when i was at the vet i was just too emotional to even know what i picked or paid for. I wasn't sure what i would receive back, I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the bag. A beautiful engraved wood box containing the ashes, a locket, paw print, a card, candle & picture frame. Thank You for returning my girlie back to me in such a beautiful way.

Roxy is back home with mommy on her table dedicated to her. So grateful to Peaceful Paws Memorial for allowing me to be there for the viewing and for being so kind to get her back to me same day. They also gave me the most beautiful keepsakes. This meant everything & my house feels less empty now.

Our little Tessie passed in the cozy comfort of her own home so peacefully.

We have had to put our little Tessie down last Friday . The process couldn't have been more peaceful and seamless. She was comfortable and safe at home with us. The doctor was so caring and confident. She showed up on time and then let us take all the time we needed before our final goodbyes.

I pray that you may never lose a beloved pet, but if and when you do, Peaceful Paws Memorial Services will treat your fur-baby with the upmost compassion and kindness. I truly appreciate the genuine care they took with my baby Sophie as our family said our last goodbyes. The owner, Joe Moncaleano and his team are absolutely amazing. He has a huge heart made of gold and he decided to be in this line of business because of his sympathy, genuine care and love for animals and people. Even before deciding on a location, they provided me with general information and sympathy over the phone and were expedient with my baby's pick-up at the crematory. Once there, they treated us like we were part of the family and gave us the right amount of space/time and comfort we needed during these difficult times. We received our fur-baby in a beautiful gold paw printed brass urn and we also decided to purchase a Mahogany wood framed picture frame and got a ceramic imprint of her paw with her name engraved which is helping to fill the pain I have in my heart. From the bottom of my heart, I thank all the lovely staff that partook in final arrangement and I highly recommend Peaceful Paws Memorial Services for anyone searching for a caring and compassionate place.

Despite going through a family emergency himself at the time of our little one's passing, Joe made sure to take good care of us from beginning to end. His warm heart shines through his family owned and operated business to make sure everything is by the book and comfortable for grieving parents. The cremations are private and you can request a viewing of your little one going into the crematory. It's not like other pet memorial services out there. It's a service for loving parents who want to make sure their babies pass on from this world as they lived, with love and care. Ask to see Angus, his certified service dog who's usually around in the back. He'll give you a warm snuggle to help you and your loved ones through the difficult time.

    Pluto's remains and detailed memories

No one is ever truly prepared for the passing of their fur baby. However, Peaceful Paws quite literally lent a peaceful hand or paw with this difficult moment. I had called several times before my dog Pluto passed away to make sure we would were prepared. They assured me that when that time would come, they would be readily available to assist with the next steps. Although it was difficult to leave my dog behind, we had a moment to ourselves to say our goodbyes in the viewing area. Throughout the process, I felt at ease, knowing that my dog was in the best care possible and we would receive him in a very detailed way. I am so grateful that this is a service that is provided to others who are going through the difficult moments of saying goodbye to their beautiful pets. Thank you for the attention and care.

My dog, Minnie, passed away from a tragic accident the Friday before Mother's Day. I was devastated, in shock, and stressed about being unable to bury her as I live in an apartment and do not have a yard. My son and close friend went online and found Peaceful Paws and read the excellent reviews. They also seemed the most affordable after comparing prices with other similar companies. The gentleman that came to collect her body was very prompt, compassionate, and showed me an example of what the urn and ceramic paws look like if I chose to also purchase them. The owner Joe contacted me the following Tuesday to begin the cremation process and other services for payment. I chose the engraved urn and ceramic paw print. He called and emailed me a week later informing me everything was ready for pick up. I actually received more than just the urn and ceramic paw prints and also received a candle with her name on it, a rainbow bridge poem, and letter with her paw print on it as a signature. I am more than satisfied with their services and making this excruciating time as seamless as possible.

My mother dog passed away this morning 5:30 . I called and was asking a lot of questions. My mother was able to drop her baby off and spend some time with her. The place was nice and clean . Very welcoming . My mother was so concerned about not getting the right remains back but she had trust him with everything he said to her she was able to walk away. The owner is awesome , the place is nice and price is well affordable

I trusted Angel Paws to handle my beloved dog's cremation, and they have failed me in every possible way. I paid in full for their services, was told my dog's remains were ready, and drove to the location--only to be told there was nothing for Angel Paws. Since then, I have called and emailed for THREE DAYS straight without a single response. This is beyond poor customer service--it is heartless, unprofessional, and downright negligent. Losing a pet is devastating enough without having to deal with a company that shows zero compassion and cannot even fulfill the most basic part of their job. I am now seeking legal counsel to take action against this disgraceful business.

After Misha passed, we trusted Angel Paws to handle her cremation with dignity. Instead, they turned her final moments into a nightmare. The man who came to pick up her body treated her like trash--cold, silent, and careless. We waited almost 12 hours to even begin the process. Then they failed to perform the nose print we had selected, paid for, and was promised. My husband also had to assist the man in carrying out her decomposing body to his truck, being given no gloves to assist. But the worst came when they returned her ashes. They promised to give us an upgraded urn free of charge due to the extremely long wait and we did not receive it. Her remains were given to us in an unsealed plastic bag riddled with holes in a wooden box. We immediately informed Angel Paws and they said they will rectify this by sending us the upgraded urn and transfer the ashes. When the delivery man opened the box, ashes flew into the air inside my home, contaminating my dining room table and even my cats' water bowls. My husband and I both developed sore throats afterward--I still have a cough from inhaling cremains that never should've been exposed in the first place. This wasn't just disturbing--it was biohazardous. To make matters worse, they tried to stuff her ashes into an urn that was far too small, causing spillage everywhere. The man transferring her ashes used a Walgreens pharmacy bag, asked me for help like it was a DIY project, and was visibly careless. I had to beg him to stop as I watched what remained of my dog spill out onto the table. I was left to scoop up her remains myself, ash by ash, alongside my devastated husband. In addition, that same man tried to take her original box with her name engraved on it with him which still had the rest of her remains in it for which I refused. Their explanation? They admitted they skipped a critical step in the cremation process--failing to fully process the bone fragments. I saw one of her bones with my very own eyes. Not only that, but this is a major health hazard. This was not a miscommunication. This was not a one-off mistake. This was a complete systemic failure by a business that claims to provide "angelic" care. They issued a refund only after I formally demanded it. They promised to send another proper urn, which never arrived. And at no point did they offer genuine accountability, emotional restitution, or even so much as a sincere gesture of repair. I am posting this because no one else should have to suffer the way my family did. Losing a pet is already unbearable. Being forced to relive that loss through trauma, contamination, and utter disrespect is something no grieving pet owner should ever face. Do not trust this company with your loved one's final moments. They failed Misha in every possible way--and the pain of that failure will stay with us forever.

You enter their lobby which looks like a fast-food pick up place with bodies packaged up and ready for pick up. Who came up with this idea? Someone who does not understand what the feeling of deep sorrow and grief means. My husband and I brought our fur baby personally to them and asked a number of times to return to us all her belongings ie the little coffin and the zipped cover which her body was wrapped in. We put her name on both to make sure they get returned to us. We were assured that everything will be returned and they would keep us informed throughout the process. Nobody kept us informed. Only after my husband called them, they informed us that she was being "processed"! For a week no other info. We called again "ah yes, you can pick her up". We came to pick her up and were faced with yet another disappointment - they just threw away the zip cover. The manager said she was sorry but they could not do anything. Nobody told them that we wanted the cover! Really!? I requested she reviews her security camera which would confirm how many times we repeated our wishes. The cover was gone but they offered a memorabilia instead. How awefully nice of you. The manager was trying in a typical materialistic, despicable way replace something priceless with cheap memorabilia they sell. At this point I don't even know if our fur baby is in the urn. Having seen the type of personnel they have in this place, them just throwing away the previous cover in spite of our explicit request to get it back and having spoken to the manager of this fast-food place with $$ signs in her eyes, I doubt the quality of the services they provide. You have ZERO guarantee that you get YOUR baby back. It is very sad that people make money off of death like this.
