HORRIBLE. My experience moving with this company was beyond awful. 1. Before the move, they said it would take 5 hours. 2. On moving day, they showed up to my apartment 1 hour late. 3. They showed up in a small Uhaul truck. 4. The movers were SLOW. 5. We missed our elevator reservation time to our new building, and almost had to cancel our trip the next day. 6. The truck was too small so they had to make multiple trips. 7. They left all of our belongings in the hallway of our new building because they made multiple trips. And I was left moving our belongings into the new apartment by myself. 8. They didn't bring enough packing materials and DAMAGED our furniture. They said I could file a claim, more on that later. 9. The day took 13 hours, instead of 5, and they demanded we pay the full amount. 10. THEY DO NOT HAVE REAL MOVING INSURANCE. I emailed the insurance company they gave me anywayrelocation@insurer.com and that domain name does not exist. 11. They are now avoiding my calls about the insurance. The worst Company! Don't fall for these people. They don't know what they're doing. They showed up late and sent 3 people, two of them didn't not communicate in English and were taking it very slow just to see the hours go by. When I spoke to Andrew the guy I made the deal with. He wanted to keep punching to continue the move even though the building Im moving to and from has a cut off time. He basically wanted to keep my stuff in the truck for the weekend, I guess. After my review the moving company began calling me over and over. I blocked the number and so they used another to contact me. The manager from the company explained to me that the review is hurting the company. They did a good job moving and a move my size should only take 7 hours not the 11. We reviewed that the same move happened in 5 hours with one man and one woman working while I hired three men to move. Logic would suggest that three men moving the same amount of items, in the same elevator would be around the same. But no. There was no explanation as to why it took 11 hours. I was then offered a 20% discount off a future move IF I removed my review. I declined. Note based on an 11 hour move this would be $261.80. Next I was offered a 1 1/2 hour refund which totaled $178.00 IF I removed my review. I declined. Please note that the rating for this company could have been altered by buying off people who have had bad service. I was in Miami area to help my friend with a move. With all the uncertainty coronavirus brought to us, she decided to move to a smaller place to save some money on rent. Since I'm not from the area, I didn't have any moving company I knew from before and that's where Yelp comes into play (thank you, Yelp!) I did some research and after talking to a couple companies over the phone, decided to go with Anyway Relocation Services. Firstly, I really liked that they were offering flat per hour rate without any hidden fees (yes, they indeed didn't add anything unexpected at the end). Secondly, they had so many great reviews here and on Google that I knew that they were reliable. And lastly, the guy on the phone was very polite and helpful which sealed the deal. It was also a great add-on that the company is offering packing too and they can bring all the supplies along with them. Since my friend had to move pretty quickly, we definitely appreciated the option of having some packing help. The guys arrived on time which was great since we had a specific window we reserved the freight elevator for. My friend did have a lot of stuff and the movers, as promised, helped packing it all, including plates, souvenirs, and her huge TV. Packing did take some time, so we started running into a risk of not finishing moving the stuff out before the allotted time period ends. Their supervisor suggested that they can shorten the lunch break and continue the work in order to finish on time. We felt sad for the poor guys giving up their well-deserved break time and got some food and coffee for them, so that they would be energized to continue the work. With this go-do attitude all the furniture and boxes got moved out right on time! :) The unfortunate surprise happened at our destination as the new place elevator broke down on that specific day. My friend was moving to the 3rd floor, so now all the items had to be carried using stairs. We had an option of extending the rent of the truck and waiting for the next day and hoping the elevator would be fixed. Their supervisor advised us that it'd be more expensive for us to wait for the next day since we'd still have to pay for the man hours when the elevator starts working. We took his advice and decided to finish the move on the same day. The guys were super hardworking and continued beyond the curfew time to help my friend save the money. That was so sweet! I moved quite a few times in my life and helped a bunch of friends moving: this company is by far the best experience I've ever had. Unfortunately we had a very negative experience with these movers. Let me start off by saying the two guys who came were very nice and worked hard. This is not about that. BUT several things went very wrong, first and foremost being that we got over charged like crazy and we haven't been able to get the money back that we're owed because the owner Andrew has ignored our calls even after two discussions with him about everything that happened. We thought he was a reasonable man but he told us he would talk to the movers and then never called us back. Now he doesn't answer any of our texts or calls. I was really hoping this issue would be resolved. I don't like being the person to leave a negative review or to complain. I always try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt and we consider ourselves pretty reasonable people but at this point we feel as though we were robbed and want to warn other about how unprofessional this business is. Hopefully it saves someone else from the same if not similar situation. We moved from a 2/2 apartment to a condo from Brickell to Dadeland and we were charged for more hours than we worked. We paid over $1150 for a move that should have been done in less than 6 hours and much less money. That includes a 40 minute break that the movers took that came out of our pocket (which delayed our move in window at our new place and caused a domino effect of problems). I don't mind they took a break but 1. they never communicated to us that they would stop to eat for nearly an hour during our crunch time and 2. they charged us for this time. Mind you, they are charging about $160 an hour at this point. All this while we had already bought the guys food and coffee and made sure to keep them hydrated with water as well. They worked hard and we tipped them because we know that the work they do is tough. But this lack of communication that cost us extra time and money and being charged for a meal break is not right. Other things that went wrong and showed their unprofessionalism: - they ran out of "blankets" to protect our furniture so they had to find other ways to go about it protecting our expensive pieces. One of these "solutions" resulted in major damage to the skin of our $3k leather couch. An experienced mover would have known that putting tape directly onto a leather couch would cause damage. - they did not have a box cutter. You'd assume every professional mover has one of these. I had to provide one of the movers with one of my own (and he ended up keeping it) - because they were running out of time due to taking their break when we only had an hour left to move in, they asked us to remove the tape, blankets and protection from all our furniture and belongings for them. Mind you, I'm 6 months pregnant. Luckily I had my mother in law and another family member to assist. But both of these women are in their 60s and had to due their job. Again, unprofessional. What if we were completely disabled people? How would this have worked out? We are paying you to do this work for us. - Again, being charged for hours they they did not work. They came at about 10am and finished at about 6pm. 40 minutes of that were a break. And we were charged for 9 hours instead of 7. We have been so frustrated with this and we were really hoping for a solution. I as a business owner myself honestly don't understand why Andrew doesn't take responsibility and do the right thing. I hope this review helps you get a better understanding of the kind of business this is and will prevent this from happening again in the future to anyone else. read more

The movers complained the entire time. I told Andrew(the gentleman I booked service with over the phone) we lived on the second floor and that the bedrooms were on the second floor of our condo. One of the movers even told us "you better tip good." They told us they couldn't get our bedroom furniture upstairs. Everything was carefully packed, the guys treated our stuff as their own. It took one day and one trip to move us (when we moved in it took 1 day only to unpack and arrange furniture). Speaking about this company, they are very worried about the client and their reputation. The whole family was pleasantly surprised how the boys quickly and qualitatively cope with the work.All the walls, all the furniture, all the cups, plates, TVs, mirrors, vases - nothing was damaged. these guys were great! they showed up on time. gave me my contract and got straight to work. They were able to load up my packed up one bedroom, transport it and move it all into my new place within the 3 hour minimum (my move was about .1 miles. away but that does include transporting my couch back to my old apartment since it did not fit in the elevator and they do charge to bring large furniture up stairs) the two gentleman took extra care of my large mirror, used furniture blankets on all of my furniture and moved efficiently. I hope I don't have to move anytime soon but when I do move again i will call these guys. The movers that were sent are not professional and did not really know how to move things. The movers did not wrap any of our furniture, did not put our mattress inside of a mattress bag, broke one of our dressers legs, and did not do any type of protection of our furniture. Personally, I got along with the movers however they are just not professional and our furniture is scratched up and dented. Recently moved and used anyway relocation services. The move was complicated because we needed stuff moved from storage (in aventura) to the new unit, furniture moved from the old unit to the new unit (in same building) and then my boyfriends brother was moving from the same building (in Miami) to a new building in aventura all in the same day. These guys were amazing and made the move easy. Moving is stressful and you always worry that something is going to go wrong but these guys got everything done quickly and without complaint. I have already recommended them to two people, one of which has already used them and loved how quick and efficient they were.
