I used them to move some furniture from my moms house to mine. They said if the furniture didn't fit, they would have to charge me an extra $20 which is completely reasonable. When it came time to move everything I didn't think it would fit. But they made it happen and finished it all in one trip. They wrapped everything really well with big canvas covers and they were very quick and professional. They showed up on time and was very efficient. I highly recommend them for any of your moves. I was worried because it was one of the cheapest quotes that I got. Every other place I inquired was charging for a 3hr minimum. And these guys just charged for the job which was quite convenient and cheaper. read more

Lost the screws to my bed frame and the owner Milton had to go twice to Home Depot get them. They broke the part that attaches the dresser mirror to the posts. Opened a hole in my freshly plaster and painted walls. They showed up with a rented UHaul truck instead of a company truck. Wanted to charge 760. Gave him 300 and kicked Milton out. Milton, I stand behind my statement that both YOU and your employees are a bunch of clowns. I have both the phone recordings & photos to back up my statements. I was going to leave my comment as "Bunch of clowns" but since you've engaged me on this issue..I'll go into more detail. Here's the Story: A new tenant at my rental property hired you to move her into the house. Four Clowns showed up in a Uhaul truck at my property. Now, these lazy & negligent staff members drove up on my lawn along the side of the house to get as close as possible to the back door of the property. Obviously making it easier for them, but not caring about the potential for destruction of property. This is something I've never seen any moving company do after having many tenants move in and out... and personally knowing owners of moving companies. Because they parked a several thousand pound Uhaul truck ON TOP OF MY SEPTIC TANK.. the truck sunk into the tank & destroyed it. This was when I received a phone call from the other tenants at the property explaining that I should get out there right away, because there is a Uhaul truck leaning sideways trapped inside of the septic tank. Obviously, I rushed down to the scene of the accident only to be confronted by 4 clowns who threatened me and yelled at me telling me that I needed to talk to the boss. One of the clowns actually said, and I quote, "I don't give a shit about this job. I'm not the one that was driving the truck anyway, you need to call my boss Milton." Of course, my next step was to call Milton. After speaking with Milton for a few minutes, I quickly realized that he cared very little about the situation. He explained that he was busy for most of the day & would try to come by if his crew was not able to drive the truck out of the hole. They couldn't get it out of the hole & so his next option was to call a tow truck company. The tow truck attempted to pull the Uhaul out of the septic tank but because the back end of the truck was wedged into the tank, it quickly snapped his tow wire. He said that the only way to get it out would be to use a forklift. We called Milton to explain this & Milton declined to remove it and said that he would remove it himself. I asked him when he would be there & I was told that he was on his way. Fast forward over 4 hours & several calls to Milton & he still never arrived.. :) He hung up on me several times because I asked him questions like "when was he coming out" or "insurance information". The police officer who took the police report had to call him and yell at him to give his insurance information. When he finally showed up at the property, he explained that this wasn't his company's fault because...now get ready for it... My "septic tank was underground". I've never heard of a septic tank that was above ground..but that's besides the point. Milton and his faithful crew of clowns spent several hours with jacks & wood rocking the truck and spinning the wheels (of course causing further damage to the septic tank all the while) until he finally was able to get the truck out of the hole. Before leaving he explained that he did not want to go through any insurance and would pay for damage & to have someone come by to estimate the cost of repairs. He also expressed just how irritated he was because we asked for his insurance information & made an accident report. I had someone come out the very next morning and provide us with a fair estimate. I called Milton to provide him with the estimate details...and surprise...surprise...Milton said that he isn't going to be paying it. When I called the insurance company that he provided to the police, they told me that the insurance was simply for Business Insurance and they did not cover things like property damage. I called Milton back to see if he had auto insurance or some other insurer & he refused to give me any further information. In fact, I received a threatening letter from an attorney explaining that they weren't going to pay anything (I will post that letter in the photos if Yelp allows). So, in short... I would beware if you're hiring Ezee Movers. They're a bunch of clowns that destroyed my property, wasted my time and then refused to replace what they destroyed. BE VERY CAREFUL! read more

The movers were extremely careless with my belongings. They scratched several of my items AND COMPLETELY broke my dresser...to the point where I have to purchase a new one. Also they were very slow and seemed to be really inexperienced. In the end I paid DOUBLE what I was originally quoted! I even started to help them unload to avoid racking up a higher bill! My advice: use another company because this deal only ends up costing you more when it's all said and done. read more

I've never done this, so as always, I check the bible "Yelp" and began calling one moving company after another. 100 years later, I found the perfect company - or so I thought.. Not only were they affordable, but were at my parents' house in a FREAKING HOUR! Insane!!! I had the pleasure of working with Milton and his crew, not once but twice in one week as a moved out of two homes into one. And my lead time was less than a week!! Milton made it as painless as possible from start to finish - confirmed start time, called when running a few minutes late (and I mean a few minutes not hours like some) and handled my things with care. The first move was just a few hours but the second was 6 hours and in the rain. I urged for a lot of care on select highly important items and he oversaw those things. All my stuff arrived in the condition I had it in my house. They were professional, affordable and did everything (even in the rain) without any complaints. Watch them closely. They don't take the time to cover your furniture the way they should. They didn't bring hardly any equipment/blankets etc...My sofa was nearly ruined by them when it scraped against my condo door jam. Keep an eye on inexperienced help. The number 2 guy in my hire group appeared to be drunk. He could barely lift many of the items without looking like he was going to fall over and pass out. They had to borrow my tools and I felt as though I had to follow them around until they were finished. They took much longer than expected for an easy move that was going from one apartment to another 2 floors down in the same building with a reserved elevator. My patio table was ruined because they couldn't disassemble and reassemble it properly. I have a lot of moving experience being prior military and this wasn't a good one. read more

We have a small business. just finalized new lease and needed an immediate move. we contacted several other good rating moving companies, either too expensive or no availability. Ezee Moving helped us to get schedule down within minutes. they did not send anyone to evaluate your furniture and giving you rate, it is totally up to you to give them true information and what you need exactly. we confirmed we needed at least 3 people, with moving blankets and materials. Its a 800 sq ft office--two office rooms, one conference, one receptionist room; plus some furniture in a small storage room, and one bookcase in my apartment, all pretty close, but you can see that takes time to move around. we were quoted $280 for two hours, any extra hour would be $100 and billed at $25 per 15 minutes incremental. Personally I had bad experience before. and was worried what if the movers did not do the job and took endless time to move even a small desk? what if they requested payment for a ridiculous bill before unloading? To be frank we had no time and no choice but gave it a try I hoped I could rely on yelp rating And I have to say those people are honest, hardworking young men. 3 people coming with a U HAUL TRUCK. BUT DO NOT PANIC. I figure they do not operate their own trucks to save operating expense--as any small business will do with all effort. obviously one was team leader and with another guy they moved almost all big pieces furniture with expertise. the third guy was helping move small pieces, organize and communication with us in details. they pointed out any damage on the furniture that we did not notice before -- and it was from last time move which we had very bad experience. when they finished loading, our people was out for lunch and they waited a little and then asked me they could drive to the destination early since they had to drive slowly.--so you know they genuinely wanted to earn the money in a honesty way. remember $25 per 15 minutes, even for the time we made them to wait. Unloading was fast and professional. they asked where and how exactly you wanted to put each piece of furniture, even each box. and they guaranteed you if upon finishing you wanted to change they would do as requested - no question asked. (We did request to move boxes around) It took them total 6 hours to finalize everything,none of our employees even moved a finger. within $700--they do take credit card, so you know they pay tax they run the business legally and with dignity. I want to thank you and i do appreciate your professionalism. You do your job exactly as we the customers require - with a reasonable price tag. Nothing to worry. I bought a laser cutter, naively hoping my fiancé and I would be able to carry it into the house ourselves... but it's 300 lbs, and we were barely able to lift it straight up, never mind walking or the STAIRS! Perhaps they did not plan for as big of a move is what I described so some items could not fit in the truck.. but we have BIG furniture. I found Ezee Moving on Yelp and chose them because they had pretty good reviews. Ezee Moving moved my furniture and things out of my two story townhouse including bringing my furniture down from the second story sliding glass window which was a bit of a delicate task. Luckily, everything went smoothly. I was paying by the hour so I appreciated that they were very quick and efficient, all the while wrapping all of my furniture and handling my fragile items with care. My move was scheduled for the 3 hour minimum and I was worried it would take longer (which means I would of had to pay more). But between 3 movers, they were able to get the move done in about two hours. Needless to say, I was ecstatic to be done early! I coordinated the move with Milton. We agreed on a price over the phone, I received a confirmation of the quote via email and paid what was agreed. I have gotten overcharged by moving companies in the past, so I was very happy the whole payment process went smoothly. I first became familiar with this company through an Amazon Local deal. They were courteous over the phone and explained to me exactly what was covered by the deal and what additional fees would be charged. There were absolutely no surprises when it came time to pay. When it came time to move, they arrived right on time and, after a brief moment of my familiarizing them with the space and what needed to be done, they got to work right away. They even brought a third person for the move and waived the stairs fee so I wasn't charged any more than what I originally agreed to. They took great care of our furniture and worked amazingly efficiently and without complaint. When the three hours of the original Amazon Local Deal were expiring, we were so pleased with their work we decided it best to hire them for an additional 2 hours to get the most out of them. We hire them again two days later to help us put away all of our belongings in box and they were once again so amazingly professional and efficient, it was absolutely worth every penny. These guys rock. They decided to handle the task of getting this "Must Have" couch that was located all the way up in Boca and bring it all the way down to Miami in the rain with one nights notice. They calmly dealt with my buildings crazy delivery policies along with arriving to see that my couch does not fit in the elevator 10ft couch 7 x 7 elevator and then having to scale four flights of stairs that have crazy narrow turns.
