Please stop gossiping and help people waiting for service. I went in to ask what time they were closing the facility that evening since it was 12/31. She said very accusatorially IN SPANISH "we close at 9:30pm and if you come back tomorrow we WILL charge you the full amount of rent for the month. I see your rental unit (as she pointed to the security camera). Make sure you take your lock off and leave the unit open and clean or you will be charged. " Cool. I just wanted to know what time you'd be open until today. Also- where are the carts? In Spanish: "If you don't see them, someone is using them" This is a HUGE overpriced facility that somehow only has two moving carts for the entire lot? There should at the very least have 4 per floor. Nearly every unit is occupied and they aren't able to afford or manage their cart system? With as much as I've paid for storage throughout the years- I could have single handedly purchased more moving carts and dollies. The customer service employee could not work or care less. We had been moving out of our storage space for 3 days. There is zero system in place for knowing how many carts are being used and/or where they are. This facility will test every last drop of your patience. Don't bother coming here.

Rent Tripled, Elevator Broke Mid-Lease, and Management Did Nothing!…read more Had a unit with a friend . After the rent tripled after the first year, I signed a new lease under my name instead of paying the increase. ( so we had to move units down the hall / makes zero sense!!!) The elevator was working when we signed, but seven months into the new lease it broke -- and it has not been fixed since. This made the unit practically unusable.. The manager, Hugo, was no help at all, and management offered no real solutions or compensation. I eventually had to move out. Terrible management and zero accountability -- renters beware.

I've had several issues with this location and management has failed to do anything about them even…read morethough there have been multiple complaints from other units. There are people living there inside their units, and take up the walkway with their things. There have been people smoking inside their units, causing the entire floor to stink. We found a roll of duct tape thrown on the top of the wired fence ceiling of our unit with a loop at the end of it. It's just not a safe feeling environment. I just went to the office and was kicked out by Sonia because she had to go to lunch. It was 4:42pm and there was another lady inside the office as well. Update (answer to Cube Smart's reply): I brought the issue of people living there to the attention of on-site personnel. I did this more than a couple of times on several occasions more than two months ago. Their last answer was that other people had been complaining about the same issue and had brought it up to management, but they responded that they were being accused of racism and therefore would not do anything about the issue. I don't have the time to help run cube smart and I am paying for cubesmart's services, not the other way around. All it takes is for someone to review the cameras for the last few months to see what is happening...but apparently they don't want to do anything about it. I will not waste any more of my time communicating with them. I have put in my cancellation of my unit and have contracted another unit from another company.

Their prices are comparable to other locations but the benefit besides the amazing staff is that they have special promotions - for me, I received a discount as a first-time renter's discount for the first 3 months plus I referred a friend and got $25 off my bill. They have a few days leeway for late-payments and even called me when I had an issue with my credit card (at no extra charge). I would totally recommend this place !!! The storage unit is air-conditioned and easily accessible and the place is safe and monitored. A total stress reliever.
