I had a really bad experience here. After 13 years of renting i realized i have been over paying. Renters beware... Review your statements. Watch out for increases. Don't be afraid to move into another unit or completely leave this storage facility. A new customers rate is average 50% cheaper then any existing customer. I was tempted on renting under a different name to get the rate instead i settled for moving under same name. Worst part was i lost sq feet. See measurements i have included. I had 8 container bins that did not fit inside my new unit. I had to take it home and store in my garage. After "Reserving" my unit online, and after the email saying "Your reservation is set up", I was preparing to move in and pay once I arrived to the facility. When I arrive with my many boxes, the lady in the office notified me that someone had "paid and rented for the unit". I was flabbergasted! How can my "reservation be set up" and them sell my unit to someone else. The lady offered me the same size unit, but double the price! After calling corporate, they could not honor the price that I reserved online in any other location. This is just ridiculous! After asking to speak with a supervisor, I was sent to voicemail. Please make sure if you use any Public Storage facilities that you actually get an option to pay for the unit online. For me, it did not give me option to pay, and I feel like it was to bring me in and up charge the same unit. read more

Great location and super convenient for us, but we couldn't keep up with the rate increases. The rates are now more than the cost of financing a shed at our house that is four times the size! I feel bad leaving an "ok" rating because the staff there were always super friendly and the convenience factor was a plus! read more

Very deceitful place and very disappointing experience! The webpage and even the reservation never clarified the unit was in an upper level without elevators. Then with a truck full of heavy furniture already outside, the only suggestion was to "try to lift it up since other people have done it". Instead were offered a smaller ground level unit for a higher price, which we had not choice but to take given the situation. In addition, the units are very old, doors with sharp metal edges, so be careful with furniture. I strongly discourage anybody to use this place, and by extension the entire company, for running such a dishonest and substandard business. read more

I've been with this storage facility for years, but today I went in and they had 2 amazing women working, Sandy and Brenda. They went beyond what was needed, had great attitudes and were willing to help any way they could. Keep it up! I have been at this location for a over 3 years and the reason I am leaving is the same reason my friends have left ; they increase the rates and have ZERO loyalty to the renters that have been there for years. Worse customer service, the lady in the front desk doesn't have any manners and when asked to speak in Spanish because my mother doesn't understand English, she got upset and gave us major attitude. Come on Public Storage you can hire better staff! read more

The facility is good but the air conditioner doesn't cool and the forklifts are always broken. There's also a lot of insects inside the units. The staff is helpful and always willing to assist. If you don't have a garage at home or you need some extra storage space, I recommend this facility. read more

This is the worst storage company I have ever had to deal with. They raise the rent several times per year. The property manager is rude and unhelpful. There is no way to ever speak to a customer service representative. Don't use public storage for anything. read more

I'm about to head over to the storage unit to do my paperwork. And move some stuff in since I will be moving soon . And I get a phone call from Stephen that's the property manager that he has no units available upstairs anymore the size I reserved. And for a down stairs unit equal size is more than double the amount . This is ridiculous way to do business. And yesterday earlier in the day I get a phone call to come and look at the units they have . I told the person who called me I won't be able to make it until my reservation date do to work. They told me no problem see you tomorrow. Why make reservations and not comply and honor what you are advertising. I understand the little disclaimer you guys put on the website about subject to availability. But if you call me the day before hand to come in to look at the unit . I will assume just like any one else would that you have that unit available. My wife spoke to a customer service rep this morning and told us the unit is held for 7 days . So it hasn't been a week and no more unit . Now I have to look elsewhere and probably a further location for my needs . read more

Disappointing experience. I could not remove my trailer for almost a week because they rented the space directly in front of me when I was told it would not be. When I finally was able to pick it up my trailer, there was damage from someone backing into it and they could not take any responsibility for the damage. They told me to file a claim with my insurance. All the regional manager could, say he was sorry. Do not store your trailer there unless you do not care for it. All I can say is disappointing. read more

Brenda (manager) at this location is extremely rude. Save yourself the headache and drive to any alternate storage building. Brenda is unprofessional and condescending. Unfortunately the district management did absolutely nothing even though they said they'd "look into" an unjust fee. I never heard back from the DM, instead I had Brenda call again this time with a hightened rude tone and no desire at all to assist with the issue that she caused in the first place. Brenda is very proud of her employment of three years, she made it clear to me and repeated it many times and for this reason she believes is perfect and makes no mistakes ever. Again, Brenda failed to communicate properly and very rudely treated the issue she caused in the first place. read more
