There are people living there inside their units, and take up the walkway with their things. There have been people smoking inside their units, causing the entire floor to stink. We found a roll of duct tape thrown on the top of the wired fence ceiling of our unit with a loop at the end of it. It's just not a safe feeling environment. I just went to the office and was kicked out by Sonia because she had to go to lunch. It was 4:42pm and there was another lady inside the office as well. Update (answer to Cube Smart's reply): I brought the issue of people living there to the attention of on-site personnel. I did this more than a couple of times on several occasions more than two months ago. Their last answer was that other people had been complaining about the same issue and had brought it up to management, but they responded that they were being accused of racism and therefore would not do anything about the issue. I don't have the time to help run cube smart and I am paying for cubesmart's services, not the other way around. All it takes is for someone to review the cameras for the last few months to see what is happening...but apparently they don't want to do anything about it. I will not waste any more of my time communicating with them. I have put in my cancellation of my unit and have contracted another unit from another company.

When accessing a specific locker, there are multiple corridors that can be be taken to avoid hallway traffic jams when multiple people are accessing their storage. I'm happy to know my storage is safe with good people.

I reserved a unit online and was required to upload my driver's license. I tried more than a dozen times and the system would not accept it. I then called the Coral Way location and spoke directly with a staff member, who asked me to email my ID to her. She confirmed she received it while I was on the phone, told me everything was set, and provided me with my gate code and storage unit number. A week later, my daughter went to the facility on a Sunday with a full car, ready to unload and the gate code did not work. Since the office was closed, the call center answered. They told me the issue was that my ID was never uploaded. I explained the entire situation, including that the onsite employee had received my ID and issued the gate code and unit number. They even contacted the district manager and claimed the issue was "fixed." After 45 minutes of back-and-forth, the gate code still never worked. I requested a refund the following Monday. It has now been over a week and a half (almost two weeks), and I still have not received my deposit. I keep getting the runaround with no resolution. This experience was disorganized, frustrating, and completely unreliable. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to stay away. I truly feel like I dodged a major bullet. KEEP AWAY I have contacted the office directly multiple times. All with no results.

Even tough I filled all the information digitally, the person who was at the front desk, had only received my info partially , and that I would need to fill all documents again. After that she gave me the wrong code for my storage! I cannot understand what makes a person be rude , completely abnóxios and careless , 40 minutes to do a task!! Considering all was done more than once, I still received a notice on my email with a payment due higher than what was agreed, since it was suppose to be autopay , I called, and again, there was another problem, and they said it was not on auto pay, and that I had to pay a late fee. I tried paying, but the person said she couldn't take it over the phone , I would either have to call another number or do it through the link they sent me. Total disaster , no courtesy , bad untrained staff, I truly don't know how this place can have good reviews. Will definitely find another storage !
