After my dad died two years ago, I spiraled into a deep depression. My organizational skills were never great to begin with, but my small condo was turning into an episode of Hoarders and I had no idea where to start. I felt like I was drowning. Enter Actually Organized. Wendy and Wendy came and conquered. I can't believe how fast they move. As someone with ADHD and executive dysfunction, I am amazed by their abilities. I have learned so much about the organization process just by watching them in action. Most importantly, they were kind, patient, and non-judgmental in a situation when I was feeling immense shame and grief. I cannot recommend Actually Organized enough and can't wait to have them back to conquer my kitchen. I am so embarrassed to share a "before" pic, but I want you all to see how incredible their talents are. And this is just a FRACTION of what they did. I finally feel like I can breath again. Ok, I'm gonna get back to weeping now.

Let me start by saying I have a mailbox here. Every other mailbox i have or have had gives a 30 day grace period. Additionally, they have a GIANT banner stating "We'll match any competitors price guaranteed". So I asked about purchasing a box, they said it was $5 (excessive) and I showed a competitors price which was half of theirs and they said oh no we're not going to match that our quality is better. So I said ok what makes it better? She said it's double walled, so I showed her the description of the competitor and sure enough it was the same exact box. She then said ok well we're not going to match that. Search TM Packaging (or any other packaging company) if you're in Miami if you want better prices. This store has a 100%+ markup on competitors. Ridiculous. I will be removing my mailbox after the end of the month.

Moving in South Florida always feels chaotic between scheduling, parking, elevators, fragile stuff,…read moreand hoping the movers actually care. Clutter Storage was the first company that made everything feel easy. William, Bryan, and Nelson gave genuinely 10/10 service. Communication was great before arrival, they handled everything carefully, moved fast, and I didn't have to micromanage anything. I was literally getting work done while they packed and moved my entire apartment. Biggest bonus honestly: I didn't even have to figure out parking for the truck. If you've moved in South Florida, you know how annoying that alone can be. They already had everything handled. This was my third move here and Clutter Storage is officially my go to from now on. Great prices, authentic energy, and people that actually care about doing things right. Huge thank you to William, Bryan, and Nelson for making the whole experience smooth.

The delivery and assembly team was very positive, friendly…read more But Unfortunately, Clutter as a company was extremely disappointing. They changed the terms of service for existing customers without properly notifying them. Apparently, they now no longer reassemble furniture after delivery. Instead of clearly communicating such a major policy change in advance by email and text, they simply updated the information on their website. I received a text message only two days before my appointment saying that under the new policy, they would deliver my furniture disassembled and I would need to find another company to put it back together. And it's not just about the additional cost - it's about the time and inconvenience. Now you have to schedule another company, wait another day, Clutter did not offer a discount, and did not provide any alternative solution for additional fee . They simply sent a text saying the policy had changed and that the furniture would be left disassembled for the customer to deal with. As a customer, you feel completely abandoned. You originally agree to use a company based on certain services and terms. If those terms significantly change for existing customers, the absolute minimum is to notify them properly by both email and text -- well in advance -- and ideally offer a discount or alternative options.I dont mind to pay an extra fee

Hands down the BEST moving company I've ever worked with!…read more I recently moved to Florida and found Lifestyle Moving and Storage on Yelp. At first, I was skeptical because they had no reviews in Florida--but just like me, they're relocating too! And let me tell you, I'm SO glad I gave them a chance. They helped me move from a rental in Plantation into my own condo not far from there, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I texted them a photo of my apartment furniture and VASO quickly gave me a quote. Even when my move-out date changed, they were super accommodating and responsive. On move-in day, they texted me early to confirm and arrived right on time with a truck that fit everything perfectly. Milos and Carlos were absolutely amazing--professional, fast, and extremely careful with all my belongings. They wrapped my glassware, bed, large furniture, and packed my flat screens and clothes using a special clothing rack. They even handled all the boxes I packed myself. I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently they worked while treating all my things with care. Thanks to Lifestyle Moving and Storage, my move was easy and stress-free. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone moving in or around Florida!

What stood out the most was how much they genuinely cared--not just about my belongings, but about making sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. It truly felt like they had my back every step of the way. Their honesty and dedication were refreshing, and it made a stressful day so much easier. If you're looking for a moving team that combines skill with heart, look no further. I highly recommend them and will be referring anyone I know who's planning a move. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING THIS COMPANY…read more I genuinely wish I had read the reviews more carefully before trusting this company with my move. What happened to me felt like a complete bait-and-switch. I was quoted an attractive rate of $169 and was told I was receiving a "special price." At NO point during the booking process was I clearly informed that my final bill could suddenly become $700+ because of additional charges. Had those costs been properly disclosed upfront, I would have NEVER booked this company. And this was not some huge, complicated move. I was moving out of a small efficiency, only 15 minutes away, with approximately **6 boxes, 3 bins of clothes, a bed frame and mattress, and a dresser. That was essentially it. The part that bothered me most was WHEN the real price was presented to me. It wasn't clearly explained before the move, when I still had the opportunity to make an informed decision and hire someone else. It was during the move, when I was handed an iPad and suddenly looking at a bill of over $700. Think about how awful of a position that puts a customer in. Your move is already underway, your belongings are involved, and now you're being told you have to pay hundreds of dollars more than you were prepared for in order to continue. What happens to someone who only has the amount they reasonably expected to pay in their account? I understand that moving companies can have additional fees. That is NOT my complaint. My complaint is the lack of transparency BEFORE booking. If there are transportation fees, labor minimums, materials, travel time, service charges, or anything else that can turn a $169 advertised/special rate into a $700+ bill, tell the customer clearly before they agree to the move. I budgeted for this move based on what was communicated to me. I should not have had to discover the true cost when I was already in the middle of moving. Please do not let an attractive hourly rate or "special price" be the only thing you rely on when booking this company. Get the FULL estimated total IN WRITING, ask for every possible additional charge, and do not allow the move to begin until you understand exactly what you may be responsible for paying. My experience left me feeling completely misled, blindsided, and taken advantage of. I would never knowingly agree to pay $700+ to move the small amount of belongings I had just 15 minutes away. If that had been communicated honestly from the beginning, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Transparency should happen before a customer's belongings are on the truck. not after they're already committed to the move.

A number of days prior to our move we were contacted to go over final details, pricing for materials if needed, damage coverage, and more. We were told we are the first move of the day and that the movers will be there between 8:30-9 am and we will get a call 15-30 mins before they arrive. Throughout the whole entire process, we have had multiple numbers text us telling us that "we qualify for free packing assistance at no charge" (which is a complete lie because they charge hourly so it would probably take them an hour or two to pack everything up and then they would charge you) or trying to have us upgrade our coverage, etc. all of this is annoying but not a big deal. Moving day comes. We're waiting for their call. Nothing. We finally start texting the numbers we have from all their random messages (Morgan and other names) and no response. Finally my husband calls a number and we get connected. It's now 9:30 ish (and hour late pretty much) and we are told that the workers are still getting the truck ready and they're 12 miles away. How is it that no one contacted us to let us know? The workers finally get there at 10:15. One worker is doing his job, the other is MIA somewhere in the truck. We did not have a lot to move (less than 30 items majority being smaller) and we did not need boxes or our things packed up for us. Somehow they stretch out the move and finally (2+ hours later) and it's time to move to the second location (a storage unit). It's a 16 miles difference and a 25 minute car ride. The workers go MIA for 45 minutes! They are still charging! When they get to the unit, FINALLY, we get charger $1100.... Why? Because they charged us $300 worth of materials. 6 quantities of tape, which makes no sense because they didn't pack anything up for us and $200 worth (50 sheets to be exact) of paper pads????? Where are the materials!? Because I didn't see them. We magically got refunded $81 dollars because they finished quicker than estimated, I guess they realized they couldn't fully drag out the time like they tried. I've used other companies in different states with triple the amount of things to move and it's never been this unprofessional or expensive for unaccounted materials. A complete scam. Look at Reddit and a quick google search on their main complaints and everything we experienced has been reported before. All they do is reply to bad reviews and say sorry and thank them for the feedback. It's not enough. I was overcharged for materials I didn't see and you can't even argue about the price because they don't unload your items until you pay. AVOID THEM.
