I wait 20 min before I text again and ask if she's received my messages only to get a text back saying (I copy/pasted) "Good morning yes photos have been received. Driver was in fact picking up emergency Surgical supplies for a patient that is currently an emergency surgery at Jackson North." Utterly in shock and even more disgusted than before. What if I too had an emergency and that's why I was leaving? What if someone else in a wheelchair had an emergency and needed to access the hospital? AND what about the people with disabilities who HAVE to use this crosswalk and it's their f'in right to use without needing it to be an emergency? We have limited accessibility AS IT IS and because someone else "has an emergency" we need to understand? It's also been over 15 min so I hope this wasn't a life or death emergency. Her response was exactly what's wrong with this world for people with a disability. An apology would've been just fine. The movers were extremely slow. They took 8 hours to take everything out of my 1000ft apartment. The owner, Frank, had to direct the other two movers on everything and when he wasn't there the two did not know what to do. Leaving my items unattended for long period of time. They broke one of our beds and said they would be responsible for fixing it. NEVER HAPPENED. They got to my house and left everything on the downstairs floor all over the place promising to come two days later to help put our things in place and bring some things to the upstairs floor. Just found a table missing one of the legs which was placed inside the drawer and they never told us anything. Been texting Frank to coordinate for him to come help us move everything into place, and make his company responsible for breaking our bed and on of our tables but no answer. Now he blocked me on Instagram to avoid me. He ended up charging us over 400$ extra. If this is how irresponsible he is with the moving aspect, can't imagine him as a realtor.
