The storage unit comes in different sizes, and you can change later to a smaller or larger unit. It's very clean inside. And very helpful staff, the entire process didn't take long, but a few minutes, which was nice. They also have carts you can use to move items from your car to the unit, but ask that you return them to the area where you picked them up. But when I went back a few days later to move items into the unit, one of the elevators was down, leaving only 1 working. And you can't use the stairs, saw a sign that the opening exit would sound the alarm, which was a bit of a hassle, as a few other customers were moving stuff at the same time. No cart was available, which made the process a bit longer. But overall, I'm happy with deciding to use them.

Please do not store any valuables here. Take a picture of what your storage looks like every time you visit. And take good pictures of what you have in there. When I stated I would file a police report & that the police would request access to the cameras they stated that they do not provide access to the cameras inside only the front door. How convenient when it's clearly an inside job. When I say pissed that's an understatement. I will be removing everything from this storage.

Seems strange that when asked about the theft, the manager - has not been able to tell the same story twice. - told us that he had talked to the police about the theft. - told the Miami Police, in Spanish, that they did not have any right to see or obtain the video surveillance of the theft. - has consistently made the entire theft sound like it was no big deal. - when confronted with the fact that people renting the unit next to one of ours checked out the previous day, says it was just coincidence. - his attitude in all conversations has been evasive. The units are so flimsy they can be broken into with a pry bar. The security is a joke. The manager claims he has no available records of anyone entering the facility through the code locked doors and elevators. Kinda sounds like he is covering up for the thieves or is in on the thieft. The haul was over $100,000 in personal belongings, many of which are irreplaceable. DO NOT STORE ANYTHING AT THIS FACILITY!
