Resting Rainbow could not have been more accommodating to my little family in our time of need. They were patient and empathetic from my first phone call to the day I picked my dog up one last time. I am grateful and I would gladly spend the money to have that peaceful goodbye with my best friend any time. Other alternatives seemed heartless and it made my decision easier. Thank you again. read more

As doom as I called regarding my loved little Casper. The representative who answered was rude and did not even confirm i was calling the correct facility. Began to explain my situation; being a single mother of twins with a disability and further explaining how my 17 q/2 year old dog is in agony and pain. He immediately cut me off and says there is NO affordable euthanasia. Didnt get his name, but i would never have my dog transition with a company who has no compassion fir humans or dogs. read more

when i was at the vet i was just too emotional to even know what i picked or paid for. I wasn't sure what i would receive back, I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the bag. Very compassionate, understanding and very caring. It was hard enough to let our lil boy go, they were accommodating and humane all the way until we left. They delivered a care package with his ashes always with the same compassion. We didn't want for anyone to come home and pick him up as we have seen the "body bags" that all services take them in we preferred to take our last car ride with his body and take him there. It gave us some type of closure. read more

Resting Rainbow was a shining light in a time of darkness after losing my best friend and dog I could ever ask for of 17 years (Kirby). They treated Kirby and myself with dignity and compassion throughout the time of loss and throughout the cremation process. I elected to do the witness cremation process and whether I was speaking to Nicholas on the phone pre-appointment or with Monica during the process, Kirby and myself were treated with the utmost care and respect. I used Resting Rainbow a year and a half ago when they were under the name Peaceful Paws when my mom's dog Riley had passed away and used them again this year. I was worried how the experience would be this year due to name change, but it was an even better experience this year which I didn't think was possible. Again, Resting Rainbow was a shining light in a period of great loss and sadness. Thank you Monica and the Resting Rainbow team for your professionalism. RIP Kirby read more

We have had to put our little Tessie down last Friday . The process couldn't have been more peaceful and seamless. She was comfortable and safe at home with us. My Experience with Peaceful Paws was as good as can be, under the circumstances. I called a few times with different questions, and they answered every time - never an answering machine and always polite. The returned our pup's ashes ahead of schedule and even gave us a small charm with some ashes which was free of charge. I was happy with the service and experience and would use them again. read more

I pray that you may never lose a beloved pet, but if and when you do, Peaceful Paws Memorial Services will treat your fur-baby with the upmost compassion and kindness. I truly appreciate the genuine care they took with my baby Sophie as our family said our last goodbyes. The owner, Joe Moncaleano and his team are absolutely amazing. He has a huge heart made of gold and he decided to be in this line of business because of his sympathy, genuine care and love for animals and people. Even before deciding on a location, they provided me with general information and sympathy over the phone and were expedient with my baby's pick-up at the crematory. Once there, they treated us like we were part of the family and gave us the right amount of space/time and comfort we needed during these difficult times. We received our fur-baby in a beautiful gold paw printed brass urn and we also decided to purchase a Mahogany wood framed picture frame and got a ceramic imprint of her paw with her name engraved which is helping to fill the pain I have in my heart. From the bottom of my heart, I thank all the lovely staff that partook in final arrangement and I highly recommend Peaceful Paws Memorial Services for anyone searching for a caring and compassionate place. read more

Despite going through a family emergency himself at the time of our little one's passing, Joe made sure to take good care of us from beginning to end. His warm heart shines through his family owned and operated business to make sure everything is by the book and comfortable for grieving parents. The cremations are private and you can request a viewing of your little one going into the crematory. It's not like other pet memorial services out there. It's a service for loving parents who want to make sure their babies pass on from this world as they lived, with love and care. Ask to see Angus, his certified service dog who's usually around in the back. He'll give you a warm snuggle to help you and your loved ones through the difficult time. read more

No one is ever truly prepared for the passing of their fur baby. However, Peaceful Paws quite literally lent a peaceful hand or paw with this difficult moment. I had called several times before my dog Pluto passed away to make sure we would were prepared. They assured me that when that time would come, they would be readily available to assist with the next steps. Although it was difficult to leave my dog behind, we had a moment to ourselves to say our goodbyes in the viewing area. Throughout the process, I felt at ease, knowing that my dog was in the best care possible and we would receive him in a very detailed way. I am so grateful that this is a service that is provided to others who are going through the difficult moments of saying goodbye to their beautiful pets. Thank you for the attention and care. read more

Stop looking, you've found the right place. Peaceful Paws will go above and beyond to help you through this ordeal. My best friend died in her sleep. I didn't know what to do. After searching online I found a really heartfelt review of Peaceful Paws and took a chance. I drove her to their office not knowing what to expect. Now that it's all over, I can't imagine a better place to help bring you and your pet closure. After sharing stories with other bereaved pet parents, I count myself lucky to have such a service available to me as it's definitely not the norm. The staff really stressed the fact that they treat your pet like a human. That's how my best friend lived so I'm happy I was able to find someone to provide that even in death. It took about a week to get the ashes of my buddy back. I also opted for some extras and it was well worth it, still affordable. The staff also surprised me with some very memorable and very sweet extras that were totally unexpected and touching. I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

My dog, Minnie, passed away from a tragic accident the Friday before Mother's Day. I was devastated, in shock, and stressed about being unable to bury her as I live in an apartment and do not have a yard. My son and close friend went online and found Peaceful Paws and read the excellent reviews. They also seemed the most affordable after comparing prices with other similar companies. The gentleman that came to collect her body was very prompt, compassionate, and showed me an example of what the urn and ceramic paws look like if I chose to also purchase them. The owner Joe contacted me the following Tuesday to begin the cremation process and other services for payment. I chose the engraved urn and ceramic paw print. He called and emailed me a week later informing me everything was ready for pick up. I actually received more than just the urn and ceramic paw prints and also received a candle with her name on it, a rainbow bridge poem, and letter with her paw print on it as a signature. I am more than satisfied with their services and making this excruciating time as seamless as possible. read more

From the first call we made to them to inquire about services on a Saturday night we had a pleasant experience. They were very informative as to what to do with our dog until we dropped her off the next day. When we dropped our dog off the next day they made us feel comfortable. We knew our dog would be taken care of and was in good hands for her creamation. When we picked up her ashes they went above and beyond what was expected. They gave us her ashes in the urn we picked and the rest in a separate bag. They provided the death certificate, a glass heart with her ashes, a candle with her name on it and a lovely with sympathy card signed by the staff with her paw print. I never had a dog pass and feel so lucky that I found this place they truly have compassion and care about the pet and family. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

If you are not taking your pet here, you will not get your pets ashes without them mixed with other pets. Other places don't care, but Joseph who owns this business has his own dogs that he loves, he understands the importance of getting your pet ashes back without the complete uncaring of other places. I have been with him twice now with two pets, and he is a serious about you getting your pets ashes back correctly. This is the only place in the ENTIRE state to take your pet. they might delete my comment because for some reason I do not see any bad reviews for this place, but I recently called this number and who ever spoke to me seemed really disrespectful. When I happened to ask how much it was for cremation. I know it was this place because I happened to see the same phone number as it was on google maps.
