I like coming to this UPS location because there's this worker here that is super nice and welcoming. I don't know his name but he has a beard and his hair tied back in a little bun. Great service from him every time. I went to drop off an Amazon return package and the guy who usually takes care of me was busy Assisting someone else. The customer he was helping had ALOT of packages so the line started to grow a bit. I wasn't in there for long before a women comes out from the back to take care of the rest of the customers in line. This women was so incredibly rude. I usually don't take things like this personally because who knows what she was going through that day but man this interaction just rubbed me the wrong way. She didn't even say hi to me, snatched my package out of my hand and with a very annoyed toned asked me for my barcode. She scanned it, very messily put the label on the package, shoved the tracking label in my hand, and while I was still standing there screamed "next". I lived in Miami my whole life so this wasn't the worst interaction I've had in this city. I've been gone traveling for a couple of months and moved out for three years so I no longer live here and was just so STUNNED that this is seen as okay. No where else in the United States have I experience such rude and unpleasant people. The way that customers are treated is not okay and this women was just a small example of that. I dropped off a package on April 13 at around 5:30 PM, emailed my customer at 6:22 PM saying they should expect a updated tracking information since it was dropped off, a lady asked me if i wanted the receipt and I said no, trusting in the integrity of UPS, I assumed there would not be any thieves in that store. As of Today, April 16 12:15 PM, still no movement in tracking. That was a $100 item and it has been taken. Now I know to never come to this store or UPS again. read more

I come to this location for my Amazon packages return . I have always had a good experience . My Packages are always received on time at Amazon . I feel the employees are quick and do their job well . I'm usually not there longer 5 min. The only draw back is the small parking lot . Sometimes , It's very difficult to find a parking space . People drive a little crazy there . Other than that , the customer service here is great ! read more

Everyone is friend and they work quick. Only drawback is the parking at shopping center. Best to go early when they open on week days.

I've always had a good experience at this store. As for Burt, he should learn that businesses are in business to make money, not as charities. I understand that when I go here I will pay extra for tape and any packing services. These businesses are on thin margins and have overhead. I cant speak for others but every time I go to this UPS store I am always greeted kindly and quickly upon arrival. The manager has always been extremely helpful and always goes above and beyond. When the manager is not there the employees always make sure they take care of anything I need. read more

On 6/9/2017 at 6:20 pm I walked in and asked to use a dolly to bring in 12 cases I needed to ship. No problem, the young man in the front Wil pointed out the dolly and I did my thing. There was one customer he was helping while I was filling out the customer address form. I started to place my boxes on the counter and one of my boxes was not sealed properly. On the counter sat a tape dispenser, I used it to seal the box. I was told by Wil, the tape was not for "Public use", his response was surprising and he took the tape. Knowing I had other cases that needed tape, he asked how many more I had like that, thankfully it was only one additional case. Out of 12 cases I was shipping 2 needed tape. It all went downhill from there, I had a few choice words and a colorful conversation with Wil. If he worked for me, I would remove him from dealing with customers until he was trained properly. Not until he can demonstrate improvement would he be in contact with my livelihood , aka my customers. Business Owners really need to know who they have managing their companies, this UPS store in particular is a franchise. I made a similar transaction at FedEx kinkos off Kendall drive and 137 ave. Out of habit and having a FedEx account, I sent the same amount of cases but it was 4 times more money to use FedEx. I was shocked to learn how inexpensive UPS was to use, I will be using UPS for this piece of my business. This UPS store will never receive another dime from me. It's a shame too, it's on the corner of my house. read more

this guy Wil has no customer service values at all , instead of handling a simple drop off while attending a customer that is writing on boxes, he goes to the back to ?????? comes back 2 minutes later , did not handled a single customer (3 by this time) till the writing customer finished, in my time this guy was lazy . read more
