However, the rows are pretty narrow- barely wider than one car- so if someone else is blocking your unit, you'll have to wait. I was pleasantly surprised a few weeks ago after we got a week of rain and everything in Kendall was flooded. I thought that for sure there would be flooding in my unit and that my boxes would be wet, but nope, it was dry; their drainage must be pretty good. The office staff is nice, and they're happy to take your payment over the phone if that's easier for you.

BEWARE OF THESE GUYS!…read more After years of service they tried to ding me for an additional month's rent after I moved out. I rented a $200 storage unit from them for over two years and vacated recently, following up with a move-out notice online. They were left with a key to the lock so they could easily remove it themselves. I called them on the phone to make sure this was OK and asked if I was going to have to pay anything for them to dispose of a car battery I left behind (I was told no). I had a bill for another month of service come in and I called to speak with them to find out why I was still being billed. The bill was about 14 days past when I talked with them, and I was told they would "take care of it". "Take care of it" meant they immediately sent it to collections which then added an $80 service charge on top of the $210 they were trying to bill me. I literally got the collections notice in the mail a week later. I attempted to phone them up about this for over a month. After leaving numerous messages, speaking with people who said they had to get a manager to call me back, I never got a single response. It's kind of tough to foul up customer service in the storage business, but they somehow manage to do it and with no interest in resolving the issue with me, this honest review will serve as a fair warning to anyone looking to do business with them. If this experience sounds strange, they did change management since I first signed up with them.
