This company is professional in every way. They moved a glass china cabinet for me in an expert fashion. The glass shelves were wrapped in moving cloths and the glass cabinet was wrapped and taped. I worked with Milton for the delivery and installation of a bed I had bought directly from a furniture warehouse. He picked up the bed and delivered it to my house. He said he would be back in 2 hours to assemble the bed, because he had to go complete another delivery. He requested payment for the delivery and my husband paid him the complete amount, trusting he would be back, as promised. Of course, Milton did not come back and we ended up assembling the bed ourselves. I am very disappointed in having trusted in the amazing reviews I has seen from before. And of course, lesson learned of never paying in full for a service that has not been fully completed. read more

Do not use this company. Milton is extremely unprofessional. I hired Milton for a move from a 2 bedroom apartment on a third floor with a small elevator and mainly stair access to a 3 bedroom apartment with the same elevator stair situation. I read some of these reviews and had my doubts so I sent him an elaborate e-mail with details of everything I had in my apartment and the elevator stair situation. Milton confirmed 2 men could do the job with a 2 hour minimum rate and negotiated an hourly rate thereafter. Come moving day, two guys show up with a small truck and are shocked at how many things I had. One of the men call Milton and tell him he made a mistake and that they needed another truck and more man power. Milton admits he did not thoroughly read my e-mail and agrees to send a third man and another truck. I ask Milton to give me a flat rate for the move because of the confusion and because it was also raining, Milton refuses and then offers a lower hourly rate, with no other options, I agreed.The men start loading things and are constantly bickering back and forth that one is doing more work than the other and complaining about the rain. Five hours in Milton calls me and demands I look at my e-mail and immediately pay for 5 hours. I asked him why the job is not done and he said "that's just how we work" I told him I prefer to pay at the end, and told him I would call him back as I was directing the movers on where to put things. He then calls one of his employees and tells them to stop moving and lock up my things on the truck!!! This was not the movers fault, they were only taking orders. Never had I dealt with such an unprofessional business. Do not use this company. this guy is a rude prick! notice how he only replies to the negative reviews he doesn't even thank people for their business on the good reviews. And they were very unprofessional not to answer my phone calls ( multiple times ) when I was trying to find out the time of picking up. They ignored my phone calls and texts purposefully. Do not use this company The movers from Ezee Moving Inc showed up to load my stuff into the trailer, but they did not bring any plastic wrapping tapes, moving blankets, or dolly cart even though on the phone, the owner stated that his movers will bring all the above. The movers said that they did not have their truck that day; I am not sure why. The sad part was that we provided the plastic wrapping tapes and moving blankets but they still did a lousy job. My furniture is all scratched up because the movers did not use enough plastic wrapping to cover all part of the furniture. The movers did not wrap the headboard of my bed, my book shelves, or my daughter's wood play kitchen and both furniture are now scratched very severely. They also did not stack the boxes or furniture securely and the boxes fell on top of my furniture and broke my bookshelf and desk. The movers were nice but not punctual and they did not seem to be experienced at wrapping or stacking up things securely. I had other movers at the receiving end since I moved out of state and the movers who unloaded my stuff were shocked that not all the furniture were wrapped with plastic or blankets and that the boxed was not secured with ropes which was supposed to be the standard. Use a better company with movers who know what they are doing. read more

Ezee Moving helped us with our move about two weeks ago. We called them the day of our move because we had an issue with the company we had originally scheduled the move with. Thank God we did!!!! Their price was much better than what we had been quoted by other companies and their work was awesome! Our building made it very difficult for them because they did not allow them to load the elevators through the lobby. They had to take everything by hand through the garage which was a much longer way. They kept a good attitude throughout the process and took good care of our stuff. read more

Moving from my home after 28 years with all our accumulated belongings was becoming a nightmare and we were overwhelmed. I found EZee moves on Yelp and phoned on a Saturday evening, desperate. Milton arrived within the hour and inspected the house and our belongings. He told me what to expect, when he would arrive, how long it would take and how much he would charge. Later that evening he sent me a detailed confirmation e-mail. On the appointed day his men arrived when he said they would, did what they promised to do and at the end of the day I was charged exactly what Milton had said. Throughout the operation his large, tattooed team of workers were polite, respectful, friendly, careful and very professional. I was really looking forward to using this company bc of the rave reviews, but honestly I was truly put off with how this move was handled. When I first spoke with them to schedule the move everything seemed quite easy. They assured me they would be there at 2 pm with 2 movers and no hidden fees. When the day arrived they contacted me via email to say they would be a little late due to weather. Yes, it was a little rainy so I was understanding and flexible. However, 2 and a half hours passed without so much as a call. I kept having to call them and ask where they were and he said he'd have the movers call me. No one ever called. He said due to the inconvenience they would send a 3rd mover at no extra charge to expedite the process. However, when they arrived almost 3 hours late there was no 3rd mover and they were entirely unapologetic. The move was done efficiently, which was expected because it was a rather easy move. However, when I asked about getting a discount because of the inconvenience and the lack of a 3rd mover, the owner became extremely rude. He talked over me, made excuses, and still refused to apologize. He said he was actually being generous for not charging extra for stairs. Which is ridiculous because they never asked about stairs, even when I explicitly asked if there were additional fees other than the flat rate. He was rude and highly unprofessional in the way he handled customer dissatisfaction. I rarely leave reviews but because of this all around awful interaction felt compelled to do so in this case. A sincere apology to a customer goes a long way, but this guy acted like he was doing me a favor the entire time when I paid good money to have what I hope would be a smooth move. Everyone knows that moving can be stressful, so I was hoping to find a company that would take a little stress off, not add to it. Needless to say, you would be wise to find someone else. Don't do it! They have the second highest reviews here so I went in fairly confident. I had never heard of the company but hey, if other people used it and they were happy, why wouldn't I be happy too. Well it turns out they are a mess. I agreed about pricing over the phone and asked for email confirmation three times but got nothing. I sent out an email and asked them to reply back to confirm and nothing. I called again and they said all was set. It's all good, right? As long and they show up and move my stuff who cares. Well, it turned out that email would have been helpful because they never showed. After many back and forth phone calls it turned out there was another person with the same first name as mine and they got confused but for intents and purposes I never confirmed. No apologies, no trying to accommodate me. So I moved with flat rate and everything was fine. I guess the lesson here is stick with what you know. I never heard of these guys. read more

What a joke. Scheduled for Monday at 9:00 AM and with the possibility of a hurricane, Milton called to cancel. I was ok with it. Monday comes and the movers call me about 9:30 that they are running late. I explained to them their boss had cancelled the move. Should have been a red light right there... Scheduled the move for Tuesday at 9:00 AM. Told Milton I have the elevator on the delivery location reserved from 9-12 sharp. Milton then suggested 3 guys, which sounded good. Tuesday comes, 9:30 the guys are not there. I called Milton and he says they are running late but are on the way. 10:00 Milton doesn't answer the phone anymore. 10:15 TWO (not three) petit movers arrive. They look at the boxes and flat out say they will not be done by 12 on the delivery location. Movers call Milton to say they will not have the time and what to do. I ask them to ask Milton to send another guy. Milton would not speak to me and hung up the phone once one of the movers gave me his phone. I lost a day of work, had to pay extra days in the current apartment, and had to ask for another day off so I can move with a real company. Bottom line: Extremely unprofessional. But looking back at it, I am glad I didn't move with them. If all the above is a norm, I can imagine how the handling of my belongs would have been. I hired these movers to simply move my items to another city. They came within a few hours to my apartment to start loading their truck. Our agreement was for them to pack my stuff for me and than move it. I paid them for this service. I left packing boxes and packing tape in the apartment. I had to leave and trusted them that they would complete this move in the time allotted. They ended up showing up to my new building at 11:45pm when they were supposed to get there by 9:00pm. They were so late and when I would call the owner he told me that he is doing me a "favor" by helping move my stuff. I paid him this was not for free, so it is not a favor! Since the movers got to my building late my building did not let me move my stuff and I had to sleep in a hotel. The next day I had to hire another company to bring my stuff from the loading dock into my new apartment. Thats when I saw that my stuff was not complete. They left stuff at my apartment. I called the owner and the owner told me it is not his problem and the reason why they left stuff is because I did not leave packing boxes. So the next day I drive back to my old apartment and walked inside. You cannot imagine the feeling of seeing my place totally trashed with items still left over, garbage, and stolen items too. THEY EVEN STOLE MY TOILET PAPER! All my toiletries, my hair dye, bath soap, shampoo, Biore strips, and even facial mask!!!!!! Wow, like I cant even still believe this has happened. I had to re-buy everything since they stole all my stuff. They even ate pizza and drank beer in my apartment which is the reason why they came late to the new building. They left my mattress and boxspring, and other items I told them to trash. And of course, I found all my packing boxes but they stole the tape! I have videos to prove what I am saying. Please do not hire this terrible, unprofessional, scammers, they are low life people! Spend your money with a reputable company because what I went through I would not wish it on my worst enemy.
