Deliveries are chaotic. Drivers don't verify addresses and deliver packages at random places. A case of wind that had to be signed for was delivered to the wrong address & that person opened my box of personally selected wines. Ridiculous! read more

The location is convenient. There is enough parking space. The attendants are nice. The only thing that I would suggest is a sign that can be seen from the street because the bushes hide it and you can't find the place until you are passing it. read more

You must wear a mask if you were like to receive service. There's only one customer allowed in the center at a time. With that said, you really are relying on the other customers to be ready and prepared in order to quickly be tended to. The lady two customers ahead of me, was arguing with the sales associate while talking to someone on the phone. This took at least 15 minutes extra than what it should've taken. She stormed out of the center yelling, and the guy in front of me was in and out. Same as myself. Come prepared and ready so that you are not holding up the line, as a courtesy. read more

Tucked away in a corner cul de sac around warehouses, easy parking, and drop off. Need a mask to go in. They were efficient.

We ordered a life safety item by next day delivery. This location near the Turnpike and 152nd st is responsible for our neighborhood and told the vendor they made an attempt to deliver. Apparently the delivery driver is lying because we have a cameras in the front of our house and no FEDEX driver attempted a delivery at our house. In addition, we were home all day and there was no note left at the door as they normally do when they miss a delivery. When I called FEDEX they refused to redeliver it the next day even though they had deliveries the next next day. read more

Great customer service! My mom was waiting for her Samsung to arrive and we missed the delivery. When we went to pick it up, we realized that it was actually en-route for a 2nd delivery. The customer see agent advised us not to sign to give the driver permission to leave the phone because they are sometimes stolen. We were given an estimated delivery time and sent on our way. On 02/18/21, at 330 pm, I went to the Fed-Ex at 14101 SW 119th Ave, Miami, Florida 33186. The front desk was unattended for a long time. An unsupervised older Hispanic woman customer service representative came to the front desk who was supposed "to help" had a nasty attitude and screamed at all four customers to move back. My friend and I looked down to see we were on the FedEx dot that customers are supposed to stand on. My friend and I dropped a package off but she could not scan it. She was unprofessional, ZERO customer skills, and acted like she owned the place. The office has cameras and should review her interactions with customers. Additionally, a supervisor should check the front desk to see if customers are treated with dignity and respect. read more

I'm out of town and I was looking for reviews of a fedex location to get a peek at their reliability. I found TERRIBLE reviews. Then I wondered, how does our local fedex location stack up? -- Surprise, surprise... they too also had terrible reviews. Figured I'd tell of my experience with them for the last three years. In a nutshell, we've been using this Fedex center to ship large packages on weekly basis for business and never had an issue. They are always friendly and they handle long lines in a strategic way and also carry boxes for sale. 4/5 Stars because I wish they had a consistent stock of large 20x20x20 or 24x24x24 boxes. Also they should staff an extra person on Fridays to handle the long lines end of day. read more

I have time today- we spent a week in the keys so naturally we did some shopping. We didn't feel like dragging everything on the plane so decided to ship it home- we found this location and had to wait in a 30 minute line due to covid (obviously, safety first) it was our turn- they had every box size imaginable but said she couldn't ship our regular size items because they don't have the right size box for us and our items would break the box??? What? Didn't even try to figure out a solution even though we had plenty of solutions. It was absurd and bizarre. Don't waste your time at this location. Also- she was barely helping anyone else who were ahead of us. Everyone seemed to have an "issue" with what they were shopping. It just seemed like she didn't feel like working. The purpose of fedex is to ship ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. I've shipped 3 pairs of skis before. Do better! read more

I went there today March /25 /2020 at 4:30 pm because the driver didn't deliver like he was suppose to, the girl that was there told me i had to wait until the driver goes back to that office, around 5:15 pm another lady came out "to help" but with a really nasty attitude, she was a jerk and because of her behaviour i asked her for her name and she said "LIZ" which i doubt it because no latina is named that way, but anyhow she was nasty to everybody and had ZERO customer skills and acted like she owened the danm place, i hope i don't have to go back to that place because not only she was a JERK but also they have thieves for drivers. On Monday /16 / 2020 i received an email saying "delivered" it was a lie because i was at home all day long that day, and as soon as i saw the email (the very second it said "delivered) i opened the door, and there was nothing there, so obviously the driver stole it, then TODAY i also decided to NOT GO TO WORK, and guess what, they sent an email saying, "attempted deliver" and that was BS because i was at home all day, then i decided to go to the store and you already know what happened with the old JERK who works there !!! read more

I order something online and did not received the item. Check Fedex tracking information and it says that I signed for it but I was at work during that time. I called them and they opened a ticket, waited 2 day with no call back. I called again and they just say that there is no updated. I went to the local FedEx shipping station (yes this one here I'm submitting my review) to maybe see if I can get a better answer, wrong. The lady at the station had an attitude and same answer, no updates. Plus she said "it's a process", how long then ? She said she doesn't know. I then call in the following day and got the same answer from FedEx customer support. Seem like they don't know what the hell they are doing and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand does. How hard is it to ask the driver where and what he did with this package. The longer I wait the less likely the driver will know what he did with the package. Also, FedEx doesn't have time line on filling a dispute or lost package, there answer for everything is "It's a process" or "they don't have an answer now". I'm not even sure they try to contact the local shipping station. I never had a problem with Fedex but their service is getting worst. read more

If I could rate this zero stars, I would. I was supposed to receive an overnight shipment today sometime before 8pm. I get a phone call this morning, at 9:20am letting me know that my package is on the truck out for delivery and I will be receiving it this afternoon. Not a very specific time window, but I understand, so I wait. My bedroom has a clear view of my driveway. My father is outside on the roof of the house fixing a leak, quite literally, all afternoon. My mother is doing laundry in the garage in the evening with the garage door open. I sit at home all day waiting for this package, refreshing the tracking page almost every half hour until I refresh it and see a bright red bar reading "Customer was unavailable or business was closed". The package supposedly was attempted to be delivered at 6:45pm. I didn't refresh the page until just before 7pm. Conveniently enough, the facility closes at 7pm. Online it reads that my OVERNIGHT SHIPMENT will be rescheduled for delivery on Tuesday, four days after the expected arrival date. I called immediately after seeing the message, say 7:02pm, but of course each facility doesn't have a direct number to call, it's just a nation-wide 1(800) number. And of course, the customer service rep says that there is no way to reach any of the FedEx drivers. She also assured me that the facility was likely empty because no one was answering the phone, and yet, she told me someone from that facility will be returning my call within the next 2 hours. I'm infuriated and frustrated by this whole situation. My entire business and academic life is one hold because a driver LIED about attempting to deliver a package to my house. read more

The customer service here is ridiculous. The person at the front told me they don't scan barcodes anymore because they are worried they might get a virus... HELLO! This YOUR barcode on YOUR label. Even if it wasn't your own barcode, how code you possibly get a virus on your machines from scanning a barcode!? So stupid!!! Maybe FedEx should stop using PCs and get something more reliable!!! read more

do not use this facility.... they are very irresponsible... i dropped off a ups envelope for an overnight payment and pack mail did not turned it in to ups carrier on time.... ups tracking system does not know where my package is.. be careful doing business with this facility. read more
