Very compassionate, understanding and very caring. It was hard enough to let our lil boy go, they were accommodating and humane all the way until we left. They delivered a care package with his ashes always with the same compassion. From the first call we made to them to inquire about services on a Saturday night we had a pleasant experience. They were very informative as to what to do with our dog until we dropped her off the next day. When we dropped our dog off the next day they made us feel comfortable. We knew our dog would be taken care of and was in good hands for her creamation. When we picked up her ashes they went above and beyond what was expected.
