I snagged the last small unit on the second floor. So lucky! As I was checking out, a man came in and asked for the same one, and Tasha said I got it. PHHHEEEWWWW. Tasha was BEYOND helpful by showing me the unit, setting me up, and helping me navigate the Public Storage app, which makes it easy for me to assess the facility with codes and make payments. Never ever ill recommend to signing with this fraud storage. They promise you promotion and 2days before payment you'll be surprised what invoice you'll receive! One person at the office promised second month promotion price. Then in a phone another person promise me promotion. And at the and they even overcharge me with higher then regular price. I have a unit here and the place is incredibly dirty. I've lined my entire unit floor with plastic. I now have ROACHES in my unit and have called management for FOUR MONTHS and no one helps. Someone called me and said they would send a company to treat the unit but nothing has happened for MONTHS. I'm afraid to take my items out of the unit since 1.) I don't want to risk putting items in my car if they may have roaches 2.) I don't want to transport items with roaches to a new storage facility. The place is FILTHY. After being there for some time I've now noticed the local "homeless" keep their stuff in these units, which may be a contributor to the filth. Management is unresponsive. I contacted their Senior District Manager Raul Perez and never got a direct cal back, much less action. I've reported the unsanitary conditions and they first told me to file an insurance claim, as if that would solve the underlying problem. It seems the front desk has their hands tied and doesn't get much support on moving forward with fumigation. DO NOT BRING YOUR STUFF HERE ... unless you're ok with it being in a filthy environment. Rate went up 3 times in 2 years. Was a decent value at the beginning. At the end, much too expensive. Elevator was not working for over a month. Fixed now. Waited 45 minutes one morning (along with several others) because employee was late arriving to work. read more

Very easy to use with good people working there. My experience has been 5 star for sure. I would definitely recommend them.

The place has no unloading dock, not a proper parking space to move the trucks. Unloading had to be done through the office where movers need to climb stairs and go through 2 tiny doors. Personnel is rude. Waste of money. I didn't even use it as soon as I saw the place where they stack plywood boxes and call it storage. I didn't also even bother to ask my money back because if they advertised it like this, they are not going to be helpful like their on site employees. Was able to reserve and finish paperwork online, next day I came in since I didn't have access code yet the worker helped me and gave me my access code. I had to use wheel stair case to get to my unit but they had equipment for you to use. Parking if you are a customer here you can park in the front don't worry about tow away signs. You can also park on street if need be. Only thing that sucks is possibly no public bathroom to use. Be aware they increase prices for rent after 5-6 months was told from another public storage in Biscayne. read more

Yesterday I rented my space at 331 69th St., Miami Beach. I was disappointed by the office worker. First, because I had the size of the space and the price, but she wanted to charge me more money for the same unit. To make the situation more difficult, she said: "I don't have internet now, so if you are going to rent a space you have to do it yourself online". Thank goodness I was able to do it with the help of another employee on the phone but Guess what? Today I went to the Public storage webpage and the same space that I rented yesterday is cheaper. I was motivated to write this because an employee told me the building was recently acquired by a new owner and they were talks about some renovation work coming to this site. Then, I saw older reviews..... this storage location has been in bad shape for a while. I don't usually leave negative ratings, but I do believe customers do need to know what they are getting into and if there are indeed new owners, perhaps motivate them to do the right thing to ensure customers belongings are truly secure. This is a very old building with little to no maintenance. The building is hot in 65 degree weather. So, I can't imagine what summer will be like. I wouldn't leave very expensive items in there. The storage units are make of wood (like 1 sheet), so it can easily be broken into to. Also, it gets very humid in there, you'll need DampRid to keep the moisture out. Parking is an issue and there is no ramp to carry or pull heavy boxes in a cart. The building has a loading dock but no ramp. The carts to help pull your items require replacement. Just about all of them are broken. Be careful with upper storage units. They are actually boxes on top of other storage units and required a ladder to reach. The staff was very nice, but they do have their hands full. The building requires A LOT of maintenance. I don't think my items are in the safest or cleanest of facilities. In fact, my "clean" storage had stuff stuck on the floor and walking through the facility, I noticed a number of safety issues, such as broken fire alarm pull and exposed wires. I need to keep my items here for a while and I will keep my fingers crossed hoping my belongings make it out in good shape. read more

the customer service is the best in the business. tasha knows the facility inside out and is very helpful with every detail. the location is very popular so it can be challenging to get the unit you want but tasha works hard to accommodate everyone. the rates are better online so be smart about booking that way! read more

This is really a review of the overall Public Storage Company. I have been a good customer since 2015. My bill is always paid on time as they keep my credit card on file. The game is to continually raise the monthly rental rate without reason. Rates can and do change on a somewhat monthly basis. When you call customer service they tell you too bad, you signed an agreement and if you don't like it move out. I moved into a small unit to save money on 1/14/21 for $95.85. On 4/1/21 they wanted to raise the rate to $150.17. Now they are raising it again. Beware before you deal with this company! read more

This place is like a dirty cave full of roaches. The roaches are even walking on the walls of the Office to welcome you. The floors are dirty. The climate is bad. If you have valuable things they can be damaged by the hot temperature inside. Costumer service is bad. They don't care about losing their clients. In general, this company has predatory policies against its clients. Avoid this place and company. read more

This place has several problems. They close the facility for meetings!!! Always hot inside = climate controlled?? Worst is they raise the rent all the time!!! Messed up in other ways too. Needs to be much better. read more

I left message after message for a question regarding holiday hour access and a week goes by and no one calls you back- the staff is rude, they don't want to be there and the facility is dirty. THE ONLY GOOD THING about this location is the gentleman who helps you moving your items if you need it- he should move to a better facility because this one is a disgrace. read more

Gretel the manager is rude and thinks that she can mistreat people just because of her job position and she lies about company policies!! Last week I was moving stuff into my daughters storage and I asked her if I could get the $1 first month rent offer that they have, and her answer was that by, policy the offer was ONLY for new customers and that I couldn't use this offer. And that if I wanted to rent a new storage I would have to pay over $100 for the size that I was looking for. I had to throw away very expensive furniture since I couldn't afford that much for the storage at that moment, just to find out that she lied about the policy. I found out that the offer was NOT ONLY for new customers but ALSO for anyone who hasn't rented out a storage in the past 7 days. That same day, GRETEL the manager, kept passing by my storage while I was putting stuff inside and rudely kept saying I couldn't leave anything in the hallway that would obstruct anybodies path. I understood her point but I was trying to get everything inside and where else was I supposed to put my stuff?? Besides, there was plenty of space to walk through and it was the end of the day when nobody was even around. The next day when I was in the storage I went into the office to ask GRETEL THE MANAGER, a question and she RUDELY TOLD ME TO GOOGLE IT. I also asked her if I could throw away some cardboard boxes in the dumpster they have on the side and she said no. I asked if I could talk to a manager to see if they could give me permission to do it and she said she was the manager in a very mean tone. I told her that she used to be so nice before she became manager and now she was arrogant and mean. She freaked out and started yelling and harassing me with the police and telling me that I was insulting her. I wasn't insulting her, I was telling her the truth because she'd been mistreating me for the past 2 days. Us customers expect a manager to be someone honest in her job and nice to people sine she represents the Company. GRETEL demanded that I get out of HER office. She's not ready to be a manager. She should be replaced by someone nice and kind, someone who's able to deal with all types of people, someone with good manners. I saw her being very nice with men, probably because she is afraid they'll do something to her if she tries to treat them the way she treated me. She abuses of her position by harassing people with the police for nothing. She lies about the Company's policies. Ever since my daughter and I have been renting storages in this place we have met wonderful workers at the storage but GRETEL, the current manager, is the ONLY one that comes off as MEAN AND ARROGANT. I have nothing but good things to say about the Public Storage and the people who work there except for GRETEL, the current manager. I will give five stars if she is out of this company. read more
