Hands down the BEST moving company I've ever worked with!…read more I recently moved to Florida and found Lifestyle Moving and Storage on Yelp. At first, I was skeptical because they had no reviews in Florida--but just like me, they're relocating too! And let me tell you, I'm SO glad I gave them a chance. They helped me move from a rental in Plantation into my own condo not far from there, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I texted them a photo of my apartment furniture and VASO quickly gave me a quote. Even when my move-out date changed, they were super accommodating and responsive. On move-in day, they texted me early to confirm and arrived right on time with a truck that fit everything perfectly. Milos and Carlos were absolutely amazing--professional, fast, and extremely careful with all my belongings. They wrapped my glassware, bed, large furniture, and packed my flat screens and clothes using a special clothing rack. They even handled all the boxes I packed myself. I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently they worked while treating all my things with care. Thanks to Lifestyle Moving and Storage, my move was easy and stress-free. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone moving in or around Florida!

I have moved many times across the country, and I can confidently say that this was by far the best experience I've ever had with a moving company. From the moment they arrived, the team was prompt, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They handled everything with care and efficiency, clearly knowledgeable and well-prepared for the task. What stood out the most was how much they genuinely cared--not just about my belongings, but about making sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. It truly felt like they had my back every step of the way. Their honesty and dedication were refreshing, and it made a stressful day so much easier. If you're looking for a moving team that combines skill with heart, look no further. I highly recommend them and will be referring anyone I know who's planning a move. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Moving in South Florida always feels chaotic between scheduling, parking, elevators, fragile stuff,…read moreand hoping the movers actually care. Clutter Storage was the first company that made everything feel easy. William, Bryan, and Nelson gave genuinely 10/10 service. Communication was great before arrival, they handled everything carefully, moved fast, and I didn't have to micromanage anything. I was literally getting work done while they packed and moved my entire apartment. Biggest bonus honestly: I didn't even have to figure out parking for the truck. If you've moved in South Florida, you know how annoying that alone can be. They already had everything handled. This was my third move here and Clutter Storage is officially my go to from now on. Great prices, authentic energy, and people that actually care about doing things right. Huge thank you to William, Bryan, and Nelson for making the whole experience smooth.

The delivery and assembly team was very positive, friendly…read more But Unfortunately, Clutter as a company was extremely disappointing. They changed the terms of service for existing customers without properly notifying them. Apparently, they now no longer reassemble furniture after delivery. Instead of clearly communicating such a major policy change in advance by email and text, they simply updated the information on their website. I received a text message only two days before my appointment saying that under the new policy, they would deliver my furniture disassembled and I would need to find another company to put it back together. And it's not just about the additional cost - it's about the time and inconvenience. Now you have to schedule another company, wait another day, Clutter did not offer a discount, and did not provide any alternative solution for additional fee . They simply sent a text saying the policy had changed and that the furniture would be left disassembled for the customer to deal with. As a customer, you feel completely abandoned. You originally agree to use a company based on certain services and terms. If those terms significantly change for existing customers, the absolute minimum is to notify them properly by both email and text -- well in advance -- and ideally offer a discount or alternative options.I dont mind to pay an extra fee

I guess they decided to take advantage of that and they stole our brand new kitchen aid still in the box from our unit. When I asked who has access to our units they said only the person with the key fobs and to speak to my husband who is the only one with the key fob. Um duhh why do you think I'm calling to make a report. My husband is the one who discovered that the kitchen aid that belonged to his deceased step mother is missing. Please do not store any valuables here. Take a picture of what your storage looks like every time you visit. And take good pictures of what you have in there. When I stated I would file a police report & that the police would request access to the cameras they stated that they do not provide access to the cameras inside only the front door. How convenient when it's clearly an inside job. When I say pissed that's an understatement. I will be removing everything from this storage.

Seems strange that when asked about the theft, the manager - has not been able to tell the same story twice. - told us that he had talked to the police about the theft. - told the Miami Police, in Spanish, that they did not have any right to see or obtain the video surveillance of the theft. - has consistently made the entire theft sound like it was no big deal. - when confronted with the fact that people renting the unit next to one of ours checked out the previous day, says it was just coincidence. - his attitude in all conversations has been evasive. The units are so flimsy they can be broken into with a pry bar. The security is a joke. The manager claims he has no available records of anyone entering the facility through the code locked doors and elevators. Kinda sounds like he is covering up for the thieves or is in on the thieft. The haul was over $100,000 in personal belongings, many of which are irreplaceable. DO NOT STORE ANYTHING AT THIS FACILITY!
