As a result, last week I had to spend the entire night trying to get corrected certificates from veterinarian and government agency. They took forever to pick up my dog from the airport yesterday. My poor dog spent twelve hours not being able to pee or poop. They took forever to secure the release rom the broker and from the CDC. I will never recommend them to ANYONE! They only care about money.
