.40. I paid because I wanted my belongings returned and wanted the ordeal to end. I was promised a follow-up call the next day. No one ever called. This did not feel like a few unfortunate mistakes. It felt like one attempt after another to increase the amount I would have to pay, while I was in the vulnerable position of having my possessions on their truck. I have never felt so taken advantage of by a moving company. The experience was stressful, intimidating and completely unacceptable. For starters this guy barely knew how to drive the truck he couldn't turn on my avenue for almost half a hour & caused extreme traffic on my street On the phone they quoted my family $80 and when the worker (only one) arrived he took pictures and paced back and forth on the phone for 45 minutes, then gave me a $600 estimate for 2 dressers, a table and a couch. Mind you I am not moving just needed help going to a DUMPSTER down the street. I immediately told him to just leave, I already knew these were scammers off the bat and didn't even want to hear another offer. He kept refusing, just saying to hold on and just hear his boss out. I kept saying no, leave. Mind you this was at MY house on MY property & he is literally just ignoring me. He puts his boss on the phone on speaker & they keep proceeding to try and talk to me. I proceeded to say your employee is not leaving after I told him to leave 20 times. His boss finally tells him "okay, just leave". I wish I could post the ring video of how long he sat in his car in front of my house before actually leaving. It was incredible. I had to move my car back into that spot from my neighbors house so I was just standing there waiting on him to leave. After another 20 whole minutes I walked up to his car and told him I need you to leave once again. That's what it took to get this dude off my property. We had a bad experience with All My Sons. Despite getting positive reviews from a neighbor of ours and being fairly communicative with us leading up to the love, I soon learned that there was a big disconnect between their central office and the team on the ground moving. They arrived later than expected (despite being the first and only move they had scheduled that day) and to the wrong building. When they finally got started, drama started unfolding between the team members and they were pretty unprofessional and dragged us into their own disputes. Basically, two of the movers thought the third guy was doing a poor job wrapping and packing our stuff, which to their credit they showed us and encouraged us to file a claim with the company. However, they wasted a lot of time calling their bosses and bickering about the third guy--who eventually left despite us paying for three movers! We eventually got some money back for that but it was a long drawn out process. The remaining guys were meticulous to be fair and I felt like they took good care of our stuff, but they also managed to drag an apartment move out to the whole day (mind you, all they were doing was furniture breakdown and reassembly, our boxes were all packed). They barely finished on time with our condo's loading dock hours, and that was with us helping them a lot personally. Their pricing was not transparent up front and they end up charging you for a lot of packing materials that you never really get the chance to refuse. They also are one of those shady companies that locks your stuff up between where you're moving from and moving to, and won't finish unloading until you pay them. Some may say this is standard practice but if so, that only serves to show how sketchy the whole moving industry is. And--I've moved at least half a dozen times in the past 10 years and this is the only company who has done this, At the end of the day, our stuff arrived in good condition and we got refunded partially for the third mover who left in the middle of the day, but this was the worst and most stressful move I've ever experienced. We used All My Sons back in 2020 and had a fantastic experience, which is the only reason we chose to use them again. We assumed we'd get the same level of professionalism and care. We were dead wrong. Booking was easy, and everything was explained clearly--so we went into moving day feeling confident. That confidence didn't last long. The crew leader, Romeo Sanchez, called about 30 minutes before arriving. When he showed up with two other movers, he immediately asked my husband to sign documents on his iPad. When asked what the documents were, he casually replied, "I don't know what the documents are. I just have people sign them." Then, without a second thought, he slammed his clipboard down on our dining room table. Right away, it was obvious the other two movers were new and inexperienced. They were polite, but completely unprepared. Nearly every piece of wooden furniture we own is now scratched and dinged--clearly dragged or mishandled. They dropped multiple items and literally dragged furniture across the brand-new floors in our new home, leaving marks everywhere. Mr. Sanchez hardly helped, and when he did, he was reckless--carelessly tossing things wherever, without regard for our belongings or home. When we got to our new place, he once again slammed his clipboard down, this time on our new countertops. No respect, no care--just completely checked out. Most of our items weren't even wrapped properly. My light beige recliner for the nursery is now stained with dirty handprints. Our couch cushions were thrown unprotected into the truck. And to top it all off--they nearly drove away with our mattress still in the truck. My husband caught it just in time. Even worse, the glass top to my dresser is completely missing. I called the company to ask if they'd left it behind, and of course, they said no. When I called to file a complaint, I got nothing but a half-hearted, generic "I'm sorry." No follow-up. No accountability. Just an empty apology. We trusted this company based on our previous move, but clearly, things have gone downhill fast. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE! If I could give zero stars, I would. This was, without exaggeration, the worst moving experience of our lives. We were moving from a 2-bedroom apartment just 25 minutes away. We pre-packed every single item into boxes before the movers arrived. The only thing that needed disassembly was our king-size bed frame, which we were told on the phone would take no more than 20 minutes. We called the day before the move to confirm everything. We were told we'd have a 2-person crew, that we were their second move of the day, and they would arrive between 1PM and 3PM, 3PM being the latest. They also failed to mention at this time -- or when we initially booked -- that there would be extra charges for moving TVs or mirrors, something they sprung on us after arriving. On moving day, 3:30PM came and went.. No movers, no phone call. We had to call them to ask for an ETA. They finally arrived at 3:45PM, a man and a woman, and it was immediately clear they were exhausted and burned out from their first job which took them longer than expected (they said it was a 3rd-floor walk-up with no elevator). While we empathized with them, it was obvious they were too tired to do this second move properly. They used an elevator for every item, so it should've been a relatively smooth process. Instead, it took the mover nearly an hour just to disassemble the bed, which had been promised as a quick task. It took them 5 HOURS just to load everything into the truck. By the time they finished loading, it was 9PM, well past what we expected. At this point, we were so worried about the cost and pace of things that we called all the men in our family to meet us at the new place to help speed up the unloading. When we got there, we handed the movers a tip, they took it and then they followed to inform us they just hit their "legal working limit" and would NOT unload the truck. Like WHAT!? They were taking all of our belongings, including our beds, clothes, important documents, and our daughter's medication, and leaving us with nothing for the night. We were in total shock. We immediately called the regional manager (or owner), Stephen, who was rude, dismissive, and completely unsympathetic. He acted like this situation was normal and not a big deal. He offered no solution and took zero responsibility. So now, my husband, two year old daughter, and I had to stay in a hotel overnight--without ANY of our belongings. The next morning, we were told the movers would arrive at 8AM to finish the job. They didn't show up until 9:30AM, same exhausted crew from the day before, and they refused to unload anything until we paid $1,800. This move was originally quoted at $800-$1,000. They even wanted us to pay for movers commute time the 2nd day. It felt like extortion. They were at our new home from 9:30AM to 12:30PM. And during that time, my family did about 80% of the work. The mover couldn't even reassemble the same bed he took apart the day before. After wasting another hour trying to figure it out, he just left it half-assembled and said he simply couldn't figure it out. To top it off, several pieces of furniture were damaged, and our daughter's desk was broken. The owner? He completely ignored all our calls on day two. Completely unprofessional. In the end, we paid nearly double what we were quoted, had to cover an unexpected hotel stay, and didmost of the move ourselves. This company is incompetent, dishonest, and borderline criminal. Overall the movers who did the work were great but I ended up really disappointed with All My Sons as a company. Their processes and customer service didn't live up to the size of the contract. I didn't get to choose All My Sons for this move as it was part of a corporate contract where they were providing hundreds of labor hours and months of storage for more than 50 moves in total. In my case, All My Sons moved all my stuff to their storage, kept it for two months and then delivered it at my new place. During that process, one bookshelf was damaged and delivered in an unusable condition (pictures). I submitted the claim and ended up disappointed when I learned they were just providing the most basic coverage despite the huge size of this contract. I had to decline their offer as it wasn't even worth the time. Their offer didn't even cover the shipping fee that I paid when I bought the damaged bookshelf. I was expecting something better than the bare minimum for a contract of that size where All My Sons got so much business from a "VIP" customer. Based on my experience with All My Sons, I wouldn't recommend them. For future opportunities I will use and recommend Pure Moving Company Miami Movers. I hired them back in 2022 and they went above and beyond when we had issues during the move. By that time they had an impressive track record of great reviews online and that is still the case. At first they were prompt and interested in doing a good job, but since they collect their fees before unloading, it turns out to be the opposite. Among other things, they failed to assemble an antique, very old bronze bed and didn't leave the screws and bolts. Their excuse was that they were running out of time!!!! Our Vizio 60" TV arrived broken. I've called and sent messages many times to no avail, they don't return phone calls. I would not recommend this moving company to anybody. My original reservation an estimate was made with Stephanie more than three weeks ago. I am suppose to move in less than 48 hours. I get a call to confirm everything and am told there is an additional 20% fuel charge "that is required by Florida ODT regulation." This was never disclosed when I made the reservation and paid the deposit. Plus, they already charge a blanket one hour fee for "travel" which is $179. 20%? Not if the travel distance. The "" fuel cost is 20% of the total bill. I am moving less than 1/4 mile - literally 2 buildings over. Holly (manager) was adamant about their fee, regardless of the distance. So now my 2 hours of moving went from $537 to well over $600 for a small 2-bedroom move. Bait and switch at its best. I wish I had checked the reviews more thoroughly. WARNING - DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They tell you everything you want to hear on the phone, but the reality is a nightmare. Here's what happened: They quoted me one price, but the final cost was DOUBLE. When I questioned it, upper management literally told me: "YOU DON'T TELL ME HOW TO RUN MY BUSINESS." They promise "no hidden fees," yet they add charges for travel time, wrapping, and surprise fees you're never told about. Before unloading, they forced me to sign an agreement with extra hours that weren't worked. After arguing for 30 minutes, they reduced one hour but still charged me for time they didn't work. They even charged a deposit, then conveniently "forgot" to apply it to the final bill. On top of that, they refused to unload my belongings until I agreed to pay their inflated "estimated" hours--holding my items hostage until I paid. Avoid this company at all costs. prices are predatory. they charged me $1100 to move a small one bedroom apartment. I believe the workers took their time on purpose. the quality of the work was also terrible. they charged me $160 for fuel for a 20 MINUTE DRIVE. on top of that they charged me another $160 for the 1 hour drive????? the total drive time was 40 min back and forth. I absolutely never write Yelp reviews for any reason, but in this case feel it's my obligation to warn everyone against this company. The experience with them was catastrophic. The crew showed up 2 hours after the scheduled start time which they had just confirmed the same morning. That began a nightmarish day that only ended 9 hours later (versus the expected 4) wit ha bill 3X what I expected. They were inefficient with their time and clearly unhappy to be there. Great moving company, I have moved several times before , the experience with All my sons went great from start to finish. Showed up on time the price was fair. Unloaded with no excess charges or ransom demands for excess tape stairs etc . Not trying to extort excess charges like the nightmares in the past. The foreman was a real pro wrapped my electronics as well as my art. My move was stress free . I strongly recommend them as they are all pro in my book. A real first class Moving experience. The worst moving company. I've used others before these people damaged my bedroom set my living room was all broken in pieces..They cut the cord on my recliner. Now my recliner doesn't go back. It was a disaster. They charged me an arm a leg, and they ruin my furniture. The boxes were thrown everywhere, i had damaged stuff inside my boxes. Don't use them. If you want to conserve all your furniture and you're belongings stay away from them, !!! they say that they're good. They say they protect your stuff, but when it goes in the truck, it gets thrown anywhere, . They're the worst. read more

The company initially provided a quote for my move and offered a discount to secure my business. On the day prior to the move, they called to confirm the details, during which I provided a thorough explanation of the items needing transport. On the day of the move, I was asked to sign paperwork indicating that any charges exceeding the quoted amount would be adjusted post-move. Trusting this assurance, I signed, and the movers began their work. The move took a total of nine hours; however, I was charged for 15 hours and some additional charges that I had negotiated with one of their colleagues and which they refused to honor. Additionally, the movers neglected to transport certain items from the old address. Despite these issues, the company has refused to reimburse the six hours of overcharges or address the forgotten items. I rented a U-haul to move them myself. I find this conduct to be deceptive and a breach of the agreement. I demand immediate reimbursement for the overcharged six hours and a resolution for the neglected items. If no resolution is provided promptly, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities. Stay Away!! read more

I wish I could give negative stars. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire this company. Run away and look elsewhere. They quote you by hour and tell you there will be an 18% fuel charge, ok pretty standard. You pay a $100 deposit and you pay the rest when your items are loaded on the truck. Pretty smart of them so they can hold your items hostage until you pay the bill. A fuel charge AND travel charge, packing supplies, to the tune of $60 for one tv box ( which I asked to keep and they said no) assuming so they can resell the same damn box to the next poor soul that hires them. Ridiculously expensive and their fees are so vaguely outlined in the email that you have no idea what the hell you are paying for. When I brought it to the attention of their customer team, he dismissed me and said it's all there. Also, told me my frustration was "misguided". Awful customer service and very misleading.
