Simply the best!!! I cannot recommend Ciao highly enough!! The most amazing moving experience I've EVER HAD! These movers are incredible, highly professional, organized, and caring. Moving is difficult, but I'm so happy I had this company on my side for the experience. After having a few moving experiences with movers who I felt didn't meet my high standards or do their best to do an expeditious job, Ciao certainly provided a high-quality experience all around. Jorge assessed my moving needs and provided me a detailed list to fill out so the movers would know exactly what to expect and how to handle my move. His quick communication and warmth over e-mail already made me feel very taken care of. I also needed some disposal needs for a few pieces of mine that weren't going to fit in my new apartment and Ciao handled that for me as well. After setting all the details with Jorge beforehand, on the day of my move Yasser, Jonathan, and Claude arrived at exactly the perfect time and got to work. They all worked quickly and as a team and this clearly wasn't their first rodeo. All were skilled packers and knew exactly what to do from the start. Yasser assured me they had everything under control, which was so lovely, as I tend to get anxious with moving, as I have a lot of special pieces of furniture. He told me to sit back and relax because they had it all handled! Yasser even noticed that my furniture was high-quality vintage pieces and he made me feel so thrilled that he made a point to mention it to me, because he understood how much they meant to me! This kind of attention to detail is why Ciao is different than other moving services I've had previously and I loved it. I also had a lovely chat with Jonathan while helping him have access to the freight elevator during our many trips and he was so lovely. All around these guys really made my move a wonderful one! My wife and I chose Ciao moving because they had the highest reviews of the vendors on the building approved list. We were still skeptical as we have had bad experiences with moving companies in the past, but Yasser and his crew was absolutely fantastic!! I can't say enough about how great they were to work with and how carefully they handled all of our valuables. They were all very professional and handled our stuff better than we ever would. Everything was well wrapped in blankets that needed to be. Just amazing! They worked very fast and communication effectively on the timing of when they would be finished. Nothing was damaged, which never happened in all of our moves. Jorge (sales manager) was also fantastic to deal with and he gave us a great price. There were no surprises with hidden costs. Ciao moving is awesome! I am so glad i chose them for my move. They went above and beyond to make my move as smooth as possible. They were respectful of my property, extra careful with my belongings (not a single nick or scratch after the move on anything), trustworthy, and are just genuinely great guys. They know what they are doing and are experts and you can sit back and relax knowing you are in good hands. Ciao has a fixed rate for moving unlike other companies. Sometimes their quote is a little higher than the companies who provide a service per hour, but it is a much better deal in the end. My move took 2 days when the other companies had quoted just 7 hours. I would have paid much more in extra charges if i had chosen someone else. My advice to anyone moving is to keep this in mind as not only is it a fixed price but they do not rush. I would recommend them in an instant and use them again if i ever need to. Ciao Moving is THE BEST moving company I have ever hired! Showed up on time. Super Nice guys. Completely Professional. Worked very hard. They went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. They took great care of the furniture and goods being moved! I moved my parents from 1 Assisted Living Facility to another.....and they made this move as painless as possible. I looked at several companies and read Reviews of them. Ciao Moving & Storage helped me and my family move and I could not be more impressed with a moving company. The team arrived on time and ready to go-working quickly and dilegently to get everything packed and out the door onto the truck. While fast, they were also extremely carfeul packing and carrying all of the items. Midway through our moving process, I realized I needed more time to finish packing my kitchen. Ciao was immediately able to help and worked to pack up my kitchen for a small additional fee. I was recommended to use Chao by a co-worker and I'm so glad I listened! They were professional and on top of every part of the moving process.
