I reserved a unit online and was required to upload my driver's license. I tried more than a dozen times and the system would not accept it. I then called the Coral Way location and spoke directly with a staff member, who asked me to email my ID to her. She confirmed she received it while I was on the phone, told me everything was set, and provided me with my gate code and storage unit number. A week later, my daughter went to the facility on a Sunday with a full car, ready to unload and the gate code did not work. Since the office was closed, the call center answered. They told me the issue was that my ID was never uploaded. I explained the entire situation, including that the onsite employee had received my ID and issued the gate code and unit number. They even contacted the district manager and claimed the issue was "fixed." After 45 minutes of back-and-forth, the gate code still never worked. I requested a refund the following Monday. It has now been over a week and a half (almost two weeks), and I still have not received my deposit. I keep getting the runaround with no resolution. This experience was disorganized, frustrating, and completely unreliable. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to stay away. I truly feel like I dodged a major bullet. KEEP AWAY I have contacted the office directly multiple times. All with no results.

I have used this company for my office relocations for the past three years and am going to work only with them in the future. I had to move a lot and the service of a similar quality is super hard to find. When hiring this company, you should know that their movers work not only quickly, but also wisely - they will be able to professionally pack any huge item and carry it without damage to almost any door (there is more than one iron cabinet, a safe and a printer in my office, believe me, I know what I'm talking about). Separately, I would like to note the responsiveness, courtesy and patience of their relocation consultant Andrew. This person will answer all questions that may arise before/during/after the move, provide a quick booking process and make sure that you are 100% satisfied with everything. We had a great experience with Anyway Relocation Services. We recommend them for your all your moving needs. On the day we were moving, they called an hour before the scheduled time to get us prepared. And when they arrived, they did an awesome job of meticulously packing our belongings into their truck. They were fast and skilled and knew exactly what they should do. Considering the weight of our furniture, they still moved fast! Then they did an amazing job when we arrived at the storage point. They showed proficiency by expertly storing our items in a manner that left me speechless. One other thing we benefited from their service is their affordable rate. I have moved thrice in my lifetime and each move was a terrible experience because of me asking my friends and relatives to help. Then a friend of mine recommended Anyway Relocation Service. I'm so happy he did. I contacted this business within a very short notice for a move and they were fantastic about being able to accommodate me. They were on time, courteous and professional. All my belongings were moved with care and when I opened the boxes where my things are packed, it seems they just moved them from one room to another. The most impressive thing about this mover was that there were no hidden fees. In addition to their professionalism, they were so pleasant to work with. I talked to a friend to recommend a reliable moving company and he recommended Anyway Relocation with a list of good things that he also said about them. Most of the things he said about them were too good to be true so I decided to go with Anyway Relocation. Alas! I was swept off my foot with their excellent service and everything my friend said about them from their prompt delivery, to cautiously loading my belongings, to providing update on the progress of the moving task and above all; all these came at an absolutely affordable price. Me and my girlfriend was moving in together, so move was complicated by whole bunch a different things like storage pick ups and multiple stops all in one day, I need to say everything was done quick and with no assistance from me what so ever, they planned the route and I was just meeting them along the pick up stops, the movers were very professional and detail oriented, made sure all of our stuff wrapped, absolutely nothing was damaged or dirty like with our previous moving experience. This Company attracted my attention with all inclusive price on the profile picture and I requested a quote to see how to move my cost. The price seemed to be not a rip off, reviews looks believable so I decided to go for it. I want to thank Sergei, Albert, Dima and Jimmy for their excellent customer service. Both Sergei and Albert were quick in responding to my questions as well as being straightforward with the fees involved. Dima and Jimmy was the gentlemen who did the physical move and were extremely professional and cautious during the move. Plus they were sweet to my dog (bonus points). My review is a little bit unique since unfortunately due to some steep requirements from my building I couldn't complete my move with Anyway Relocation but I was always in contact with Albert and I can't say enough good things about their customer service. He was extremely understanding and even checked up on us after we finished our move with a separate company. We had a great moving experience with Anyway (which is saying a lot!) Andrew, who coordinated the move, was friendly and easy to reach when we had questions. We wanted to move on a specific day; Andrew made it happen. The day of the move was seamless--the team arrived on time and were professional and efficient. They didn't give us a hard time about things like extra stops to pick up furniture in other locations or loose items that we hadn't gotten around to packing. I'm very very unhappy how ALBERT tread me. They broke my Dinning table counter glass ( $ 2,399 to replace ) and also my Apple computer got a massive crack, and i showed it in person to the movers, they been super super sorry but their insurance didn't paid in 3 months now. Along with Albert avoiding my calls. Customer service and satisfaction horrible. Albert promised me a quote and at the end it doubled in price, after confronting him he could not remember about it, they refused to leave my apartment until I paid them in full. Also some of my furniture got damaged. I wait now since 3 weeks on a feedback of their insurance going to cover it but unfortunately have not heard back. When I reach out no one response to me. It was necessary to move all my staff (include boxes, furniture, kitchen utensils etc) to a new place, but before dismantling and then assembling back everything. Due to closing issues, I had to push my move date Back 2 days. He said he'd be able to do it in the afternoon and that he would be there between 2:00 and 3:00pm depending on how the job before mine went. Unfortunately, it was a rainy day, and they didn't get to me until 6:00pm. They wanted to push it to the next day but I insisted we had to do it that day because literally all of our stuff was packed and ready to go. I ordered one truck and two movers for our two bedroom, one bath duplex. My fiance and I did a lot of moving before they even arrived, essentially just leaving the furniture for them and some boxes. Their attitude seemed Brusque but it was probably because they were just tired from however many moves they had that day. They wrapped most of my furniture carefully with blankets, but I must say I was not pleased with the way that they moved my grandfather clock. The second mover, Alex, said "well this is fragile" when looking at my clock. I was like yes that's why I hired Movers. They didn't even know you had to take the pendulum out of the clock when moving it. They refused to take my very small TV off of the wall, and told me they would have to charge extra for that which I have never heard before. That was frustrating. They made a dent in my baseboard and scratched a lot of paint in my newly painted residence, and then gave me attitude when I asked when they were going to fix it. He then begrudgingly said that he would send somebody over Saturday to fix it. That guy was nice and did an okay job. They worked very hard but I think it would have gone faster with three movers. It would have been nice to have a discount since they were over 3 hours late also. I'm not sure if I would use them again, but I'm glad that we are finally in our new place with the damage fixed (aside from the clock).
