They changed the terms of service for existing customers without properly notifying them. Apparently, they now no longer reassemble furniture after delivery. Instead of clearly communicating such a major policy change in advance by email and text, they simply updated the information on their website. I received a text message only two days before my appointment saying that under the new policy, they would deliver my furniture disassembled and I would need to find another company to put it back together. And it's not just about the additional cost - it's about the time and inconvenience. Now you have to schedule another company, wait another day, Clutter did not offer a discount, and did not provide any alternative solution for additional fee . They simply sent a text saying the policy had changed and that the furniture would be left disassembled for the customer to deal with. As a customer, you feel completely abandoned. You originally agree to use a company based on certain services and terms. If those terms significantly change for existing customers, the absolute minimum is to notify them properly by both email and text -- well in advance -- and ideally offer a discount or alternative options.I dont mind to pay an extra fee

Lastly, August 1 was our move out day and not only is it the first of the month, but also a weekend and we flew from our home city to work on the move out, rented a U-Haul and hand truck, only to find out the elevators are out of service!! We are on the seventh floor, so it's not possible to remove any of our items. Obviously, another big problem and totally unacceptable. Currently, we are halfway into Sunday and elevators are still are not working and we can't get any answers as to if they're working on them. This not only forces us to spend more money, but disrupts our everyday as we have to go back to work tomorrow, Monday and have flight flights scheduled back to our home city. Our entire weekend, it was scheduled around our move out, has been completely disrupted and ruined. It is definitely the perfect storm and the worst situation.
